This fully furnished and beachy apartment is located about 2 blocks, or a 6 minute walk, from the Pacific Ocean! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and a huge patio and yard to ensure you can bask in the in San Diego sun without even leaving the property. Everything one would need to vacation in Ocean Beach will be provided, including bedding, coffee, towels, dishes and flatware, and everything else you would expect to find in a vacation rental near the beach. Guests have the entire home to themselves. The laundry, yard, and patio are exclusive to my renters. With easy access to Downtown, San Diego International Airport, and one of the most famous surf breaks at Sunset Cliffs, this location is in high demand for vacation renters! You can walk to anywhere in Ocean Beach at this home! Estimated Walk times are as follows: Ocean: 6 minute walk Sunset Cliffs: 8 minute walk Newport Avenue (the main drag through OB): 10 minute walk Ocean Beach Pier: 17 minute walk

This house is incredible for a stay in ocean beach. I brought my wife, yep young kids and our dog and we had such an excellent stay. The property is clean and well equipped, and within walking distance to everything. The host Nico was very communicative and punctual. We had no issues checking in or while staying. We really loved the patio with strong lights where you can watch the sunset over the ocean. A very nice central courtyard for taking your pet out. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet which was a pleasant surprise for us; no worries whatsoever. We were able to walk to the cliffs, Newport Avenue, the beach, and all of our eat outs. Never more than a 17 minute walk. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Exactly how you see it online. Place is pet friendly and you would never know it. Place is clean and orderly. Patio is perfect for a nice evening to relax and enjoy your wine.

We had a great time! What a great location! A great safe location in a nice neighborhood. Yet, close in walking distance to everything! We walked to the Beach and also sunset cliffs! This is a great rental!!!

Minutes from an amazing sunset view and shops to explore. Make sure to bring your own spices if you plan on cooking though! The living room was a great size for playing board games with friends too!! Hands down an amazing stay all around.

Book this location! It's just a few blocks from Ocean Beach! I loved that this rental was pet friendly. We got to take our dog to dog beach! The outdoor space was so nice. We will definitely be back! I do wish the beds were kings, but other than that, it was wonderful.

Disappointing. Less quality than anticipated. 6 minutes to ocean but no access without driving to another area. It would have an ocean view if the plants were trimmed and better maintained. Parking a bit of a challenge at times. Ants.

I loved this property! You can hear the ocean from the back patio. The place is clean and central to stores and restaurants. I walked my dog to the water everyday! Anthony is super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and probably will!

My family and I needed a mini get-away and staying in Ocean Beach was the perfect place to stay. I really appreciate the quietness of the location, a well stocked kitchen, as well as other essentials in this sweet beach area home. Lastly, the manager (Anthony) was quick to respond to any of my inquiries, which I was so grateful. Hope to back before the Fall season.

We enjoyed our time at Anthony's place! It was well furnished and the kitchen was well-stocked. We appreciated that he provided coffee, paper goods, toiletries and the grill. Anthony was quick to respond, checked in while we were there (via VRBO), and provided great suggestions for restaurants. We loved walking down to the cliffs, eating in OB, exploring San Diego and sitting outside on the deck. We would love to stay again!

This property in Ocean Beach is an affordable gem with better features, amenities, and value than any of the more expensive local hotels and other short term rental properties in this area. Beach access is only 2 blocks away and downtown OB/Newport Ave is only a 12-15 minute walk. The inside of this property was super clean with an attractive and updated kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. A selection of Keurig coffee is provided (a nice touch not provided by other properties we have stayed in in OB). Beds/linens/pillows are clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the deck with a grill and ocean view. The garage parking is a little tight but sufficient for a smaller vehicle. Street parking in front of the house was always available. The neighborhood is quiet at night and morning noise from airplanes in the flight path over OB is not as loud or bothersome here as it is at locations closer to Newport Ave or higher up the hill. Anthony was always available and responded quickly to all our questions. Overall, a great place to stay and one we look forward to staying in again on our next trip to Ocean Beach.
