i wish you would take debit card payments for the room

Our dinner (prime rib) for the Tronnes party was excellent. the service was GREAT. Thank you!

it seems on all my visits to the Pomeroy the steam room is not reliable ?

Would not do the Spa again. This was our 4th visit this year to the hotel this year and the 3rd to the Spa. Each time it

A priceless location and view, with great food and excellent facilities, with well trained staff.

Front desk staff was very courteous and well trained. Every day they would text me to see if everything was ok. Vice-president of human resources met us in the hallway, and went off her way to guide us to the restaurant (meals were well prepared). Superb viewpoints from where you can admire God`s creation.

Needs a bit more internal signs (indication of room numbers, direction to elevators, exit to pool, etc.). For the price charged, it could have a couple complimentary bottles of water in the rooms.

Good location but definitely not worth the money!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was okay (not above expectations). The location is lovely along with the hot tub. The Pub & patio offers delicious food catering to a larger crowd, yet unclean.

Was the room was not cleaned well before checking the room, and carpets were not vacuumed properly. Housekeeping isn't done well. The bathroom wasn't well equipped and cleaned. The food was not good at the restaurant inside the hotel. Not worth the price, a meat board was just soo such a small platter, while the cheese platter was more like a fruit platter. Not to forget how the seats and floor were dirty.

Spa was amazing and breakfast at Forte was very well done, kids 5 and under eat free. I also loved that we brought 3 kids and my husband and I still enjoyed a day at the spa as they have childcare. The kids really enjoyed popcorn and PJ and the other activity times!

Amazing place to stay with family to avoid craziness of Banff. Easy drive to Banff. Amazing resort

Amazing amenities. Great spot for kids abs a lot of things to do on property. Market Cafe is amazing in the morning. Forte for dinner was top notch.

A little bit pricy for being so far away from everything. Located about an hour from a lot of the things we wanted to do.

Disappointing for the price we were charged

The slides are great, the restaurant was nice for breakfast. The location is nice

For the price per night we were expecting all the amenities to be open/useful. Steam room was closed. Kids squirt things were broken. No cups at the water cooler. Controllers for game room dead. Ping pong balls broken. Lots of disappointment for the kids. Seems like little things… but this is what set the lodge apart from other places and we pay extra to get those things

Nice, but won’t see us again.

Breakfast buffet is very nice. Not included in room rate. Beautiful location with lovely trail.

Food and wine were outrageously expensive. Not enough dining facilities for the amount of guests. Bathrooms at and area around swimming pools were dirty. Did not service room if you didn’t notice that you had to select a time on your door sign and hand it in at front desk. No extra coffee creamer etc. even if booked for 4 people.

It was a lovely stay that we most likely won’t stay at again. Strictly because of the “taxes” at the checkout

A beautiful family vacation

Food was excellent quality. Water park including the indoor/outdoor hot tub were a nice surprise. Great walking/skiing paths all around

Nordic Spa was a lovely treat. Just a note that it was packed in the mornings. I actually thought that since I booked a specific time/date, the number of people entering the spa would be limited but that was not the case. I went later in the day ....which limited how long I could stay there as the spa closes at 8 or 9 pm. It was definitely less crowded after 4 pm. I'm glad I went...my favourites included the Eucalyptus steam room and the beautiful mountain views from the pools.

Excellent Family Getaway

We had a fantastic time celebrating our daughter's birthday & our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special from a room upgrade to special drinks & dessert at Forte. The Waterpark was the icing on the cake! Even with an extreme cold warning we had so much fun at the lodge. We will definitely be back to this beautiful Alberta Gem!

Very good but very costly

Brunch was exceptional, I appreciated all the gluten free menu options you have. We also really appreciated the chrome cast on the TV as it allowed for family movie nights. The pool area was a great hit and the staff were very helpful.

Cost especially the food was extremely high. The room rate was high for what we used it for but the food was the real struggle. Our family of four with one kid free still cost over $70 for every meal and we don’t order alcohol. Dinner the one night for just appitizers and two kids meals was $150! Even breakfast from the cafe cost me $60 to feed the four of us. I felt the only meal that seemed reasonable value was the brunch. We paid $25 a day for resort fee and found that all the extra activities we were interested in all cost even more money.
