Location and vibe.
Too many mosquitoes, theres only got one toilet, and so hard to find a carpark nearby.

It was a comfortable stay
i like that Its right in the middle of the City
just that Its a lil bit noisy at night in view of there is plentiful of bars around the guest house , not so convenient for those with babies but mine slept well

Uncomfortable, totally overpriced
Friendly owner. Since there is no reception desk, he arranges an appointment through whatsapp for check-in. He is well organized for that.
The price of 250 myr was far too high for such a basic place. It is poor value for money. For the same amount, you get a 4-star hotel anywhere in town . In comparison, this place is worth no more than 80 myr. I will not go back here.

Great stay with my fur kid
The location is very centralise, café and famous eateries are just walking distance.
Toilet cleanliness can be improved. Near to bars and will be noisy during the weekends.

We satisfied with the house, strategic location and very convenient .... superb....
The house fit for my family of 7 pax.... very strategic for Georgetown strolling around .... we love the shower design of bath room at 2nd floor open air ... remembering us at our those day... kampung style... we're noticed in advance these house at old building and we not expecting much .... we enjoying our stay... because the location is superb.... especially for those Malaysian ... who love NASI KANDAQ PENANG very much... take note that Calviin/Boutique Guest House place's just 3 minute walk .. at Lorong Pasar.... Superb Nasi Kandaq.... called - NASI KANDAQ IMIGRESEN....(one of the viral one...)...we rated one of the best Nasi kandaq as well....
Put more instruction step by step or with visual photo how to operate the TV with Astro... because we not managed open the TV within our stay... anyway that's not important because the Boutique Guest House only the place that we sleep... no time for TV actually....

Location of appartment in the middle of old town is just fantastic. Everyone who enjoys life of cities is definetly at the right place. The host was very friendly and quick in response, very helpful and very flexible regarding the Check in time. Great!
There is room for improvement in the area of cooking/eating equipment or size of dining table for sitting together at home If there are more than 3 people.

Great location. Many mosquitos. Real “old” house. Tiny bathroom.
Great location. Flexible and nice check in check out time. Beautiful architecture of the house. The owner is nice. The water fountain is very nice. Also a big bottle of water.
Equipments in the house are too old to be comfortable. The wall of the bedroom is demanded from humidity and popped up. The bathroom is too small so you have to stand over the toilet to have a shower. No mosquito net for the window of the bathroom so mosquitos keep coming in. I didn’t sleep well because of the mosquitos. Many mosquitos. Towels are clean but old. No shower supplies to be found. The bed is uncomfortable.
