Value for money is 0.expectation of the stay was not mat.

Only the location.

It's not the same what is shown in the pictures.with the kids to stay on the 4th floor it's very difficult.when the kids were walking in the room.one of the guest came and ask not walk but they are sleeping and they are getting disturb. One of my kids buggy was ripped off by someone.spoke to the concern person but he did it's very rare.water kettle was not working when asked replaced it by afternoon.

Only the location

I don't like to write something like that but I think it's necessary...its a 4th floor without elevator. we are a family with large bags. The aggressive neighbor insulted and attacked us. Beds are not good. Have not AC (we didnt read this but sincerely its in the description-our fault). We leave a night before to expired our stay.

Great location with subpar accommodations……

Location was great

Outdated and dirty. The linens were dirty and there was mold in the shower. Headboard to bed was worn away and all the ways had dirt marks on them. If this place was priced up it would be a gem.

Run away as fast as possible

The location was the only good quality- but still NOT worth it

Never stay here!!! I have lost all faith in booking.com after years of being a loyal customer with good experiences. We arrived to the property to find no running water whatsoever. We notified the host immediately and he ignored the comment altogether. We found ourselves stranded in Lisbon at 9 pm on a Saturday night with no guarantee of even having a place with running water to stay. Booking. Com support was minimally helpful but did get the host to turn the water on, however it was ice cold making it still impossible to shower. We ultimately had to find a new accommodation on Airbnb due to a host that would respond to our messages random irrelevant comments without answering our questions about the issues we had. He asked us to complete maintenance tasks downstairs in the building that we did not feel comfortable with given having worry that we would affect water throughout the large apartment complex. Additionally- we falsely believed from the photos of the posting that there would be two bathrooms which is not the case. One toilet and one shower for 6 people was not ideal but regardless we were not even able to use the shower at all. The fans in the unit also did not work at all so it was extremely hot, further driving our decision to leave promptly after the first night as soon as we could find something else (which booking.com refused to help us with). Overall the experience was incredibly bad and the poor support we received made it much worse.

good location but aggressive neighbours, delayed check in and sofa bed was not as advertised

Great location!

Very aggressive neighbours who were complaining about noise at 6pm despite my group only speaking in normal tones while trying to access the property. This was a very upsetting start to our holiday and while Joao did come to the apartment to speak to us he did not give speak to the aggressive neighbours or do anything to alleviate the situation. Separately the apartment was not ready at 3pm for check in as previously advised. Lastly one apartment was advertised as being able to hold 8 people with 2 on a sofa bed. However the “sofa bed” did not turn into a bed and could only keep 1 person.

Location couldn’t be better, and we had enough space for 5.

location was amazing in the heart of Chiado. Restaurants, beautiful streets, shopping and just an amazing vibe is everywhere. There is a great coffee shop with amazing bread just next door.

the bathroom is very outdated including towels. The beds ate comfortable but the sofa bed is not.

Lioved it. Great way to experience Lisbon for a few days.

The friendliness and communication from the host and the location right in the middle of the vibrant old city.

Nothing. Be aware that it is a lovely old building and you will have to walk up four flights of steps. We enjoyed it. Again, it is in the centre of town and is a busy noisy and bustling place. Don’t expect it to be super quiet at night.

Very nice host, great place

The location was great, close to everything, the owner communicated very well, very quickly. Shower was hot and stream freat.

Beds were too hard for all of us, and the pillows very thin and lumpy.

great stay, great apartment and great locations. would recommend

amazing two bedroom apartment in the heart of Lisbon. clean, comfortable and very easy to get to all the key locations in walking distance. on the main road, in the city centre, lots of restaurants and shops and Starbucks close by! easy to get taxi when needed. Ricardo the host was very easy to get in contact with and very helpful. would definitely recommend !

to be aware, on fourth floor, lots of steps.

Very comfortable and clean . Loved the coffee shop downstairs and the church across the street. shop

Breakfast? No breakfast. Location was perfect but going up four floors of stairs was extremely painful...... 5 large suitcases and 5 smaller. Plus one elderly woman.

Excellent stay in Lisbon

The host, Ricardo, was very kind and easy to contact. He made everything so easy and gave lots of good tips. Location is excellent. There is air conditioning (AC) which worked well. And the facilities in the kitchen as well as dishwasher and washing machine are great.

It's up 4 flight of stairs and the shower space is tight. So one for the...more lean traveller

Great

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the river, minutes to good restaurants, shops and lovely cafes, train station. Bonus, a bakery next door for a yammy breakfast.

It’s situated at the 4th floor and once inside there are another steps... But a bit of exercise won’t hurt anyone 😊
