Location and breakfast very good but not the room view and facilities.

I liked the location, the staff and breakfast.

I did not like the room view and some of the facilities like we did not have hands soap when you arrived.

Cómo siempre, una maravilla

El trato del personal es maravilloso, profesional pero cercano. El hotel es acogedor y con todas las comodidades. La ubicación es perfecta y el barrio muy tranquilo. Nos encanta la cadena Ilunion,, te hacen sentir siempre bienvenido y todo son amabilidad y facilidades para lo que necesites. Tanto la habitación como el cuarto de baño son prácticos, cómodos y limpios.

La habitación era un poco pequeña para ser una triple. Al poner la cama supletoria para la niña, se queda un poco estrecha.

they are very unprofessional and show 0 respect when they make a mistake in relation with a customer!!

Be careful guys!!! They charged me twice for the breakfast, because the guy at the restaurant had an bad attitude with me, forcing me to pay while I was serving the first breakfast, even though I told him I wanted to pay at the reception after I will finish, he told me to pay then because he doesn't trust that I will pay later, he made me feel like a thief! Then when I do my checked out I was charged again for the already paid breakfast. After many messages they finally admitted their mistake, but now they don't want to return the money they "stole" from me and they no longer respond to the messages in the booking chat, which is why I tried to I call, I explained the whole situation again and they say that they will come back in 5 m with the phone and obviously they didn’t do it anymore. They are very unprofessional and show 0 respect when they make a mistake in relation with a customer!!!

citta no pet friendly

pulizia camera scarsa, il 3 giorno sono tornato alle 15.30 non avevano rifatto la camera. bagno con specchio sbeccato, vasca doccia vetro aggiustato male usciva acqua a terra ho asciugato con il tappetino e non sostituito. aspirazione bagno pochissima, frigo no bevande a pagamento non raffreddava molto. manca spazio per 2 valige in camera da 3 persone. costo del cane esorbitante. colazione da prenotare.

Un hotel cercano a la Sagrada Familia

Es pequeño pero lo preferimos porque los hoteles grandes tienen mucho problema a la hora de coger ascensor y mesa para desayunos. El personal muy atento y deseoso de agradar.

Que no tuviera wide, pero es que en todos los sitios los están quitando, no lo entiendo pero hasta en las viviendas nuevas no lo ponen.

the breakfast was very poor, there were no vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc. The service there looked at you as if they want to say why you are eating so much

the service was not helpful, they didn't know English very well. I am very disappointed

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja między 2 stacjami metra W nocy cisza i spokój.Recepcja całodobowa,miły personel,wygodne łóżka, dobre śniadania.

Non è un vero 4 stelle

Buon materasso, staff gentile

In Italia sarebbe un buon 3 stelle, di certo non 4. Bagno senza finestra /areazione, senza bidet, senza specchio con ingrandimento per il viso, senza scopino per il water. Mancano anche le ciabattine di cortesia. La pulizia della camera è superficiale, ho trovato polvere su mobile e lampada da tavolo che è rimasta lì per tutto il soggiorno. Con la stessa cifra a notte si trovano anche hotel in zone molto più centrali e comode a metropolitana. Se, invece, devi stare per impegni in questa area allora è l'unica scelta giusta possibile.

Shamelessly false advertising and ignorant to your demands

We needed a nice hotel between Guell park and Sagrada Familia and we got a good location that we searched for. Saying that we could also sleep by the dumpster at the same location and save some money.

I have never given any hotel a low rate of 1 star since if you put any little effort towards your customers you can't deserve such a bad grade. Usually people will do this type of bad rating from a hurt ego or lack of respect that they think they deserve. For me it is not about that, it is just a simple thing that I would like to get what I paid for in, a so-called, 4 star hotel (Faaaaar from it!). At least I should have a right to explain and warn others; PET FRIENDLY room is falsely advertised, photos they put to describe that room are not with a window looking at some building across the street. What you'll get is a basement type room (number 022) that looks at the concrete wall 3 meters from you painted in blue with some paintings on it. What is worse they have covered the only view to the sky with some net so you are in the deep dark well during the whole day, even if it is sunny outside. Problems do happen and we all should be aware of others and not too harsh in judgement. We accepted our fate and moved on. Final problem that showed us how badly and rude we are (and will be) treated happend on the following night. And that final touch was that they have left us without hot water for a whole day and night over 24h. Complaints are written even @4h in the morning but no one ever had a decency to answer to us in any form, written or personally. Not to describe the problem again I am attaching that conversation here in the photos, still waiting for any type of answer or apologies except the lies I heard on the reception. As I stated, I specifically wanted to write to them so I have proof about it (like someone will care...) as verbal conversation at reception was in vain.

Pese a la dimensión de la cama, me sorprendio su comodidad. Hotel con facilidades para personas con discapacidades.

Habitación de dimensiones reducidas, cama pequeña, armario pequeño, sin ni siquiera puertas. Falta mantenimiento en el baño, inhodoro con mala sujeción, la mampara de la bañera no evita la caida de agua en el suelo al utilizarla. Mala insonorización, se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas y los desagües de las superiores.

Muy cómodo y buena atención

Bien ubicado. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia, la cama excelente. Buena presión del agua. El personal muy atento y servicial, pequeños detalles (como que te dejen un chocolate de cortesía en la llegada y agua saborizada). El desayuno completo, todo muy fresco.

El gimnasio con el cual tienen convenio solo se puede ocupar desde las 9h. Me tocó una habitación con poca luz natural, pero nada que disturbe.

Je recommande fortement.

L’accueil était vraiment impeccable. Merci à Nicolau qui nous a bien aidé. Son accent en parlant le français nous a charmé. Il était respectueux et nous a aidé en répondant à nos questions et nous guider. La chambre, bien que un peu petite avait plus de commodités que la moyenne des hôtels de sa catégorie. Propre et confortable. Merci à Alberto qui gère le petit-déjeuner. Il a veillé à ce qu’on mange bien.
