Our family of 10 enjoyed the 5 en suites. Plenty of space to spread out but enjoy time playing games and cooking. Great outdoor space with gas fireplace and grilling area. Theater room is neat just know it’s dvd only.. it isn’t connected to any tv so you can’t use any of your streaming services. As stated in the description the driveway is steep …yes it is with a hairpin turn, no worries because we had good weather but no way with heavy snow or ice! Our family had a great time.

Nice big place; it was not very cleaned when we checked in. The pics shows swimming pool but when we got there it was empty. Overall nice place

Beautiful place. Theater room didn’t work. Outdoor fireplace didn’t work. Leaves all around pool. Inside beautiful place and everything worked.

Very nice stay.
Loved the true log cabin. House was clean, nicely equipped in the kitchen, nice couches, chairs, and amenities, comfortable beds, accessible bathrooms, multiple outdoor living spaces, etc.
The location was great. Only 10-15 minutes from the heart of Pigeon Forge. But the cabin itself is totally isolated/private up in the mountains. The last 10 minutes of the drive was pretty daunting as you wind-around the hills. And the cabin's driveway was wildly steep. But none of our vehicles had any problems making it to the top. And the reward was awesome views and an isolated retreat. While still being very close to all the commercialization, shopping, etc. We enjoyed shopping and eating at 'The Island', a day in Gatlinburg, ziplining through the mountains, a pontoon rental at Douglas Lake... just to mention a few.
At this price point, there were a couple minor inconveniences (outdoor fireplace was inoperable/under repair during our trip, grill was dirty, pool heat was off for summer though our weather that week in early June was too cool to keep it warm). But those really didn't detract from the trip.
Definitely recommend!

The cabin is as pictured and described. Highly recommend for large families as the fun activities are on site (no need to leave). The location is a bit remote which is nice for privacy and beauty of the surroundings. Drive way is definitely steep and the parking can be tight at the top if too many cars. It is great that you can bring your pets; recommend the description be amended to indicate there is no grassy area at the top (was a challenge with our dog who was recovering from surgery and in a cast). Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing, and I will consider for the next family visit to the area.

Stay was very relaxing. Cabin was beautiful but need to ensure everything is in working order before paying so much money.

Beautiful Cabin!

Great stay! We enjoyed our trip very much. There was plenty of room for a large group.
The cabin could use a deep cleaning (dusting, windows, floors), but overall not bad. The stone on the patio was being replaced so all the stone featured in the listing had been removed & not yet replaced but we understand renovations are necessary. One of the car arcade games wasn’t working but the hostess sent someone to repair within a couple hours of our arrival. Hostess very responsive which was great!!
The dvd player in the theater room needs repaired but our crew stayed in the game room the most anyway. Hot tub was one of the cleanest we’ve ever had with the perfect temperature!!!

The property was just as pictured with plenty of space for our large family to spread out both inside and out. The wall of windows in the living room had a beautiful view, and overlooked the large deck, which was just one of several decks and outdoor spaces for entertainment/enjoyment. The kitchen was large enough to comfortably accommodate several cooks in the kitchen for our Thanksgiving Day meal, and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The only critique is that there wasn’t a cookie sheet in sight, but we made do with what we had. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree and other Christmas decor when we arrived. The driveway is very steep with one sharp turn, but we navigated it easily in the mild weather that we had. All in all, I found the cabin to be beautiful and a perfect fit for our family. It was definitely designed with family and large groups in mind.

property was well maintained, clean, and the entire process for booking and check-in was hassle free. I was very glad however that there was no rain or snow during our stay. If there had been, there would be no way to get to the top parking. Extremely steep driveway. Large rooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful views. Would definitely rebook this location

