Room was not cleaned, wasn’t even remotely okay to stay in.

Area

It was clear this apartment wasn’t cleaned. We found sperm in our bed, a sex ring box, cum rags, absolute filth. No attempt to clean. Seems like it might have been a communication issue with the host on what room we were supposed to stay in. Nevertheless, as someone who doesn’t need a spotless place, this was simply not livable. The host, Karen, was good in responding and sounds like there will be accountability taken.

Very friedly staff. The location is very good directly in the city. The Apartment has everything you need for a longer stay and is clean. I would recommend Stay Together Apartments.

Big and well-equipped apartment

-The 4-room apartment is a spacious and comfortable living space, perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. -Its prime location means that it is conveniently situated close to all amenities, such as restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it the ideal base from which to explore the local area. -The inclusion of a laundry washing machine in the apartment is a fantastic bonus, allowing guests to clean their clothes during their stay without the hassle of having to find a laundromat. -The complimentary beer and cola in the fridge is a thoughtful and welcoming touch, providing guests with a refreshing beverage to enjoy upon arrival. -The staff at the apartment complex are exceptional, offering fantastic customer service and demonstrating a genuine interest in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their follow-up is thorough and efficient, ensuring that any issues or queries are promptly addressed.

- While the apartment is generally well-appointed, it's worth noting that the small bathroom can at times emit an unpleasant odor. However, the apartment management team is aware of this issue and takes steps to address it promptly when brought to their attention. - While the elevator is functional, it may be too small for larger groups or individuals with bulky luggage. It's important to note, however, that this is a common issue with older buildings, and the apartment management team is working to explore options to improve the elevator's capacity. In the meantime, they are happy to provide assistance with luggage or to arrange alternative accommodations for those who

can’t see why we would ever stay in a hotel again when, for a small group, the apartment worked do well.

it’s location gave great access to the city and had a wonderful flexibility of room use.

Great location, cosy and fully equipped apartment. The hosts were beyond helpful and friendly. They arranged a wonderful b-day surprise for us incl. cake, drinks, and baloons ( thank you, Carla ❤️)

Perfect stay for family

The apartment is just at the right place. La Ramble, the Marina, the Theatres, Restaurants and Clubs, all are in walking distance from the apartment. A supermarket is right under the Apartment Building. The host Alvaro is a gentle, kind and warm person. He personally took great care of my family. We were offered complimentary cleaning services on alternative days. We had a very pleasant and memorable stay.

Spacious apartment and that had everything we needed

Accessibility to key locations, plenty of options for eating out not far from the location. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on and the apartment overall had everything we needed. Carla and Andrea were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Friendly and helpful hosts

The location and view were great. We rented the penthouse which was spotless, bright, and spacious with high ceilings. Check in was simple, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. For example, they provided us with 3 key cards (a rarity in Spain), showed us the apartment and its amenities, and gave a very detailed information/ suggestion sheet (restaurants, tours, markets, places to visit, and apartment info). Plus, they helped us with a parking dilemma and brought us a bottle of champagne (that on top of the soda and beer in our fridge). Fun place to stay!

The penthouse terrace is not particularly private and (not the fault of Stay Barcelona) guests smoke and listen to loud music on the shared terrace next door until after midnight. If you need to get out of the parking garage suggested by the building before 9:30 am, it can be quite an ordeal. Thankfully, as noted, our hosts tried REALLY hard to help us with that situation.

Exceptional

The apartment is located in a beautiful building in the city centre. It is close to a lot of attractions, by metro or on foot. It is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are big, each of them with an individual little balcony. A lot of light, confy beds. There were 6 of us and they provided 6 individual key cards for convenience. There are a lot of restaurants and bars very close to the apartment and also many supermarkets. The hosts were really nice and helpful, left us drinks in the fridge on arrival - such a nice touch after a day of traveling. They provided a free cleaning and bedsheets and towel change mid-stay. Would definitely recommend for a group.

Amazing

The property was amazing, very spacious, balcony in every room was like the cherry on top, Alvaro was amazing, his hospitality made us feel at home.

No faults in the stay, I recommend this property to anyone staying Barcelona, the neighbourhood was very central, numerous supermarkets, many food places.

A beautiful spacious and well lighted hotel apartment.

Everything was wonderful. The host and hostes, Carla and Alvaro were welcoming, helpful and generous. Would definitely suggest to family travelers.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He went all the way to assist us. I forgot his name but i surely remember his kindness.

Amazing apartment in a great location

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and light and airy. The roof terrace, though communal, was an added bonus, as were the complimentary beers on arrival. The lady on reception (afraid I didn't get her name) gave us a great reception and was always on hand with help and hints when we needed it. A perfect stay in a great location

Fantastic holiday in Barcelona

The apartment is simply perfect: comfortable, equipped with everything and an impeccable cleanliness. The location is ideal for enjoying the city as the metro and various bus stops are right in front the house. Also the area is very quiet. The host, Alvaro, is an exquisite, kind and helpfull person. He is always ready to satisfy every need. I will definitely come back here when I visit Barcelona again!
