Alles war sauber und funktional; die Lage ist sehr zentral und ich habe mich sicher gefühlt; das Personal war freundlich und die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt; ideal, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist oder abends noch mal ins Theater will

Sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Dusche, trotz der Nähe zum Hbf.nicht besonders laut, Frühstück war lecker

Frühstück mit 10,50€, auch für 13jährige Kinder doch recht teuer, Check in eher langwierig weil von jedem die Daten aufgenommen wurden (hätte man im Vorfeld aber online machen können), Klimaanlage machte trotz geöffnetem Fenster die Nacht über Geräusche, ließ sich auch nicht abschalten,

Prettige ligging als je per trein naar Wenen reist. Dicht bij Hauptbahnhof. Mochten al om 12.00 uur op de kamer. Van hotel uit snel met OV overal waar we wilden zijn in de stad. Laat trein naar huis, maar baggage werd netjes gelabeld en bewaard. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding!

Superb

It's a beautiful new neighborhood. Very close to the central train station. The staff was very friendly, good breakfast.

The only downside is that it takes a while to get to the city center.

The room was clean and the checking process was really easy.

I booked this only because it's close to the central station in Vienna, but the area itself it's meh. The room doesn't have any other amenities apart from the TV. The breakfast was quite poor.

Easy check-in and out, clean, modern.

It was on the "far" end of the train station so location for us was a bit inconvenient. But if you are only looking for a place overnight when travelling by train it is perfect.

Turn left at the station entrance and follow the station wall past the taxi rank 200m until the tram lines, then turn right staying on the left and side of the road 100m, cross the main road then 100m.

The location is good as there are 2 supermarkets nearby (billa & hofer). It is a 5-10 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof. On the way, you will pass by 2-3 hotels. We arrived at noon and the room was ready. Very grateful of this after a long haul flight. Easy check in and out. You just leave when you check out. You can go to the counter (turn left after you walk in/use self-check in machine between the 2 automatic doors at the entrance)You will get a paper with your room number and a passcode to unlock your room. You don't noed keys or cards! just a passcode! The elevators are not busy all the time so you don't need to wait for so long. Actually the room is enough for 3 people to open their luggage (25/29/20 inch). The bathroom is quite big. There is a a shower inside but no bathtub. Hot water supply is stable under this cold weather. They provided hair dryer, towels, paper cups, hangers, toilet paper and soap for handwashing/body shower. There is a small table with two stools in the room. A TV but we never used it. A few shelfs for you to put things. Good to have a bed lamp for each bed.

The heating is definitely good but it didn't allow us to adjust so the room can be stuffy and we sweated a bit after drying hair/taking a hot shower(we wore thin clothes). If they can provide the following items: - toothbrush/toothpaste - paper shoes - bottle water/kettle We stayed in a 3bed room and there is no self near 1 of the beds. How about changing the hairdryer? After plugging in, you still need to press and hold the button to make sure it continue to work.

peaceful and comfortable, 10/10 value for money

I liked the peaceful view from the window, it is looking on garage but everything is very well designer so it is nice to look. Rooms are comfy and very quiet. sleep was excellant. good thing you can open a window for some fresh air

Near to HBF. very friendly staff. Breakfast is good. comfort and good room isolation

No mention for breakfast on booking. If you look for luxury hotel this is not place for you, actually all room facilities were mentioned on booking and I didn't notice that the room not having the following items: kettle, wardrobe, minibar, metal safe.
