Formidable séjour à Istanbul !

Exceptionnel !!! L'hôtel est le lieu parfait pour visiter istanbul, le quartier est magique, tout est à proximité. Le personnel de l'hôtel est au petit soin, le petit déjeuner est très bon et variés. Je salue particulièrement la gentillesse d'Erdi, Emre, Faruk, Alp et ibrahim. Le must c'est la propriété irréprochable dans les chambres et l'hôtel en général. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel sans hésitation si je reviens à Istanbul.

Ubicación, atención y comodidad. Repetiría, sin duda!!!

Hotel pequeño pero con mucho encanto situado en pleno corazón de Sultanahmed. Para visitar el centro histórico de Estambul, la ubicación no podía ser más excelente. Además, nos encontramos con un servicio excepcional. Muy, muy amables. La habitación resultó tremendamente cómoda y con una limpieza excepcional. El desayuno, aunque no demasiado variado, estaba muy bueno. Desayunar con vistas a la Mezquita Azul es un auténtico regalo. Sin duda, lo recomendaría a cualquiera que fuese a Estambul.

La habitación tenía algún pequeño desperfecto, aunque nada reseñable o que te condicionase.

Above average hotel that does the job in Sultanahmet.

The location is ideal for all the main tourist spots in Sultanahmet. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is amazing both for views and food selection. I loved the local Turkish spin they put in the breakfast buffet offering. The room is spacious enough, but fairly basic. Staff was very helpful when needed, without being obnoxious or overly talkative.

We booked airport transfer both upon arrival and departure. While the departure (leaving the hotel for the airport) transfer was extraordinary in terms of comfort, convenience and on-time performance, the one on arrival can be improved. The hotel works with a 3rd party company (it's a small hotel without parking spaces, so it wouldn't make sense for them to have their own vehicles) based out of the airport. However, this 3rd party company doesn't seem to own or operate their vehicles either. They rather seem to be a taxi "aggregator". Upon arrival, you meet the comapny representative, which then goes on their phone and eventually find a taxi for you. The experience may be a little confusing if you expect a smooth and seamless transfer. Rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the only thing I can pick on is the quality of the toiletries, which seemed quite low-end.

Great hotel in a central location!

A lovely hotel in a very good location near to the blue mosque and haghia sophia (~5 mins walk). Room was comfy and clean and hotel staff were friendly.

Struttura priva di una hall, priva di ristorazione e priva di un luogo dove poter bere qualcosa o ordinare uno stuzzichino. Anche la privacy non è il loro forte. Telecamere puntata sulla porta della camera. Ed essendo una struttura molto piccola il receptionist di ogni vostro orario e spostamento.

Asukohalt super ja kokkuvõttes ok, kui oskad arvestada Türgi omapäradega. 4 tärni väärt ei ole, hind aga vastavalt asuko

Asukoht oli mugav, vaatamisväärsused kõik jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Toad väikesed, aga puhtad, kliima toimis. Inimesed toredad ja abivalmid.

4 tärni kindlasti väärt ei ole, pigem nõrk 3. Fotod paremad kui tegelikkus. Tuba oli väike, ruutmeetrid olid (ilmselt) kokku arvutatud koos vannitoaga. Fotol suured aknad, reaalselt oli vaid kitsas aken seina ühes servas. Samuti lubatud linnavaade, mis avanes sisehoovi (ka ju linn?), kus konditsioneerid huugasid. Tuppa saamiseks pidime koridoris kummardama, lagi tuli enne ust alla nii u. 1,8 meetri peale, väljudes lõin pea mitu korda vastu lage ära…:) Kõige hullem pettumus oli aga hommikusöök , mis kestis kuni kella 11-ni, aga soe toit, sink ja vorst olid reeglina kella 10-ks otsas. Öeldi “sorry, finish” ja küsimise peale tehti omletti (muna+õli). Vett pidi küsima, siis said. Valik oli tärnide kohta väga kesine. Majas oli 2 lifti, 1x1m, ülipisikesed ja üliaeglased.

Supertof weekend gehad op deze heerlijke locatie

Hele fijne locatie, op loopafstand van diverse bezienswaardigheden. Leuke terrasjes en restaurantjes om de hoek.

Het enige kleine minpuntje dat ik zou kunnen noemen is dat we in het bad moesten douchen.

The place is very nice , wonderful staff , very good food and location is perfect, walking distance from most of the must see places in istanbul, booked a tour in the Bosphorus through them , one of the best things I did , a ride took us from the hotel for that , I will always recommend them

Great location, lovely staff, good value. Would return.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating- at reception and breakfast. We were advised when our guide for 2 day trip (to Gallipoli) arrived as we finished breakfast. Bathroom (shower room) in first room (of 2) we stayed in was fabulous.

On returning from our 2 day trip to Gallipoli we stayed in a room with a bath in the Tan hotel. Bathroom had not been renovated (first shower room had been) and was much more dated. Room size, however, was larger.

Fantastic location with excellent crew

Strategic location, 5 mins walking to Sultanahmet tram station, and around 10 mins walking to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque in either left or right direction from the entrance. Many selection of dining places to choose from. Dobby shop, barber and convenience store just few steps away from hotel door. But above all, the crews are super awesome, attentive and helpful at any time!

Getting an Uber may be challenging because of narrow street and highly demanded area.

Location was excellent for old Istanbul! Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Watch your head if you're tall and you are going to Room 101 or 201.. The ceilings walking to the external room doors are so low! I'm 5'4" and was fine, but son 5'8" and Husband 6' banged their heads a few times going to the rooms. The view is marred by some hotels in front, so not really the view you probably expected when you get there. It's OK, but lower the expectation

Amazing location, short walk to all attractions. Great orange juice and good coffee for breakfast.

Breakfast was ok, could be better if was a bit more options provided (fried eggs, bacon etc). Didn’t like the cigarette's smell everywhere. Im allergic and was struggling because of constant smell in the room.
