Situated in Kansas City, this lovely condo for $107 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: 1 BR/ 1BA LOFT -Building is registered with the National Historic Registry. Beautiful old architectural details preserved with modern conveniences. Located in the heart of downtown KC- blocks from Convention Center, Sprint Center, Power & Light District & everything downtown has to offer! Loft is brand new- all stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in each unit, all new electrical, AC and plumbing. You will have access to gym and rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown! The Space: Interior of building has been completely overhauled with new electrical, plumbing, wiring, ac/heating and all the modern conveniences at the same time historic architectural details left in place! Exposed brick walls, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, beadboard ceilings etc. Guest Access: Gym and Rooftop Deck. The Neighborhood: Loft is situated a few blocks from Convention Center/Bartle Hall, Power & Light District, Sprint Center and River Market. The KC Streetcar that is free to ride is a short walk and will take you to River Market, Union Station, Crown Center with stops along downtown. 9 miles from Arrowhead Stadium and KC Royals Stadium. Getting Around: Parking 1. There is 2 hr free parking on the street M-F from 7am to 6pm. It is free all day on the weekends and holidays. Technically, you can park there from 4pm to 9am M-F without having to move vehicle. 2. We have a few limited parking spots at the lot next to the building at the rate of $9 per day with unlimited in and out privileges. If you are interested in that option, please message us to arrange. 3. Downtown Central Library garage is on 10th St. and Baltimore. They charge by the hour with a max of $10 per day. Address to the library is 14 West 10th St. Other Things to Note: Loft is fully stocked with all bedding, towels, shampoo, soap etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. We provide you with coffee, creamer etc! We also offer free Wi-Fi! Interaction with Guests: We can be reached 24/7 for any questions or issues.

Clean, well prepared, easy checkin, beautiful space, great location! Two important things to note if you stay here: you can hear everything outside the loft- hallway chatter and all the city sounds (I loved it but some people might not). Also, free street parking was tough to find so we did end up paying $10 per 24 hours. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This property was clean and spacious enough for any couple. This trip was just me. The neighborhood is safe to walk around with many good eating establishments within walking distance. The owner communicated immediately when I had a issue with my entrance code. I felt very at home and at ease.

Everything was fabulous and as advertised!! Great location in downtown KC on the block with some great restaurants and bars or an easy tram ride to other entertainment centers. Cool and cozy vibe in a historic building. A updated, modern loft feeling with warm ambiance. Super comfy bed, stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 2. Would definitely stay here again.

We had stayed at the property, different unit last fall, so we knew we liked the location. We have 4 kids and a farm, so it's always tricky to get away, but we decided to stay a second night (at the minute). I believe that I emailed Olivia (if I'm wrong forgive me) but she was AMAZING and ACCOMODATING, and let us check in early to another unit down the hall! Who does that anymore? So awesome! We really appreciate it! We have stayed at many of the hotels downtown and really enjoy the privacy of staying here. We will be back! Thanks again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property to go to the Jason Aldean concert at the T-Mobil center. It was the perfect location given it was only about a 15 minute walk. I also loved the property itself because of how clean it was when we arrived and the urban vibes. The host was also very helpful with all the questions I had and responded in a timely manner. Overall I would highly recommend.

There Check in process was super easy. Easy parking close by. The only complaint i have is i didn’t have easy access to the house manual and couldn’t find it. Other than that beautiful location, beautiful loft, and was within walking distance of our show we attended. Will definitely try and find this location when i come back and stay.

We loved this unique loft. Olivia, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location is a couple blocks from the free trolley that runs up and down Main Street. The trolley gives you access to all the great things to do in downtown KC. There was a rooftop deck where we relaxed and enjoyed some adult beverages. We were able to get one of the limited parking spaces in the lot next door from the property manager that has in and out privileges.

We stayed here while in the area visiting the local ballparks. Great place, loved the brick wall and decor, we enjoyed the rooftop deck! Lots to do within walking distance. We went to the rooftop bar around the corner for a drink. Walking distance to Power and Light district which has a ton of places to eat and drink. Short drive to the ballpark where we went to our first Royals game. The stadium was pretty cool and super easy to get in and out. Would definitely book this place again if we come back to Kansas City!

Great location & condo! Everything was perfect. Communication with the owners/management was also great as well. My only very small gripe is the bed is a little soft for me but i'm a stomach sleeper and that's generally the case for me at ANY vrbo. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO!

The loft is perfect for exploring the downtown of Kansas City. It is centrally located with easy access to the KC Streetcar. Overall we enjoyed the loft and would use it again if in Kansas City.

The loft was just as it was advertised. Very clean and stocked with what we needed. Olivia was very nice and accommodating. She checked in on us during our stay. She provided a list of recommendations for the area. I would highly recommend her lofts. We are planning on returning. The loft is a short walk to Main Street where you can get on the KC street car that is free and runs from the city market to union station. There is a stop near power and lights. Very handy.

Loved our stay!!! Location was ideal. Close to the free tram allowing us to hit all the spots we wanted to get to. Building was quiet and we took advantage of the gym as well as the rooftop sitting area. If we are in KC again we will definitely stay here.
