was not pleased with the location and how it is set up.

The location during the day was fine.

The condition of the unit. lights did not work, front door did not have any additional locks. we were on the outside unit of the building.

Lovely place

The furniture, location and cleaning are great.

The water shower is not very easy to use, sometimes is very cold and sometimes is very hot… you should control the temperature all time while you are taking a shower. On the other hand, we had a little problem with the toilet, because if you throw anypaper in, it will be a disaster (it's true that there is an advice, but i think that is not normal this situation)

The apartment was clean.

The room had no windows; only skylights. In the continental U.S., I believe this is illegal.

Vous pouvez trouver mieux.

Situation correcte pour visiter le vieux San juan, et supermarché à proximité.

Chambre sans fenêtre ,literie très molle. Capsule de café pour une cafetière filtre!!! Et petit espace extérieur inutilisable car l' eau des climatisations du dessus coule en permanence. Pas de bouteille eau. Beaucoup trop cher pour le confort proposé

Location was fantastic! Beach, bank and grocery store MINUTES from room.. Restaurants in walking distance from apartment and CVS and Walgreens 15 to 20 minutes away.. Air conditioning. I hada glitch with my payment and they were gracious enough not to cancel the reservation.

Apartment was DAMP.. the bed and couch were DAMP..no way to air out BATHROOM.. towels and shower stayed DAMP!!! I had to wash my clothes on return home !! NO WAY TO DRY OUT Apartment...water in one corner of apartment--only one window to let air in. They need a dihumidifier!! NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER NO Directions for TV/Had to buy HDMI Cord and hook it up to laptop to get a third party app and watch Sports NO Directions to Washing Machine.. took all night to wash towels NO Broom or Mop We were given the wrong code to get in the gate and had to end up calling Booking.com to contact the owner and get the right code..almost 20 minutes outside in the rain...

Our stay!!!

The location was great. A supermarket a few blocks away. And the beach less than two blocks away. The night life was so close as well. Old san juan is a few min ride. We had a back room, so it was quite. The room, look just like the pictures. The AC was great. The room would be so cold. They left extra sheets which was great. And I felt safe at all times.

The only thing that I did not like was our last day we had to leave by 7am. And there was no water at all. Not even to use the bathroom. Lucky we had some water bottles.

Clean and relaxing

I really enjoyed the privacy And the size of the room felt very home like And so close to the beach and so close to in my opinion the best restaurant bebos.

I don’t have any complaints All I have to say is if your staying on the top level be careful on the stairs.

there’s no window in the room, the shower didn’t work and didn’t have hot water the first night, and there was mold in the shower and hair from the previous guest. they fixed the shower for the second night but the water pressure was still bad.

It is worth it for the price

The location was convenient to condado beach and very walkable.

There was no hand soap provided. Had to purchase our own toiletries as there was an additional charge for any additional shampoo, body wash, toilet passer, etc used.

Nice quiet place to rest after spending the days out enjoying the island.

Centric location. Nearby La Placita de Santurce and nest to “Calle Loiza”. Also, comfortable size room, feels secured, and private.

No parking availability and the counter top and tables were dusty. Overall, the property is very nice.

Overall - it was a good experience and I would recommend.

The property itself, beautiful, well maintained and clean. Located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, yet walking distance to most everything of need.

I didn't actually meet staff on the property as per say, although they were responsive via text. My only issue is that the apt felt closed in - only one window which led to an enclosed terrace, with a high wall. Not horrible, but if you like sunlight and seeing out, you will not get much. Also, it seems every item of use (extra towels, beach towels, toiletries came with a price). I had to be extra careful with the white towels, because if it got stained, I would be charged. Beach towels, extra $.If I used the soap, shampoo, conditioner I would be charged - so bring your own beach towel and toiletries my friends.

disgusting room. 2 stays here both with problems.

our room was filled with black mold and I am feeling very sick. coughing, wheezing, headache, sore throat dizzy.

A safe, comfortable place for short stay in an awesome location at an affordable price.

Location is fantastic, right at beach and Ashford Ave. Walking distance to tourist area of Condado. Unit is stocked with basic necessities to get us through the short 2 nights stay.

The apartment could be cleaner. Floor was definitely swept but rarely mopped. Bottom of new slippers got quite dirty. Leftover coffee in carafe, was not washed. Shower water constantly gets hot/cold while showering but not an issue. Just move to the side when water gets too hot.

Great place to stay in San Juan

We had a great stay, we received information about the self check-in and everything went smoothly. The place was perfect, made us wish we stayed longer. It was very clean and secure, the neighborhood was nice as well and walking distance from good restaurants and grocery. Internet was quick and consistent

I love the location noisy at night due to the nightjars

No windows just a tiny one and the front door wasn’t sure if the door was closed from the outside. It’s a keyless entry.

My stay was comfortable and the unit was exceptionally clean. I plan to return.

I was not aware of the breakfast,however, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the hospitality of the staff.

Not so good experience with the stay!

It is only the location, nothing more!

The apartment was not occupied with covers and sheets, no enough bellows. We couldn't get a good sleep as the sofa bed was not occupied with the requirements, even we texted the host. Also the toilet is not comfortable as there is no ventilation at all. Noise from other apartments birds during the nights. No coffee stes for the short stay. That's what I could provide.
