We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to everybody.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Love the fresh croissants and coffee machine. Such a beautiful old charming place. Located in the center of everything.

They do give you a bottle of water when you arrive but wish they had cold water available all day since it’s so hot.

A room at the size of a bed with no amenities and very unpleasant staff..

The building and the location

The room was ver y small,suitable for one person not for two.It was overpriced and unpleasant..It had no closet for our clothes,not even a drawer,no fridge and not a single chair for sitting. The room had the size of the bed,the tv was litterally placed at the end of the bed so we were almost kicking it while we were sleeping. At arrival we asked for an upgrade and the lady at the reception told us that she would definitely place us to a bigger room in a couple of days. The next day another member of the staff said that no upgrade was possible because the matter was "complicated" and another one said that the lady forgot to leave a note to her collegues to do so.

good location but horrible construction and communication. would not stay here again

only good thing about the property was the location

was very disappointed to find out that our room was right next to construction without any notice. if we would have know we would of stayed somewhere else or they could of at least offered a discount for the inconvenience. walls are thin also and you can hear people in the hallway and common areas

Nice little gem in the centre.

Pleasant

The room is very small and very dark. I am wanted an outside room would’ve been great, but the difference between the inside and the outside rooms are, enormous. Inside rooms small and dark, outside has big windows and light.

Noise. Power outages. Puny internet signal. key cards required replacement on multiple occasions. Weak or non-existent Air Conditioning.

Very good

The location is exceptional and the hotel itself is so beautiful. The terrace and lounge in particular are lovely and it was an amazing place to relax. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great.

The room we had was a bit small, but we expected that. And the smell in the bathroom coming from the sewer was a bit overpowering at times (since it was a small room) so I would suggest maybe having some scent diffusers or spray to mask that smell if you're not used to it.

Location and price point were great.

Your staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Location was great. Warm drinks available 24-hours was a plus, as was the patio/common area on the first floor.

We were not able to control the temperature of our room very effectively. May have been a faulty thermostat? Also, the WiFi was not great at all.

lots of building works going on outside of the hotel. cleanliness throughout was not expected. rooms needing updating, cleaning

Good for a short quick stay but not longer than that

The staff was really lovely and the property was very central, close to everything.

The pictures are slight outdated, the hotel looks much older and the rooms are very tiny. Also strong mouldy smell in the toilet.

Nice and clean hotel. Close to attractions, bus, train, etc.

No breakfast at this hotel, but there’s a good bakery at the corner.

The heater wasn't the best, was pretty cold inside room. Also, the water in the shower wasn't hot.

Central location, friendly staff, spacious room, convenient transport links, loads of food and drink options nearby

We were not informed that water and toilet paper are charged extra. The bed is big but the mattress was too soft. There is also no mini bar / fridge, microwave, or kettle in our room. The shower is designed in a way where it is impossible to take a shower without making the entire floor wet. The lift was not working half of the time.
