Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We came to celebrate the life of my husband, kid’s father and grandfather with a paddle out and memorial in Palos Verdes. This house was just right and plenty of room for all of us to be together for the week. We’re already talking about making this a tradition.

We love the Naples area. The house had plenty of room, was clean except for the yard. Lots of weeds, leftover metal pipes in front yard, weeds in flower pots, couldn’t see the view out the front windows. In a nice neighborhood it looked like a “rental”. Torn awning on the front of the house and no patio heaters to use even though they are mounted on front of house. Had to put our deck chairs out. Sofa cushions outside faded and torn.

The location is perfect, walking distance to what every your needs are…comfy and clean…bright and open with what appears to be new furnishing…enjoyed our stay and will return in the near future

We live in the area but had family coming in from NYC. House and location are superb!! Dog friendly was a definite plus. Looking forward to future stays.

We enjoyed our stay but did have a few issues. There was no internet as was indicated on the reservation. When I called the management company, they tried to help but couldn't. They said a local manager would be contacting me to resolve the issue, but this never happened. It would not have been an issue except that there was really poor cell phone coverage on premises, and we needed to be able to contact other members in our party that were arriving later. We also had a problem with the master bedroom toilet. It never flushed properly. All in all, we enjoyed the location and the accommodations. However, if these few issues had been resolved, it would have made our stay perfect.
