Dobra lokalizacja, serdeczna obsługa. Ogólnie było w porządku, nie jesteśmy bardzo wymagający, cena była ok, a w pokoju było nas tyle co na umycie się i spanie - więc był wystarczający. Śniadanie - typowo włoskie więc dość skromne, ale też wystarczyło na rozpoczęcie dnia.

- pościel - "kołdra" polegała na dwóch prześcieradłach a pomiędzy nimi koc - w nocy podczas spania wszystko sie przesuwało, bez koca byłoby zimno, ale nie było to przyjemne budzić się rano dotykając go i jeszcze będąc zaplątanym w inne części prześcieradeł. - budziło nas codziennie o 7:30 przygotowywanie śniadania przez obsługę (otwieranie drzwi od schowka koło naszego pokoju, korzystanie z toalety przez obsługę, noszenie talerzy, rozkładanie sztućców), wiec gdybyśmy chcieli to nie mogliśmy dłużej pospać. - zepsuta deska klozetowa, przesuwała się na bok podczas siadania

Simply fantastic

The general attitude of all staff was amazing, nothing was too much when asked. The location was perfect, very simple from the Rome Termani and plenty of taxi's around. I would stay there again.

It is on a main street so is a little noisy.

Fantastisch, super ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Locatie is ZEER centraal

Locatie was top! Overal dichtbij op loopafstand. Ontbijt was prima en het meisje van het ontbijt was TOP!! Deed enorm haar best, zag er goed en verzorgd uit. Ze was ook zeer behulpzaam en service gericht. Op zondag was ze vrij en dat merkte we meteen het was oké maar toch anders. De taxi bij aankomst was ook goed geregeld via het hotel op de terugweg de bus genomen wat op 15 minuten afstand bij het station goed geregeld is.

Séjour agréable malgré tout. Très bonne situation géo avec tout faisable à pied

C'était plutôt confortable. La jeune femme qui était à l'accueil le matin était très serviable et adorable. Nous ne nous souvenons malheureusement pas de son prénom.

Les toilettes bruyantes à cause d'un système d'évacuation et la douche qui fuyait un peu...les murs un peu fin alor on entendait les voisins et la circulation

Very noisy as you could hear the garbage trucks all night as well as the party goers screaming and talking. In addition in the morning breakfast was served outside to the guests and you could hear everything. We did not sleep at all. Check out was very poorly managed as well. we asked the lady at the desk if we needed to do anything for check out and she told us everything was fine. We booked through booking.com and assumed that all was administered by the website as is the case with other travel websites. An hour later Mario from the property sent us a threatening note indicating he was going to call the police because we had not checked out. I was horrified, never been treated in such a despicable manner, I cannot recommend this property at all.

Was great stay,nil managment issue, close to every where and don't miss the ice club 5 min walk

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and patiently get us through the places to visit

Only breakfast time as start is 8am wish was like most of the places 7 that we can have more time to be on schedule

So close to so many great restaurants and cafes- plus historical sites

There was no dresser to unpack into. Nowhere to even rest your luggage. There were a few hangers in a closet- type thing. It was frustrating

It was very clean, good position in city.

There is no cold water in tap, so when you shower or wash your hands or face you will burn out your self… Room was too dark without daylight, without view… Every morning we have same breakfast, choice of same 3 things - bread, cerealies and croissant.

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed in Rome for 8 days. On our arrival at the Roma Monti Suite, we were greeted and warmly welcomed by the lovely Mariana, who knows how to show visitors true hospitality as well as being a fountain of touristic knowledge! She is friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room met our expectations – spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean with modern bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning and a mini bar. Our bed was very comfortable and was made up every day which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was perfect with a good selection of juices, teas and coffee as well as cereals, pastries, choice of cold meats and cheese. The location is perfect with trattorias, shops and transport easily accessible and within short walking distance. My husband and I have no hesitation in recommending the Roma Monti Suite as a base for visiting enchanting Rome.

Overall our stay was nice and for what we paid during low season it was ok.

The location was amazing. Small street with lots of lovely restaurants. The staff was so welcoming and helpful with lot's of recommendations of what to see and where to eat.

The bed was too short and made so much noise when turning. The room is right off the hallway where the breakfast area is, so it can get loud in the morning. Overall, the acoustic insolation of the room was bad. You could hear everything from the other rooms, conversations, showers etc. The toilet seat in our bathroom was loose too, it kept moving and must have not been properly installed.

Great stay

Mariana was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well and was a perfect was to start the day. The room was nice and comfortable. Could hear some activity from outside our room early mornings which wasn't ideal but nothing ear plugs can't fix. Location was great as well with lots of restaurants around and walking distance to the Colosseum or the train station if you aren't a big walker.

The shower pressure wasn't the best and took a little while to heat up.

Great location, very clean and cozy room. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was nice even though it could be more variety.

The only problem was noise. The walls seem to be very thin so you can hear everything - people having breakfast, staff talking on the phone or even alarm ringing in the other room. That is why it was difficult to get good sleep.

the owners was excellent, very helpful and extremely friendly. they gave us very good recommendations. The location was excellent, it was walking distance to everything and on a quiet street so it wasn’t noisy at night.

nothing!! only thing I would recommend is adding a note on their booking notes where the door to the building is located e.g. next to the shop as we struggled to find it

Nice little B&B in good location

Clean modern B&B within easy reach of most tourists attractions. Staff were very helpful with advice on places to visit. Nice breakfast.

Street outside can be noisy but this is to be expected with a city centre stay.

The room looks like in the pictures, the staff was nice, the room was clean and cozy. The place is close to termini station and you can easly reach main attractions in Rome by feet.

The noise from the streets was too loud, the windows are too thin, it sounds like the room didn’t have windows. Also, the garbage truck come to get the trash all night long. The breakfast was very poor, each day was the same: one type of ham, one type of chees and jam.
