Beautiful property, very quiet, lovely gardens, friendly & helpful staff, free shuttle into town
The free shuttle stops at 8pm, but then you can just get a taxi

We loved the Gardens. To be up and out of the city was lovely. The staff were so welcoming, especially Noris, on reception. The florentine steak in the restaurant was delicious, as was breakfast each morning. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city !
We fell in love with Firenze !!
The waiter on the bar and in the restaurant the day we arrived was rude. But the lady the next day was lovely and made the most delicious lemonchello cocktail, and he was the only member of staff not to be friendly and welcoming x
