Everything was excellent—we truly couldn't have asked for a better stay! The staff were exceptional, and I would especially like to thank Nour and Muhammad for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. They were always caring, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed.
Our room was cleaned every day, and we were always provided with fresh fruit and bottled water, which was a lovely touch. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they were available immediately and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The room looked exactly like the photos, and both the bed and bathroom were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver after walking more than 20,000 steps around Rome every day—we genuinely looked forward to coming back to our room each evening.
The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and get around. This hotel made our trip even more enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rome!

The location was ideal for us
The sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable. They should either repair or replace it
