Amazing, interesting and wonderful

The place is very good, clean and beautiful room, very attentive staff, especially Julia was very lovely. Would definitely recommend to others and we will be back.

La ubicación es fantástica. Está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la parada del metro/ tranvía. Las habitaciones limpias y bastante cómodas. El desayuno simple pero suficiente. El personal amable y servicial.

El hotel tiene moqueta en todas partes y la decoración está algo anticuada.

Excellent centrally located hotel. Staff lovely and helpful, room immaculately cleaned. Breakfast great they will cook you fresh eggs ham/bacon if required. Reception staff lovely and helpful

Superb

Perfect location, car parks not available at the property, but public car parks are 5-10 minutes walking distance. Very helpful staff, room was a bit weird in terms of layout but nice and clean, modern, spacious bathroom. Would stay there again.

The only thing that I didn't like was that there is no carpark available at the property

Very good value for money, quiet hotel in central location

We were attending shows at the Opera House. The hotel is very conveniently situated for this. The linen and bathroom were very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Good soundproofing. This was our second stay, and we will certainly visit again.

Everything in our room very dusty, and the water glasses/cups were finger marked. Housekeeping need to check details before new guests check in.

Disappointing

location

when I checked in on Sunday it was great as there was only trainees working and they were very eager to provide the best service of which they did. Monday when I extended my stay the permanent team was back and everything seemed off. I’m not sure if it was racial or there are generally just not welcoming. it felt like I was bothering staff for asking basic things like water in the room (was never sent in) iron and new towels. when the cleaner came to give me the towels & iron I politely said thank you and she literally flicked her hand saying “whatever” in her language as she walked away another thing is : hotel is outdated. the classic room (No.4) was way better than the one I upgraded too (Junior Suite No.19) i was sinking into the bed because of how soft it was and the room had wet carpet smell I made sure to leave the windows open while out. you will receive better treatment and service from their trainees.

Clean, well located hotel, with amazing staff.

Everything was great on this Hotel. I would like to specially thanks Ludmila, the receptionist, that was really kind and helpful, helping us to enter the room as early as possible, and had an speciall attention with my parents that were arriving from a tiring trip. The hotel is very well located, clean, with good beds and bathroom. For my this a 10 out of 10.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great!!! The whole neighborhood was really safe and you can walk around to see the city easily and quickly...

The room was really small and very dirty. The temperature wasn't good (it was really cold!!!). Also, we didn't have enough towels for all of us...

Exceptional

Clean and welcoming hotel. The staff is super efficient and at the same time very friendly and always available for any kind of need. This hotel was amazing in everything. I will definitely come back to Vienna and hope to find availability in this hotel. Excellent location, excellent structure, very kind and professional staff. There is nothing that I didn't like or went wrong during my stay. The hotel is absolutely fantastic, i recommend it to everyone and i will definitely come back here for my next trips to vienna.

2nd time we choose this hotel. This time it started bad but thanks to the staff it became very good.

Location is great. At the beginning we got a room we didn't like. We told the staff and and they replaced the room which is much better.

The room we got in the beginning wasn't good for us. But after they replaced the room for us, it was great.

Nine nights in nightmare

All the hotel Not 4 stars level 3 stars maximum. Dirty. Not hot water all day .most of rooms with window on the ceiling much light can't sleep.no superior rooms only classic with extra bed the hotel advertising as superior. Was a big mistake to pay in advance to get better price that is the reason why this hotel make attractive offers to make clients pay in advance so they can't leave the hotel and get refunded. Some clients for 48 hours didn't make shower because was not hot water and the manager refused to change his room as impossible because the hotel was fully booked but that was a big lie as on booking they were advertising for many rooms on availability for 117 to 144 euros but Clients was paying in advance 260 to 285 euros for a classic room with extra bed . As policy of the hotel the rooms stays with door open even for three hours until the vice manager (waitress) Finnish serving breakfast so she can help in cleaning or checking. The manager she is tge receptionist most of the time fighting all time with clients. she thing that she is Managing a military camp and clients must follow her orders . Unfortunately all staff are very young people from Ukraine without any knowledge of tourism industry or hotel hospitality they told me that spiders are very normally to be found in the room when we complained about as we found one .also they told us if you don't like the room there is a five stars hotel cross the road Without refunding us for 9 nights as we paid in advance 2340 euros .we called the police and get advice to complain at tourism authorities and get a legal advice from lawyers to make a case against the hotel so we did that allredy. As we believed that we were victims of advertisements on booking with not real photos for the room was chosen and paid for two months earlier. Be Careful about this hotel is only one floor on the 5th level with 39 rooms .

Not really worthy of more than 2-3 stars I feel. certainly don’t expect a shiny flashy hotel or approach.
