Disappointing and not good value. Be prepared for long walk from your terminal or shuttle ride

Advertising showed it to be connected to airport but it is at least 20 mins walk from international terminal and a bus shuttle is needed from Terminal B. The 4am one was full so had to wait around fir the next one. No slippers, bathrobe, notepad/pen ... not my best Hilton Experience for $425 for an 8 hour stay

Everything good about my stay was demolished by the madman, threatening to kill us

The property is a Hilton so obviously it’s decent.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the screaming lunatic at 4 o’clock in the morning, threatening to kill a bunch of us standing outside, waiting for the shuttle! When I brought it up to customer service, they gave me a bunch of points instead of refundingthe cost for my room. This is unacceptable as I have a heart condition and it was extremely traumatic.

Good night sleep, but lacks amenities

Large room, helpful front desk, beautiful view.

No shower gel and conditioner in my room. Discovered as I was in the shower. Too late to bother calling the front desk and only stayed one night, but I did read in other reviews that it's normal for this hotel to have empty bottles.

Very convenient to the terminals.

The Hilton was very convenient to our departure from Terminal E. The staff person was very accommodating and allowed us to stay until a noontime checkout when our flight was delayed by many hours.

Convenient and clean

Very close to the airport and free shuttle running every 15 mins.

Arrived at 7pm very tired and hungry and told that the restaurant had a 30-40 minute wait time as it was so busy. Had to sit in lobby area until called ;(

We should have stayed downtown and taken a taxi to the airport.

Convenient to the airport

Staff misdirected us to the Uber pickup location and accosted us a we were trying to go to our room with some questions about future vacation plans. The person chasing us down did not have any hilton identification on him. It was strange and upsetting.

I had a question about the shuttle to the airport. In answering my question the staff member was, I thought, less than clear. I restated his answer to make sure I understood and he responded in a way that was clear he thought I was less than intelligent. It was unclear to me whether he was always Abrupt (there was no one waiting behind me), Or whether he has little patience for older women.

Monopoly on convenience

Very convenient. You can walk from the hotel to any terminal via the Sky Walk.

Staff unhelpful and very impersonal apart from Nick leading the valet/arrival who was a hero! No trolleys to take luggage to the airport which is ridiculous. 30 minute + queue for the restaurant.

Convenient and bland

Very convenient for an early flight.

I have a Hilton honors card but don’t remember by account. The guy at the front desk made no attempt to find my number whereas Marriott were very helpful the previous week. As a result I’d prioritise Marriott over Hilton to stay at in the future.

Fair.... not that great as the advertisement said.

The coffee....got a dirty cup...the cream was bad. The brazed beef with the pie crust...no flavor very dry .. Paid thirty dollars I think something like that. I threw it away...

The price does not match - in addition to the overall amount that show when you book, there is: State tax 5.7%, City occupance 6.5%, Convernsion tax (whatever this means), Tourism assement (1.5%) plus a direct bill of $35.79. All of this which is not shown when you book. Very disapointed.

it was so perfect. I flew in from India and was very tired, so the nice staff and delicious dinner was just what I needed before a wonderful sleep in the comfy bed. thank you!!

I would stay again

We used this hotel as it is within the Boston Logan Airport. We landed late in the evening, so it was convenient
