Absolutely loved the kids pool and the playground. The breakfast was delicious and the closeness to the beach was ideal! Staff were friendly, very nice vibe around hotel

The location is superb, quiet neighbourhood yet just 2-3 mins walk from the beach front. Our 1 bed apartment overlooking the training swimming pool had everything we needed for self catering. Unfortunately I had a cycling accident resulting in a broken arm and staff were all incredibly helpful. Special thanks to poolside staff, who were very attentive with assisting with my sunbed and parasol. Also the housekeeping staff who very kindly helped tied up my hair for me - small things but they made a huge difference. The hotel inside and also poolside, is immaculately maintained. We were there end of September and weather was fantastic (need cardigan/lightweight jacket in evening).

The stairs to the bedroom are a little narrow and steep although no problem for us, it would not be ideal for anyone with a mobility difficulty.

Staff made us finaly change room after we unpack, even though we told them it wasn't our room beforehand. But after this, overall great.

Stayed here a few times now… Find the rooms really clean and the staff very helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble….

Had start up issues with the tv’s in the room and the air conditioning…. To be fair we didn’t report the issues as we did not really use either…,

Everything was as expected and a really lovely hotel. Easy access to the beach and a lovely sized room with a balcony.

Paying for the use of the sauna/steam room was very disappointing. I am paying a fair bit for the hotel and to have to pay to use some facilities was frustrating.

Perfect with children of all ages

That was our second visit to VillaConcha. It's amazing for travel with kids of all ages. These are baby and toddler pools, water slides and swings and more to have fun, rooms are baby proof (all furniture corners are rounded). Room is very well sized, aircon and fridge work very well. Breakfast and dinner (buffet) were not repetitive and so much more convenient in comparison with eating in a reg restaurant when you are with a little one.

It took us some time to figure out how to get the air quality in the room right using various regimes of powerful aircon and humid and hot outside air.

An excellent hotel for people with children or sporty people wanting to do serious swimming/cycling.

Very nice staff. Good location just a short walk from the beach. The 25m lane pool was fabulous. You could fill your water bottle up each morning for free, really nice to be not having to buy endless plastic bottles of water which are so bad for the environment. Breakfast was lovely. Great coffee and choice. Lots of very cute kids at the hotel. All well behaved.

The air con in the room was extremely poor and we were very hot throughout, in spite of leaving it running all day. I think this was the case in many rooms. The bedrooms were never swept throughout our four night stay and the floor got v. sandy. The room had a 'kitchen area'. This is really just a v. small space with a sink, kettle and hob. Not suitable at all for anything more than making a cup of tea or a sandwich. The main pool is full of kids and quite small relative to the number of people staying at the hotel, so the 25m lane pool was a huge bonus as it is not really possible as an adult to swim in the main pool.

Super friendly staff and clean, modern hotel.

The breakfast area was comfortable, relaxing and cool. Breakfast was healthy and varied. The room had good air con and was very clean. The pool area was lovely with plenty of beds. Free washing machine in communal area near reception was a bonus.

Villa Concha - a good choice

The pool area, the lap pool and gym. All the staff but especially the concierge team.

Paper cups around the pool. I understand why, but can't drink a gin and tonic out of a paper cup

Hard to imagine a better hotel for the money

All the reception staff and all the bar and restaurant staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Likewise the cleaning staff who kept the rooms and public areas spotless.
