５泊したので洗濯機やキッチン付き広めで快適でした。

バスタブがあればもっとよかったです。　たくさん写真があって予約時はバスタブがあると期待していたが確認したところシャワーのみのお部屋だった。

とても満足できる旅ですが、次くるなら旧正月には行かないようにしたい

スタッフの対応がとてもよかった些細なことについても親身になって答えてもらって満足できました。部屋についても清潔感でエアコンのにおいも全く気にならない夜間でもホテルからの外出もできるので十分に楽しめました。

自分のとった部屋が二階で道路に面していなかったので外の景色を見ることができない部屋だったくらい。ただその分宿泊費が抑えられてるので問題ないかと。レンタルで充電ポートとかがあったのかもしれないけど聞くのを忘れてました。

Lovely little quiet apartment.

The staff were accommodating the room was very big and super cheap. There was a small gym available too. Beds were comfy as well. It's a very quiet area that's close to the water so made for a lovely walk into the centre.

There was a little bit of grime and wear and tear in the bathroom which is to be expected as the rooms aren't new but the rooms were clean. The gym was very small and dated.

Big rooms and friendly staff.

Room is quite large, with a washing machine too! The kitchen is stocked, and there a large sitting area. There is a pretty good sized fitness room with awesome massage chairs that we somehow got included in our stay, which was a perk. It’s quiet at night also.

Best hotel in hanoi

Amazing price for such a big apartment has absolutely everything you could ask for, i could go as far as saying it might be one of my favourite hotels ever especially for the price. Very modern and clean facilities. The staff we're so friendly and helpful which is hard to find in Vietnam lol. It was my birthday also so i wanted a great place for the night looked everywhere in hanoi and happy i choose this place.

If i was fishing for negatives i would say for me the gym lacked the equipment as i go gym most days but i have never been to a hotel in my life where the gym had good equipment so it doesn't matter great old school gym around the corner for 20k dong

Superb

The property itself was great and exactly what we were expecting according to the description and photos. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.

Our only issue (which is not really an issue) with the property is the location, which is about 4-5km from Hanoi's historical centre and where entertainment, food and sights are located, however you can catch a Grab (Asia version of Uber) for around $4 AUD each way so this became a non issue for us. Saying that, be aware that there is really no where to eat around the property so you will have to travel to find a good eatery.

Good value for money, nice and modern

It was a clean and a modern apartment. It contained a lot of comfortable amenities for hygiene for example and having our own laundry machine was also convenient and a nice touch. Kitchen was equipped with the most necessary tools to be able to cook sole delicious food on our own. Staff were exceptional as they showcased high quality service and care for us as guests.

would prefer the kitchen to have glassware, maybe it was just our kitchen missing it but it didn’t really bother us

Good choice

Nice room with everything that we needed. Very nice shower, comfortable bed, and quiet area. The staff was very sweet and the area was very close to west lake. We would repeat our stay again!

The balcony is not very useful because is not a proper floor to stand on but we could hang our clothes to let them dry.

Very good

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly. Helped us is booking transport to Cao Bang and even assisted us after check-out to arrange the return journey.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and really make the stay better. The property is excellent! Very clean, modern and great equipment. Huge comfortable bed, great A/C, kitchen equipment and washer dryer. Excellent WIFI! Our one bedroom had large smart TVs in each room and worked perfect for Netflix and YouTube. The balcony had a great view of the street below. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. Thank you to the lovely staff! 🙂🙂🙂

We had an amazing stay. Quiet and silent area, spacious room and helful/ friendly staff! It is very good for both short and long stays, as the rooms used to be service apartments.

location is not that convenient for many attractions (but is still a very good area, and is worth taking a few taxis to stay there)

friendly staff make your day !

staff are excellent, rooms are so clean and property has a small gym which is perfect, there are so many shops around the property if you want to get breakfast or go basic food shopping, we can even hire motorbikes and bikes in the property , it was awesome

good stay in Hanoi

- everything you need for a short stay for 2 people - nice room design - good value for money - good location, 5 mins to the lake with lots of cafés, 5 mins to the supermarket. Grab is pretty cheap if you need to go to view the sightseeings (use bikes;))

- it was a bit loud in the night, I think it is due to the balconies location. we could hear how someone above watched the movie. nothing serious if you sleep well:)
