Suited us perfectly

Parking adjacent to room. Clean. Bus stop for SF Town center 38 right outside. 20 minute walk to Golden Gate Park or take a bus no 28 5 mins walk away...that bus in opposite direction goes to Fishermans Wharf..excellent! Car hire Enterprise 5 minute walk away ...also excellent Grocery shop across road. Guy in reception very helpful! For Jewish customers Chabad across the road

Advertised as providing free breakfast ...NO breakfast is provided !! All that is provided is orange & apple juice and coffee on tap or refills for the bedroom coffee machine. A correction requd to their blurb.

Wouldn’t stay again

Could walk to 7-eleven

My children and I stayed 2 nights. I called before booking to see if they had connecting rooms. They said yes, but they don’t have connecting rooms we found out at check-in. Also on n the day we left, my eyelid was swollen up and red. My kids and I had a few itchy bites on us. It’s taken 5 days for my eye swelling to come down. I think rooms 203 and 204 have bed bugs or some other biting bug in them. Just fyi.

Room is as expected for the price. It’s clean and everything needed for an overnight stay was there and worked. It’s a convenient location for all the hospitals around the area. Very close to the Legion of Honor museum and the Parks. Geary Blvd crosses San Francisco from Downtown to Ocean Beach and has plenty of busses. We will stay here again.

Can’t fault the hotel for the way the building is oriented: it’s L shaped with the rooms on Geary blvd and the covered parking on the not much travelled side street. Geary Blvd is a large thoroughfare and can be noisy during the day. However, traffic dies down around 9:00PM. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but there is a 24h Jack in The Box accross the street.

Comfortable, clean, my next trip to San Francisco, I’m staying here again.

Location, away from downtown but close to Golden Gate Bridge, Presidio, Golden Gate Park and De Young Museum, Lands End, Baker Beach, and with bus stop right in front, good connection to downtown. Free parking. Good breakfast restaurant across the street.

Parking was a bit challenging for me - it is tight. Not a problem, really. it’s just me.

Heater was so loud it woke me up. Needed to shut off heater to sleep, but very cold. No blanket. Staff promised a response from management to my complaint but never got back to me. Tried to reach management myself by phone, but there was no answer on the phone provided by staff. Please make a price adjustment.

Terrible staff, unsafe environment.

The room itself is fine. You get what you paid for.

Someone literally tried to break into our hotel room at 1am and men were screaming. We tried to contact the front desk multiple times that night and went back the next day and no one was there. We are actively trying to get our money back.

Clean and comfortable

Location on Geary Street is not touristy, but it's the best neighborhood to explore the diverse and amazing restaurant scene, with a convenient 24 hour bus stop just outside the motel. Room was exactly as advertised - compact, comfortable, and clean. Friendly and efficient greeting at check-in. Would stay again.

Light sleepers might want to bring earplugs - you get noise from both the indoor appliances (e.g. fridge) and the busy street outside. Nothing unusual for an inner-city motel.

Affordable, well located hotel for exploring Golden Gate Park, nearby museums, and Clement Street. It is a traditional “motel”, so nothing fancy. Room was clean, nice king size bed and comfortable pillows. It is located on busy street, but the street noise at night was not bad. Bus (38) stops right in front of hotel.

I booked on this website, got to the front desk after driving all day, and the man told me my name wasn’t on the list. Had to go to a different motel on the other side of town. Very bad experience.

Good if you won’t spend much time in the room

Location is great, cleaning staff is super nice and helpful, comfortable beds

Parking was torture, it is first come first serve so we had to leave the car mostly because we were scared we would lose our spot. And it is so narrow you have to be a master at it. Facilities are very basic, but cleaning ladies did such a great job keeping the room fresh and comfortable.