This cabin was perfect for our friends and family. There are 2 bedrooms on the bottom with ensuite bathrooms with a pool table and private entrances to both rooms, these rooms were very quiet and had king beds.
On the main floor were 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms with queen beds and their own bathrooms but could be opened for guest to use. Both have private entrances also. The master is on this floor with a king bed and porch out back and private entrance as well. Kitchen is fully stocked and has lots of seating to eat! The living room has the best views of the mountains and you can see the hot tub, fire place, fire pit and grilling station out the window looking down.
The upstairs has 2 bunk beds with queens on the bottom and twins on the top. They have video games up there and is open to below living room.
We really enjoyed the space and the outside firepit for smores and hot dog roasting! Across the driveway is the 13 person movie theater room which could sleep 2 on a queen mattress but no bathroom. It had lots of fun movies to choose from and is super quiet!
Overall, I would love to stay here again in the spring to use the pool and sit outside by the fire place! I give this home a 5 stars!

Manager went out of her way to provide a high chair and portable crib for us. Also took care of any other needs and concerns in a timely manner. Cabin was great…so clean, size was perfect, games and theater used and appreciated by all! Only small inconvenience was the lack of a garbage disposal. Location was great for Pigeon Forge and also Gatlinburg areas. Beautiful tree colors were an extra blessing!

The house is still pretty new and the pictures show exactly what's there. Everything was clean and everything worked great. Mattresses were really comfortable compared to most rentals. The house is pretty far from the nearest neighbor so noise isn't a problem. Definitely worth the money on this one.
The only thing to be careful of is the drive way up to the house is beyond incredibly steep. So if you are booking in the winter, be weary.

My husband and I spent a week and wanted to stay longer. The privacy of the cabin is like nothing we have experienced before. We could have spent the whole trip finding something else to do within the house from swimming to the theater. Everything was easy to use. We also booked a few suggestions and attractions at pigeon forge through them and loved all of it. The recommended restaurants were delicious and the booking process was a quick phone call. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook but bring your own food, even seasonings. The nearby honeyfarm was a delightful surprise and planning to go again next year.

This cabin had it all! Pool, hot tub, video games. We didn't need to leave the cabin but it was so close to many activities we couldn't resist! Definitely recommend for large groups....room for all!

Beautiful place as described on line. Needs some minor repairs but nothing too bad. We enjoyed the view, the pool and all the games.

The house was nice but looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime. The grill was filthy and had to be cleaned before use. Most importantly, if you have an upcoming stay, please be aware that the back deck railing is extremely unsafe and not bolted to the deck properly. The fireplace, grill, and Posts were falling apart and just left laying around. We had to keep an even closer eye on the kids The shower doors are glass and chipped and can cut your hands if not careful.

Was great accommodations for our family. Lots of activities on site and close to area attractions.

Place was dirty, dusty, toilets were not comfortable for old, tall or handicapped to use. Two of the games didn’t work. The power in the kitchen went out. The hot tub was dirty. And the one bathroom leaked into the downstairs bedroom. So the shower couldn’t be used. Over all for what we paid, including a $500 deposit it was way overpriced! Took my family on a vacation and everything we used had to be worked on first. Wasn’t happy at all.

But there just seemed to be a lot of issues right from the start.
in corresponding with them before our trip they were always very timely, but I can't say overly friendly. We never received the door code to get in, much back and forth before the trip so now Sat AM as were getting ready to leave Kentucky I have to reach out again. Shannon was quick to respond, but still no code in email? so now were texting back and forth. Then once at the house we realize none of the outlets on the main wall in the kitchen are working? Reach out again because my husband thinks a fuse is blown but cannot get into the locked electrical box. She responds quickly and helps us thru getting breaker flipped because they won't be able to do it for a couple days. Then the pool had no heat, 1 of the toilets in queen bathrooms off main floor got plugged which in turn wouldn't make the shower drain either....No decent plunger that would do the trick, called again about pool heat and toilet. Quickly responded, but more conversing back and forth again...The pool issue was the most disappointing. Someone did come out a couple of times to try and fix but just kept resetting the heater which wasn't helping. To be fair they did offer us tickets to some of the explorie attractions, but we had already done what we wanted to do because we weren't able to swim. They did send a pool service out to fix heater on Thursday even though it did get a bit warmer it was still pretty chilly. I know for some this wouldn't have been a stretch financially but we really went beyond our normal rental price to have this heated pool, so that was very disappointing! When I relayed that I would like some financial compensation for it, they did offer me $200 and told me other people had pools that weren't heated and were fine with it...Not what I wanted to hear after all the money we spent to have a heated pool. For the amount of money that was spent there were other things as well. The big stone fireplace out on the main deck is falling apart and all the pieces are laying on the ground, the cushions to outdoor furniture are tired and ripped, although they have 2 griddles none work, hard to feed 13 people. No grill brush to clean grill, only 1 game upstairs worked and never received the $200 for no pool heat when we got the rest of deposit back? I know next year in the summer they are getting over 13,000 a week and hopefully things will be more in check. I don't like leaving neg reviews, but disappointing

