My first time in Key West, I liked the location, and the apartment.

Reasonable pricing and location close enough to Old Town activities. Appliances are in good shape and we did enjoy the private hot tub. The living space in the unit was adequate. The deck furniture provided additional seating outdoors.

I wanted to verify prior to booking that we could do a late checkout & the property confirmed if available we would be accommodated with a small fee and have that option 24 hours before our scheduled checkout date. It was very frustrating to find out that this unit in did not in fact offer this option so we ended up booking an extra night that we couldn't use just to stay for the afternoon on our last day and not check out at the scheduled 10am time which is non-negotiable.
The king size bed is so worn in you can visibly see the large dip in the center from how used it is. It's way too soft and mushy and my shoulder was sore after sleeping on it. The pillows were very comfortable though and there are plenty of pillows and extra bedding.
Make sure you bring your own pool towels because they only provide bath towels but they could double serve for the pool if needed and since there's a washer & dryer in the unit you can do laundry while you're there too.
The semi-private hot tub was really the highlight of our stay and makes up for the other flaws inside the unit. The pool isn't really a pool it's just a large inground hot tub.
Bring your own plastic or reusable cups because they only provide glass which you can't use by the pool.
Wifi was good. We used HDMI for the cable to connect my computer to the TV.
Parking is limited but we brought our own bikes to get around and pulled up to unload our stuff and then parked around the block.
Overall the property was lovely.

Cute little place to stay! Quiet and private yet convenient to anywhere on the island! Comfortable bed and pillows and we loved the hot tub on the deck! Clean apartment and had everything we needed!

This is a great little place in a quiet area but close to shopping, a liquor store, and not a huge walk to Duval Street or A&B Marina. The only issue was that we had an issue with sugar ants - emailed the contacts twice and never heard back.

This property was even more beautiful than pictured. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean inside and out. The mattress on the bed sinks in the middle and probably needs to be replaced, as mentioned in other reviews, but overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the property. Thank you!

The property was sparkling clean upon arrival, which was nice. We easily fit 2 adults and 2 kids on the pull out sofa. We had plenty of room the entire stay. The local Vacasa staff was very responsive and accommodating when we needed an extra blanket and sheet (but would suggest having extra sets on hand in the closet in the future). We liked that they had plenty of pool/beach towels for use and a washer & dryer for easy access. Parking was always available for us right out front. We easily walked to everywhere we visited on the island and barely used our rented bikes. The prior reviews were very helpful, as there were accurate observations that we would still recommend the property owners update. For example, it is true that the bed caves in the middle and makes it difficult to sleep. It was comfortable, but needed the bare minimum of support; it was worn down. Would be a quick and easy replacement. Second, a shelf on the wall or one next to the sink in the bathroom would be helpful to set toiletries and towels other than behind the narrow mirror or on limited racks, especially when more than 2 people are staying. Also, a simple set of salt and pepper would be helpful, in the kitchen, along with coffee filters. The filter light on the hot tub was also blinking the whole time, but it did not bother us, as everything was clean and the outdoor area was awesome. We would rent it again. We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

It's not far from shops, restaurants, bars and Duval but far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle if you don't want it.
The management company was great to work with, informative and communicated well.

This condo was just what we wanted. A place to ourselves with a fully equipped kitchen area, washer dryer, and outdoor area with a pool and chairs to enjoy our view.
The place was very clean and property management made the check in process very easy. The bathroom and shower were larger than I expected from the photos. The entire place was small but cozy and honestly for two friends on a four day trip it was the perfect size.
We loved that beach towels were included, as well as a bottle opener, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, ice cube trays (and ice cube maker), and anything essential we really needed!
The outdoor area was gorgeous with lush vegetation and felt very private, despite sharing the pool area with a few other units. The pool area is right behind the unit but between the porch railing and window treatments we couldn’t see or hear anyone the one time other people used it while we were home during our stay. The pool was more of a soaking tub with jets than a pool to swim but it has a lot of seating built in so it was lovely to relax in.
We rented a golf cart while we were here and easily found parking within half a block of the unit every night. Everything we wanted to visit was within a 7 minute golf cart ride, usually less.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for affordable, convenient, quiet, clean, and/or quaint!
