Peak & Non-Peak Season If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip. Cooking & Dining The long galley kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to create anything from a simple snack to a full-course meal. The abundance of counter space makes food prep a cinch, the tile backsplash adds a stylish element and the large window invites in the sunshine and breeze. You'll love cooking here! A formal dining room, complete with an arched doorway, adds an element of elegance to your family meals. Bed & Bath Four charming bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and luxury linens, ensure that each family member gets a great nights' sleep, ready for the next day's adventures. On the first floor of the home is a bedroom with queen size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and a TV. The first floor bath has a tub/shower. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with cozy dormer walls and queen-size beds. Each also has dual nightstands, and a private seating area with an armchair, side table and lamp. What a wonderful retreat for a few minutes of quiet with your book or your journal. The last cozy bedroom has two twin size beds and a nightstand with lamp. Guests will also find a convenient half-bath on this second level. Outdoor Spaces This is where the Sweet Pea Cottage shines! The large backyard is privacy-fenced and beautifully manicured with soft green grass and dramatic foliage. Off in the back corner is a fire pit with four benches, perfect for roasting marshmallows, making gooey s'mores and telling campfire stories! The screened porch may well become the gathering space of choice, with its generous living and dining spaces. It will be a joy to bring your coffee out here in the morning, enjoying the view of the greenery as a cool breeze flows in. In the afternoons, it's a serene spot to read a few pages in your book or catch up on your social media feeds. And in the evening, enjoy your dinner at the dining table or simply relax as you watch the fireflies light up the night sky.

Property is very clean and well-maintained. Backyard and screened in porch are wonderful- wish we had brought s’mores and lighter pack to use in fire pit. Upstairs bathroom is very tiny (closet size) but we are a family of 3 so it was fine for us. A suggestion is to include a box of Kleenex in essentials paper package but otherwise had everything we needed. Location is perfect walking distance to restaurants, park and beach- overall a wonderful stay!

Perfect location and proximity to downtown and beach (can walk to both)! Loved the screened in porch and quiet street as well. Beds were pretty hard, but that’s the only minor complaint.

My family feel in love with this cute little house and the beautiful quiet neighborhood. My teenage boys wanted to move in! We walked to the beach and downtown area easily and wished we could stay longer. The house has everything you need and a lot of thoughtful touches just to make your stay more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house with everything you could ever need. They have thought of everything! Short walk to the beach down a street of beautiful homes. Short walk to shops and food. We loved the screened in porch. We enjoyed our long weekend and would definitely stay here again!

What a beautifully landscaped yard perfect for a 3 & 5 yr. old to exert some play time when not at the Beach. The surprise Air-Hockey was a real treat and grilling & s'mores at the fire pit was perfect.

We spent the weekend with three other couples and we absolutely loved staying in this charming house in a quaint neighborhood in South Haven that was walkable to the beach and downtown area. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked! We absolutely loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time hanging out there together. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a cute seating area for a fire. The owners thought of everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We all loved it and had a fantastic time!

What a wonderful stay! We had three generations visiting South Haven and this was the perfect home base. The house is immaculate and cozy, with many spaces to either spend time together or read in peace! Having the screened in porch and beautifully landscaped backyard meant we could let children play outside while grandparents and parents drank coffee and chatted. The beach, playground, and downtown are just short walks away. We will certainly be back!

We came to the area for a girls weekend. The house was perfect for a relaxing weekend. The bedrooms were lovely and clean. The home is located walking distance to downtown South Haven. We would all be more than happy to stay in this home again!
