Very poor

The overall spaciousness of the apartment and its convenient location

1. The apartment above us was very noisy in general, especially on our last night. There were loud disturbances, including glass breaking and furniture moving, which lasted until 6 am, making it impossible for us to sleep and causing us to check out an hour later than scheduled for which we were charged. 2. The apartment manager's actions on our last day left a lasting negative impression and were quite upsetting. She entered our apartment without notice, intruding on our privacy. What was particularly distressing was her aggressive and loud yelling, which created a highly unsettling and uncomfortable atmosphere. 3. Subpar cleanliness and maintenance of the toilets. 4. Small discrepancies between the apartment's appearance in the pictures and its actual condition.

It was horrible. The owner was very rude

It was in very bad condition and the staff were very rude. When you pay the deposit they don’t give it back. The sink was blocked in the beginning of our stay but the owner blamed it on us.

Plenty of room for all guests, beds comfortable, living space a great roomy size. Fantastic location and great links to everything via metro just outside.

It was as a wunderul appartemnt which I can recommend to everyone

the apartment was in a very good location. The staff was always there to help with complications and were very friendly. it was very clean and beautifully decorated. everything was available and very well equipped. We were a very large group but there was plenty of space for everyone so we could all eat together. we enjoyed our stay very much!

Unfortunately, one of the two apartments only had cold water the whole week. however, due to the heat, this wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, you couldn't open the windows either, but there was air conditioning in every room.

Perfect location for groups visiting Barcelona.

Lots of space for a group of 7, no issues with 3 showers at once. Lots of separate living and sleeping spaces. Location is perfect for visiting Barcelona and getting around.

Air con in living space would randomly make loud noises. Washing machine leaked. One bathroom had a missing lock. All showers were working but damaged. Bathrooms need some attention.

We stayed here for the Primavera festival and would highly recommend for this purpose!

It was perfect for our purposes, we had a large group and needed somewhere close to the metro and in walking distance from day time activities. The apartment was large with tall ceilings and sufficient appliances.

It was a nice stay, huge apartment, 3 bathrooms!

The location is close to city center, supermarket and restaurants!

If guests are staying for more than 3 days, hope there are extra towels already available.

Female family and friends weekend getaway

Beautiful traditional city apartment in the heat of Barcelona. Wonderful location, bright and airy apartment that could accommodate our large group of family and friends. The bedrooms and communal spaces are spacious and nicely decorated. Having three shower rooms was essential for our large group and worked out well. Large fridge that we could fill from a good selection of local small and large super markets. Easy walking to Barcelona's main tourist sites and popular eating and socialising areas. I would recommend it for any large group wanting to stay together.

There was very little that we did not like. Some renovation noise affected one room that we were informed of on arrival. Owners were unfortunately unable to accommodate late check out however we were able to lock up our luggage on the ground floor. There was one attic room with two beds with an on suite toilet up a flight of stairs that thankfully our guests were okay about as it was in contrast to the beautiful high ceilings in the rest of the apartment.

perfect location in Barcelona!

The location was absolutely perfect! The layout of the apartment was fantastic… there were six of us traveling, and we each had our own separate room. All of the amenities were great! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the security guard in the building was very nice as well as the host that checked us in- she met us early in the morning, which was very convenient because our flight came in very early from the states. We will definitely stay here again!

great place to stay.

the apartment was very clean , near the metro and plaza de Catalunya. Also , it was in the center of the city which was really helpful to walk around .

Location was great.

The location was great and we could walk to major attractions and restaurants.

The bedrooms looked like infirmaries and beds were not comfortable. One chair in the living area had a seat that one side was completely broken down. The showers were so tiny that you could barely turn around in them. my grandson and I burned ourselves on a hot water pipe in the shower. Fortunately we were out in Barcelona most of our stay so we did not have to be in the place for long periods of time.

Exceptional

Absolutely perfect accommodation for a group of 8. We had 3 bathrooms, including 2 showers and 2 toilets, a fully furnished kitchen, living room and multiple bedrooms. The location is ideal on a main street in the city centre, Las Ramblas. Plenty of good food options nearby and a 24hr supermarket next door to apartment The staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and hospitable, making our trip completely stress free and allowed us to enjoy Barcelona

Very good

The place was fantastic. So large. The beds were hard, but sleepable. Such a lovely space. We loved it. Great laundry, kitchen gathering space. It was great. Great location.

There was some insane party upstairs with stomping and screaming. There wasn't a night attendant to stop it so we just had to deal with it. That was a bummer. The following night was fine.

good communication but uncomfortable

the property was in a good location, really easy to check in and out and contact through WhatsApp was really good for everything we needed. shower was cold but the owner sorted it as soon as possible for us.

the apartment stank of stale smoke, the AC was leaking and wasn’t fixed and although we were given fans it was way too hot so didn’t sleep well and we were hotter inside the apartment than outside (which was hot!) and there wasn’t enough toilet roll

Spacious but outdated

Location was good Apartment was spacious in general Two rooms were connected with big closet which was perfect for the girls

Not really like the photos Windows and balcony were locked AC was not working properly Bath water was not working in one washroom One of the washroom was too tiny No noise after 10 pm kinda ruined it for us

Good for 1 night, but needs maintenance/updating

The hosts are very nice and helpful with information. Big place perfect for larger groups.

The pictures on the website are not very accurate. The apartment needs maintenance and 2 of the bedrooms did not have air conditioning. The drapes were also dirty and one was hanging off the rod.
