Bedsheets with not changed and filthy, with various blood stains (or worse) on them. I immediately contacted their team, who offered to "upgrade" me, but the upgrade was a significant downgrade, from a two bedroom unit to a zero bedroom bachelor unit. The following day, a poor young couple were outside my door, as the management team had failed to inform them that I had been moved to their unit, and yet still had not cleaned my room. After 48 hours, they eventually cleaned the room, but refused to provide me any compensation. Terrible service and filthy conditions.

stayed in a studio suite, had balcony with a CN tower view. On request we were given an early checkin at 3 pm at no extra charge so that we could dump our luggage and go to the blue jays game. Thank you so much. suite was clean comfortable and came with coffee and coffee filters. check i. and check out was easy. Definitely would stay again.

We were there for an event at Scotiabank Arena so nothing beats getting out of the building and 5 minutes later you're inside the arena but people need to be mindful of some additional costs, $100 cleaning fee, parking is $24/day but they get you by charging calendar days so total $51 for 18 hours, $300 refundable deposit.
The negative was having to pay the deposit off of the hotels.com website. Also having to upload both sides of my driver's license and all my information to the hosting website which is an unsecured website, then when you check-in you have to once again upload your ID and your information into another different website.

Good choice for downtown area stay. Good security. Safe. But dirty floors and carpets. Quiet and safe.

We enjoyed the place, it is near CN Tower and Ripleys Aquarium. The place is clean with a cozy ambiance. It was a great experience for us to stay in this place.

Very untidy and rug hasn’t looked like it’s been vacuumed in months, and damaged door in master bedroom and exposed piping in master bathroom

I was a little nervous about this reservation as there have been some previous lackluster reviews.
However, we had the opposite experience. The location is unbelievable.
The host contacted me an hour check in with instructions, which were seamless.
The apartment has a few minor deficiencies but nothing of significance.
Apartment amenities were great.
I think the concern from previous reviews is that not all apartments are of the same quality. Ours was a solid 9/10
Would stay in this particular apartment again

Poor condition. Many repairs needed. Toilet ,dishwasher, receptacle, heating , dead bolt on door. Host sending the wrong apartment number

Lovely view, centrally located downtown GTA. There were missing baseboards, cracked sink, cracked toilet, missing blades on the vertical blinds. It advertises itself as a hotel but its an STR (Short Term Rental) in a very busy apartment building, which I was not interested in booking, I wanted a hotel and chose it because it was advertised as such. I had to pay a huge security deposit (it was retutned). I'm disappointed Expedia allowed that classification. If you need parking - forget it. We paid an extra $30 to park one night, parked in the space communicated and we were towed. It was a $40 cab ride and $316 lto get our car out of impound. Thier "customer service" just stopped responding when we reached out. Would not recommend, ever.

Perfect spot to stay in Toronto!
A beautiful view of the CN Tower, water and downtown Toronto. Walking distance to so many restaurants, shopping, entertainment and transit.
Definitely going to be my go-to spot to stay in the city.

Great location. Clear water damage that hasnt been fixed in the room, no baseboard around the bathroom and the floor was a mess. Received a weird phone call from the bay suites before my stay asking me to send my ID through whatsapp, their customer service was terrible. The location is so good i probably would stay again though.

The location of the place was really good. downtown close to the stadium and the CN Tower so worked perfectly because it is right at Union Station. I requested parking however when I got there no parking was provided so I needed to call the people to arrange that so it was kind of disappointing. Additionally, I made note upon arrival about a window being broken and mirror and they asked if someone can fix it while I am there but to keep the door unlocked... sorry but no. I was also told to pay for parking, the money went through and they sent a message saying it was deposited into the wrong account, to send it again and then they will issue a refund. When asking to issue the refund first they said it was okay the money was okay... it seemed a little bit fishy when paying for the parking.
Overall, the location is good, the place itself it nice but would not recommend to book with the parking as the owners were a tad difficult to deal with.

i love there was 2 bathrooms, me and my friend were able to get ready comfortably. balcony is a little small but very very cool, had chairs unlike our other one. full kitchen for if we wanted to cook. only thing that threw me off guard was i was not prepared for a $300 security deposit. i understand what its needed for but i wish i knew ahead of time getting the room. i am a cleaner myself so i noticed it wasn’t cleaned the best, but anyone else who would get this place probably wouldn’t notice like i did. 4/5

I loved everything about the property the customer service was to die for, the view was breathtaking, its a 6 minutes walk from the Aquarium and right on the next side is the CN Tower!!! There is a grocery store across the street which is super convenient..... OMG I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN 😍

Good location for downtown Toronto but unfortunately the pictures on Expedia are very misleading. Very dirty apartment, rough shape. Wouldn’t stay here again.

When we got there in the 12th the front door was defective, it could not lock from the outside, therefore we could not leave the apartment to get supplies. That was a security concern. Thankfully, this was fixed in a few hours.
There were inadequate supplies in the apartment. It took 4 days and several follow up to get water glasses, wine glasses and a sauce pan.
There are no block out curtains thus making it difficult to sleep at night because of the amount of light from surrounding buildings. The curtains in the apartment are inadequate, with some having missing panes.
The place is in need of repairs. The some doors need repair, the granite counter top is broken, the dishwasher does not work, under the fridge is dirty and several of the skirting board around the kitchen/passage area looks like the are rotten, perhaps water damaged.

Everything was fine for a one night stay.

Unit is very run down - fridge not cold, carpet stained, blinds broken letting in florescent light all night, tub doesn't drain properly, washing machine had super smelly mold in it (unusable).
Check in details didn't arrive until the day of, but the check in process was very easy.

The general cleanliness of the apartment was OK. On the other hand, the carpets in the rooms were dirty, the mattresses were dirty and torn and one bed was broken; I actually had to put something underneath to raise it, as it was the one I had already swept over and I realized it later.
It would be a good idea to remove the carpets to put in flooring and change the mattresses.
I normally expect to get at least equivalent to what I have at home when I rent an apartment.
The positive point undoubtedly remains the geographical location of the apartment.

The booking was not what I booked!!
Booked a two bedroom, showed up to a one bedroom.
Broken mirror, closet door broken, was not impressed at all!
Did not stay!!
Horrible experience, will never book through Expedia ever again!!!!

I liked the view from the place and the convince of everything. The place was nice and had everything needed for a stay. I would highly recommend the place.

This rental is NOT a hotel room. It is an apartment in a high-rise building. There is no check-in staff or daily housekeeping staff (cleaning happens between reservations). Should you need anything at all, such as a 2nd key, parking instructions, or corrected invoice, you must phone customer service--an Indian call center, by all appearances--multiple times until your problem is resolved. My unit was pleasant and tidy, but the electrical outlets in the kitchen didn't work and even over a 3-night stay, I never was able to get a 2nd key.

This apartment has all the amenities. It was walking distance to the Metro Convention Centre and there are lots of restaurants nearby. We had a safe and comfortable stay. Thanks

Location is very convenient for downtown and waterfront. We appreciated the ease to get around on foot or via public transit.
Only nit was a constant beep from the security panel every two minutes that had to be drowned out at bedtime.

Stay away from this plane. This is filthy.
