This is a great spot in the heart of Bend, walking distance from many great places. My only complaint is the instruction to the front door need to be more clear. Make sure you enter from the back alley and not the front door of the address given to us like we did, oops. Luckily the people staying in the front where nice enough to explain were we needed to go.

We loved the carriage house apartment! It provided all the amenities and was close to everything. The included garage and bikes were an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location on the west side of the river. 1.5 blocks to breweries & restaurant. 3 block walk to Whole Foods style local grocery. Cruiser bikes in the garage were great for going further around the city. It is a 1 bed studio above two 1-car garages. So you have NO SHARED WALLS with another unit. Super quiet inside. Clean with all the amenities you expect. Nothing bad to say about the property!

My family loved being able to walk to so many locations, e.g. Downtown, Drake Park, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, etc. We also noted that the kitchen was well supplied with all the conveniences of home. Several family members appreciated having bikes available.

This listing turned out to be better than the pictures. It is small but just perfect for two people and you cannot beat the location. Walking distance to everything you would need/want in Bend. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here for future trips to Bend!

Everything was wonderful. The place was clean and really well stocked and the perfect location to walk everywhere in town and bike and run too. Porch was nice to sit on and drink coffee in the am. Would stay again!

I stayed here for four nights, getting in some spring skiing and working remotely. The ADU was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the attached garage was a nice bonus. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The location is excellent: quiet yet a short walk from several excellent breweries, restaurants, and cafes. I happened to interact with the property managers at check in, and later ran into one of them in town: they were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a small 1BR. There is also a sizable sister house available.

We are very familiar with Bend and have stayed in all kind of rentals. This was the first time we stayed in an apartment - above a garage...so I was apprehensive! Well, the place was so cute. the best equipped kitchen/pantry/bathroom I have ever seen. The owners understand the needs of short-term renters: spice rack/beautiful pots / stocked kitchen with coffee pods, sugar, cleaning products, laundry facility. Knives that actually are sharp! Small things matter! and whoever is in charge of these accommodations did an excellent job!

Immaculate upstairs condo in a walkable neighborhood. Only a 30 minute drive to Bachelor and minutes to downtown Bend. Loved having a garage (especially in winter). Definitely would stay here again.

Great location in the city, but the neighborhood is quiet and subdued. Walk a block and you have restaurants and bars. Walk a bit farther, you can find so much more. Great walkability and the dog loved the neighborhood.

very conveniently located in downtown Bend we loved walking to The Lot and Bosa for dinner/drinks it was quiet even though the neighbors were remodeling thank you!

Great location to stay in if you are going to the amphitheater. Fun and cute little town. There is a lot to get to in walking distance. The apartment is very cute and actually has nice cooking pans.

Loved our 3-week stay here! Andrea is a fabulous host. She is kind, communicated wonderfully with us, and provided a well cared for property. Plenty of towels and paper goods, a lovely welcome basket, coffee maker, ice cream maker, blender. We picked up berries at the farmers market and made ice cream one warm evening. We walked everywhere! Breakfast at Chow, coffee at Back Porch Coffee, lunch and a growler fill at Primal Cuts, groceries from Newport Market. This is our second stay at this property. It's fantastic and had everything we needed and then some! The garage is a boon. We bring lots of gear to Bend, and we could fit our mid-sized truck and all our outdoors toys.

Perfect spot for a couple in the best neighborhood

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay, clean and comfortable space with new amenities, right in the middle of a great neighborhood. My fiancé and I were in town for the weekend and the location allowed us to walk to all our favorite bars, restaurants, and shops in town (less than a minute walk to the West Side 10 Barrel). Access to the private garage was a huge plus. Would absolutely recommend this location to any couples looking to ditch the car and get an immersive Bend experience. We can't wait to stay here again!
