Hear the waves crash along the shore right from the home as you and your family enjoy your own private oasis in the backyard, complete with a full outdoor kitchen featuring bar seating, an ice maker, barbeque grill, fire pit, artificial turf, and a convenient outdoor shower. The newly built wraparound landscaped patio is an idyllic setting for enjoying your morning breakfast and sunset cocktails. Venturing out away from the home, head over to the aforementioned bustling 2nd Street for a bite to eat or a day of browsing at the variety of shops. Don’t feel like walking? You can still leave the car at home and rent a bike instead for an adventurous way to get to all your desired destinations. Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, spa tub, and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads. Bedroom #5 is located in the casita outside of the main home and includes a full murphy bed with a memory foam mattress and a smart TV. The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage, with overflow parking available on the street as needed. • This home is equipped with a security camera monitoring the front porch facing the door and garage side of the house facing the street. • Pet friendly! Excellent location with access to beaches. The property is beautifully furnished with a lovely yard area, with barbecue and fire pit. Very comfortable house, spacious and with a large table for family dining.

This was a celebration of our 51st anniversary with our whole family and the following caused a lot of stress for us. Disappointed in the lack of response from the owners regarding very important things that needed to be fixed.
We had planned on bbq’ing every night but the bbq was unusable. The umbrella on the patio was in such disrepair that it also was no good. The patio was quite dirty.
The kitchen refrigerator doors would not close correctly so there is was no ice being made. This also caused whole back of the refrigerator to ice up.

Great location for us to stay with our son and his family ( 5 and 3 yr old plus a 10 week old) for an event in Long Beach. Easy walk to the beach for little ones. The Bay option was great for them plus the backyard .

The location of this house in Long Beach is excellent! Short walks to the 2nd Street restaurants and bars were easy.
My only suggestions are:
The owner should hire a different cleaning crew - the place was not as clean as described in the listing.
Leave an instruction book for all of the electronics in the house.

We easily enjoyed both the ocean beach and the bay beach, but preferred the bay beach due to the calmer wind and water for our grandson. The house itself was lovely and spacious! We especially enjoyed the front porch swing. Would love to have stayed longer.

We decided to take a family vacation where my Mom, brother & my kids could go! My Mom has dementia & we knew this would be the last year she could travel. My daughter is 22 & came down from San Francisco with her boyfriend. I have a 13 year old son who brought 2 of his friends. This house was the perfect house for our family. The casita was such a bonus for the teen boys to be able to hang out at night while the rest of us just wanted to relax in the main house. The proximity to the beach & bay was perfect! Being from Phoenix where it is too hot to sit outside all summer, we really enjoyed sitting in the yard for breakfast & the front porch for early evening cocktails. My only comment on cleanliness was the outside areas were dirty when we arrived. I am not sure if the cleaning company sprays these areas off between stays & if they do not, that would be helpful. My boyfriend sprayed off both the yard & porch so we could enjoy. Also, the A/C did not work when we got there but Jazlyn communicated this with us. Unfortunately, it did not get fixed during our week's stay but Jazlyn provided extra fans which helped in the evening. Otherwise, this was a great house & a great location. Thanks for the memories!

Best part about house is garage as parking in this area is very difficult. Location is fabulous. Turn left out the front door and 30 steps you're at the pacific ocean. Turn right out the front door and 100 steps you're at the Bay Shore beach on the sound side with calm waters. Easy drive (or walk) to downtown Long Beach. Responsive host. Lovely house. Would definitely return if I vacation in Long Beach again.

The property elevated our family get together! Updated, well maintained and well decorated with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and great room area was ideal for all of us to prepare meals and hang out. We loved to people watch in the morning from the front porch, and hang out in the back yard and upstairs patio. The surround sound was fun. The property was walking distance to the beach and shopping.

We got together to celebrate a family member graduating law school. The layout of the property made it great for sharing meals, visiting, and laughing with a few cocktails in hand. We especially enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the upstairs deck. The sounds and smell of the ocean were incredibly relaxing.

The location was wonderful, close to the beach. Lots of beautiful dining and hangout space indoors and outdoors. I would highly recommend this property. And the owner is very helpful and thoughtful. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

Absolutely incredible! The owners have clearly put in lots of effort to make the property feel cushy, luxurious, and comfortable to great effect. Everything from the bedding to the kitchen utensils were all of very high quality, I got some of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while there. The location is excellent, one house away from a beautiful beach resplendent with volleyball courts and fluffy sand. The photos honestly undersell its proximity to the beach. So many thoughtful amenities, and all of them in great working order. Two outdoor showers to rinse off sand from your feet, a gorgeous outdoor grill area with a built in ice machine, massive sliding glass doors that open up the whole living room to the backyard space, and a large fire pit area with seating and an easy to use gas fire which was great for late night hangouts.
My only two small suggestions to the owners - we couldn’t find bedding for the trundle bed, only some light blankets in the closets. That said, we didn’t ask for assistance with that, or search much more intensely than looking around our rooms. And second, the grill utensils were a bit old and worn out.
Overall this was an incredible property and a highlight of our trip. We felt so boujee and pampered and wanted for nothing during our stay.

This lovely property is perfectly situated right between the Bay and the Beach! The home is beautifully appointed and has everything a family could need to have a dream vacation. We have booked countless VRBO’s and we can honestly say…this one is the BEST! We can hardly wait to return next year!

This house is an absolute dream! My husband & I stayed here with our two children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The setup was perfect!
Starting with the massive 2 car garage. We had no problem parking a Suburban and a large Ram truck in it. And we had no problem finding a spot for the third car on the street.
The kids quickly found the bedroom with a bunkbed with trundle and claimed it. Don't miss the small closet behind the little door at the rear of the closet. They loved the hiding spot.
The master bedroom was colossal with the most comfortable bed. We also enjoyed a soak in the big beautiful tub.
There is a lovely and comfortable guest room across the patio for someone that might like a little privacy and it's easy to access the bath with shower in the garage.
We enjoyed having a small private back yard with a big gate to the sidewalk for all the sandy chairs and toys. At night we used the outdoor kitchen for grilling then later the gas firepit for s'mores.
I'd also like to mention how lovely the whole house was decorated. It was most enjoyable! We will absolutely try to book this house again next summer.

This is a beautiful home in an excellent location, steps from the beach. We found the home very spacious and beautiful. It was also very clean, and everything was new in terms of appliances and furniture. The beds were very comfortable as well. A perfect place to host nine people.
