Fabulous and restful weekend stay in a beautiful hotel. Would recommend.

This is a beautiful little hotel, in a well located position - close to public transport (ferry/ metro/ tram) and close to a lot of historical attractions including the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. There are also many good places to eat and drink nearby. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The room was beautifully appointed, with nice views to the surrounding buildings. Good bed, very quiet.

Breakfast was nice, but I would have liked a few more Turkish options.

Very nice hotel with excellent location

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff and breakfast were very nice too. The hotel is very well situated - 2 minutes walk to tram 1, Marmaray and Ferry - ideal location to explore the city. There are also plenty of good places to eat around the hotel. We tried the OCAK restaurant in the hotel as well and both service and food was excellent.

You might want to pack earplugs if you don't want to be waken up at 5am by the morning prayer. We could hear it in our room - not the hotel's fault though. In any case I think this would be valid for nearly all hotels in the city.

Everything. Tidy spotless comfortable very nice building .Excellent buffet breakfast. Fantastic bar and bar staff— best in the world. Reception staff couldn’t do enough to help. Their standard of service is second to none and the location is perfect.

Excellent hotel, had a fantastic stay highly recommend.

The room was beautiful, very clean, really comfortable and with great facilities. The staff at the hotel were absolutely excellent, really helpful and great local knowledge. Highly recommend a stay here!

I'm struggling to think of anything .... there could have been a coupe more clothes hangers in the wardrobe possibly.

Nice hotel in a nice neigbourhood. Very helpfull staff. Reasonable jim and a good sauna

The Michelin 2023 restaurant in the hotel was not a very good experience. Please note that the Michelin indication is all over Istanbul. The food was okay, but nothing special. A good over the counter food on the street will likely give same or even better taste. The shower in the Sauna had no water.

for a city trip..a long stay of over 10 days..which also thanks to Regie Ottoman we will well remember☺️

very charmy place with well chosen furniture, big deluxe room, really friendly and competent staff, super clean, great breakfast choice, max. 20 minutes walk from HS etc., great inhouse restaurant

pls..pls serve freshly made coffee from a machine for breakfast, house bar sorry lacking charm

Great mini city break in fascinating Istanbul!

The location of this hotel is fantastic for anyone wanting to visit the main toursit attractions in the Old City of Istanbul. Everything is within a 15 min walk but you can also use the trams. The hotel room was very comfortable and quite spacious even although we had an extra bed for our son.

The view from the room was nothing to speak of, just over the street running along the front of the hotel, but the windows were well insulated so it was very quiet nonetheless. It was not possible to have a taxi/airport transfer drop you off in front of the hotel because the road is closed almost all the time to vehicle traffic. Getting a taxi from the hotel on departure was therefore impossible. We were lucky that the Guest Relations Manager accompanied us with all our luggage to the main street where eventually we were able to flag down a taxi but it was not easy and was time consuming.

The room was lovely and very quiet with excellent housekeeping there was a lift nearby there was a smoking terrace, which we did not use but it caused no disturbance The bar was excellent with a good atmosphere and the opportunity to purchase food the breakfast was good

We would have liked the opportunity to eat in the restaurant but there was no availability on any of the nights we were there. A note to suggest booking if required may have been helpful.

PERFECT

Staff and manager where amazing. Nothing was to much to take care of it !!

WIFI !!! We had a room on 2floor and we didn't had good cover of internet. We always had to go stand next to the door. This was the only negative remark as the stay was amazing