Excellent rental, checks all the boxes for family fun and some extras that make it feel luxurious. It could use more towels so maybe bring your own beach towels for the pool/hot tub. Highly recommend!

Overall the property was exactly what it says it is the cabin as well as the patio is beautiful and the peace and serenity there was amazing my only complaints were the fireplace was broken the first 2 days and there was no propane for the outdoor fireplace and grill but once I told the property manager she was very accommodating

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The remote location was so quiet and peaceful yet conveniently located 15 minutes from the all of the tourist attractions and the national park. We had lots of space for everyone to spread out and have their own bedroom and bathroom. The living area was a great place to gather for games and meals and we loved sitting in the deck and enjoying the sun and scenery. It was the perfect spot for our family spring break!

Overall we had a GREAT Time! The cabin is beautiful, the view from the front of the cabin is GORGEOUS! We enjoyed the evenings on the bottom balcony. The teens wanted to explore but the location of the property didn't allow for that other than walking up and down the hill. However, they enjoyed the pool table, game table and darts. All the games upstairs were not working. The biggest issue was the water pressure. While taking a shower in the master we lost water completely. The water pressure was horrible in the other bathrooms as well, no one had mentioned it in the reviews so it must have been something that just happened. The management was great and responded to us right away. Unfortunately they could not repair it while we were there. We did figure as long as one person took a shower at a time it was a little better. It is a beautiful cabin and they plumber and well people had a plan to fix it after we left, I hope they get the repair done. When the pool opens up it will even be a better experience! Great for a large family with plenty of space!

We really enjoyed the stay. The home is amazing. And it's a short drive to anything. You really get the mountain feel here. We will be booking this home in the future for sure.

This house was perfect for our family. It had games for small and teenage kids. The deck, hot tub, and swimming pool kept most from even going into Pigeon Forge.

It was easy to book and was just how it looked in the ad. Maintenance of the property could have been better but overall a good time.

We were a group of 15, adults and children aged 5-13 years, 4 families. It was a perfect amount of space for us, enough room for everyone to eat at the two dining tables simultaneously. Definitely could squeeze a few more people in with the rollaway beds, but would’ve felt crowded to us. I would not recommend for families with mobile toddlers, lots of long hard staircases, not a lot of open space to wander. The cabin was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies (we had a chef cook/deliver food which was a great way to go!). Would love a larger or 2 larger trash cans for that amount of people. They filled quickly and you waste trash bags having to switch them out so frequently. We purchased additional paper towels and toilet paper which ran out during our 5 night stay. Bring extra beach towels as there are only about 5 at the property, definitely not enough for the size of the house. You’ll also need them to cover the video games at night if people are sleeping in the bunk beds in the loft, they are bright! Lastly, the WiFi is satellite based and very unreliable. Most of our party used their cellular service, which is not great either that far up in the mountains. We had a traveler who needed to get on a couple of work calls and had to use her cell service out on the patio to get good enough reception. Just an FYI. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The owners are very attentive and communication was prompt. The property is about 15 minutes from central Pigeon Forge, so convenient, but off of the main drag. Would definitely stay here again.
