Excellent property manager! She stayed in contact with us our entire trip and truly wanted us to have an awesome experience. It was very clean and a simple layout. A little on the high end of price for that time of season in Telluride. We had some problems getting the cable TV to work properly and didn’t get them all resolved before we left. In general, great location next to town and the gondola.

We stopped in Telluride for 3 nights of relaxation after a whirlwind national parks tour. This studio felt larger than it is, is cozy, well decorated, and so convenient to everything in town. Suggest though that the daybed mattress be replaced if intended to sleeping on - it sags from where people sit during the day. The Murphy bed near the entrance was much more comfortable.

We have a great stay in Telluride late July. The location was perfect, a short and pleasant 5 minutes walk along the river trail to the Gondola. The condo was small but sleeps 4 comfortably. The kitchen had everything you'd need for simple meals. would definitely stay there again next time we are in Telluride.

Truly enjoyed our stay int his beautiful condo. Aside from all the accurately depicted amenities, my favorite aspect of this place was listening to the babbling San Miguel river from the deck - and walking the trail to get coffee in town in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is very conveniently located and has a nice view. The space was fine for 4 adults but any more people and it would be cramped especially due to only one bathroom being available. It fit our requirements for our stay.

Location: easy to walk to downtown, gondola, river path
Host: Jennifer was very responsive leading up to our stay and while we were there
Beautifully decorated / updated kitchen
Cons:
The unit had not been cleaned/serviced from the last guest. (Due to a mix up with the cleaning crew) Jennifer responded immediately and had it cleaned within 90 min. Delayed our check in until after 7pm. Offered to treat us to dinner while we waited.
Beds: for two people over 6’ the bed options were a little cramped. The day bed was the better of the two options for us. Just something to consider if you’re tall :-)

This unit is gorgeous and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is plenty of storage and the beds are comfortable. But even more amazing is the location- right on the River Trail and close to everything in town. Highly recommend!

The place is small, but has 3 sleeping areas. My youngest loved the top bunk. Really the place is all about location. Easy walk to Chair 7 or the Gondola. Easy walk downtown.

Jennifer was great to work with and incredibly communicative and fast in her responses. The directions were great for parking as well as suggestions on best places to eat, get around with free town transportation and the gondola, and everything else in between. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. We also LOVED the view of the slopes from the front window, as well as the great people and dog watching on the trial just in front of the unit. Would absolutely stay here again, and any other property Jennifer hosted. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The property was very nice. My wife viewed the pictures and saw that it would sleep 2-4 adults. This is true, but we did not realize that the beds were full size. One was the sofa with the back being one side and the other was a Murphy bed. From th e pictures, it looked like an actual bedroom. We were wanting a true ski in/ski out property and yes, it was only steps away from the lift, but not a true ski in/ski out. Overall, the property was very nice and met our needs. Jen was very accommodating when we asked to check in early and also in recommending ski rental place. The book was very informative of places to eat and what needed to be done upon checkout.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Telluride T. While technically a studio, it is spacious, thoughtfully and beautifully designed, and so cozy. And it can comfortably sleep a few people! The host was also lovely and super helpful. And of course, the location in town can’t be beat. An easy 5 minute walk to the ski resort gondola and great restaurants and bars. When we come back to Telluride, Studio T will be at the top of our list!

We have just had a wonderful 8 days in Telluride. Jen’s apt was perfect for the four of us. It had everything we needed and Jen was quick to respond and help out with any queries or needs that we did have. Location was also excellent.

Our family of five had the perfect stay at Jennifer’s place. The location is absolutely perfect, so close to town and to the lift and gondola. It’s small but at the same time set up in the best way to feel like it is comfy and spacious. Jennifer is a great communicator. .

The Unit has a very creative design that makes use of every inch- you have to see it to appreciate the attention to detail. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen snd bathroom were well stocked, The furnishings were nicely done. Easy parking adjacent to the stairs-. The door to the unit is at the top of the stairs. Corner unit with plenty of light.

If you have been to Telluride the you know already but this location right on the river is go to be one of the best locations in town. Once I parked my rental car I never got back in it again. I biked, hiked, and napped for a week of Telluride Bliss. Will book again soon with Jennifer for next summer. Telluride might just be my favorite place on this planet . .... Hunter Kipps

Perfect place for our family of 4 for a long weekend in Telluride. Easy access to downtown Telluride, gondola, river trail, etc. Our kids loved having a pool and hot tub to come back to after our daily adventures.
