I would go again.

Lovely apartment, easy lift access, great friendly staff.

It had a washing machine but it was hard to dry clothes and towels, it desperately needs and airer. It had a lovely pool but no seating we would have loved loungers or at least seats for pool use. Also and I guess this could affect any property, lots of mornings, almost all there was such a bad smell outside that you could open windows.

Well equipped apartment in good location.

The apartment had everything you could need and was very clean. The coffee machine was not working and was replaced when I contacted the staff. Access to a lovely pool.

Our check-in contact was unfortunately delayed and was 1.5 hours late. The shower pressure could be much improved. The living room was a little tired.

Annoyingly, very frustrating.

The apartment had good views and was in a quieter part of the city.

Firstly, my communications with YouStay through the WhatsApp were frustrating upon arriving in Barcelona. I was informed that we were able to check us in early, around 9am. We then travelled to the apartment to find out that it was not ready at midday, therefore we waited around for 6 hours with our bags, until we could check in. Secondly, the images on this listing informed us that there is a swimming pool to use. However, on arrival, we were told there is not a swimming pool. I have reviewed by booking contract and in there it states there is a swimming pool. This adds to the thought that I have been miss-sold. Thirdly, the condition of the apartment was terrible. None of the furniture was clean, the framework on the doors was knackered and there was even a half-eaten tub of ice cream in the freezer. This quite simply is not acceptable. I have attached pictures for reference. Finally, I was constantly being bombarded with messages by the concierge team throughout my trip. The fact that we were instructed to not use the shower in the en-suite shower for 3 days of our trip was very annoying. We waited around for the majority of the afternoon on Friday for a technician to come out to us, which never happened. We therefore wasted another evening of our trip.

very relaxing stay with family

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Just few steps to a nice beach, 3 blocks from one of the biggest malls in the city, and close to metro/bus station. Very easy to get a taxi as well (avg of 2 min waiting time). The apartment is clean, comfortable, with a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and a nice park. kitchen well equipped. Neighborhood is calm and secure, very pleasant for families.

we loved it here, great access to everything!

just three blocks from a great mall, four blocks from Metro where you can get anywhere in the city and right across the street from the beach.

accept location,, nothing i like in this property

Apartment 3 rooms, very bad, many insects, not clean, bad smell, very old furniture, the rooms have no lighting , no car park , the pictures of the apartment are completely different from reality, and finally and most importantly the staff is unhelpful ,,

Fair place to stay.

It' was a good apartment, it was extremly easy to collect the keys and Xavi waited for us when we arried. We been allowed to stay 1 extra hour for free when we were checking out.

Toiled was stinky, and couch was not clean, had a lot of stains. Didn't like the location, but I guess it's our own fault as I didn't do a proper reserch.
