Good location, however take the pictures and facilities description with a pinch of salt….

Good location in old town Hanoi

Photos and description doesn’t match the rooms, we booked 2 rooms for 1 night a double suite and family room, however the view from the suite was the back of the lift shaft, the description also mentioned a patio but as hard as we tried we couldn’t find it??

가격이 저렴하고, 위치도 좋고, 스태프들도 친절합니다. 샤워할 때는 빨간 불 누르는 거 잊지마세요^^

외부 소음은 덜한 편인데, 내부 소음은 좀 있는 편입니다. 잠자리 예민하신 분들껜 그다지 추천하지 않습니다.

Ok stay

Great location Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Nice room decor

Room description stated room had sauna and bath. It had neither. Balcony was just a sliding door that opened with no room to sit.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location and great value for money!

Absolutely wonderful hotel to stay in. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room had everything we needed and more. Perfect location also.

Disapponited by misleading advertising of room as suite.

Very good location within the Old Quarters nearby the famous St. Joseph's Cathedral. Food food around the area and many tour agencies for trip bookings.

I deliberately paid more for a Queen Suite but was given a room that did not meet my expectation. The room was much smaller than described (35m2) and looks nothing like the photos shown on website. My friend who booked a cheaper Superior Room is similar to my room and had newer interior design and item. Kind of disappointed and would have just book a Superior Room instead of paying more for nothing.

Best for location

The staff are super friendly, the location was perfect, the room was nice and decorated well. Plenty of toiletries for you to use! We had the cheapest standard room which had no window. Would recommend getting an upgrade to a window but didn’t effect our stay!

We had room number 802, the shower was completely blocked which meant it overflowed. When this happened it actually leaked into the room itself and got all under the floor boards so it mad them squishy and the room wet.

Los chicos de la recepción,sobretodo la chica de noche,muy amable.

Yo no diría que no es un 4estrellas..había bastante polvo,todo el tiempo me picaba la piel en el Hotel…tienen un baño bajando de la recepción, que hemos utilizado hasta que nuestra habitación fuera lista, es horroroso😧 Normalmente no pongo malas reviews,pero no era lo que muestra en las fotos para nada todo demasiado sucio recepción entrada baño🥲 Encima hemos pagado un upgrade a vista a las calle o ciudad..pessima no era por el dinero sino que no era para nada bonita.

Świetny hotel w samym centrum Old Quarter, wygodne łóżko, cicho i przytulnie. Duże, czyste pokoje i wszelkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Super cena jak za taki standard. Jeżeli jeszcze kiedyś będę w Hanoi to na pewno zatrzymam się w tym hotelu. Polecam

Amazing rô, clean cozy excellent modern deco. Air freshener plug ins in all rooms and hallway. Balcony was amazing on a night for a drink and cig. Massive TV and excellent sound system. In the city centre. The room is cleaned well. Bedding and mattress all checked and all good clean with zero stains. L shape Sofa comfortable, fresh clean excellent. I cannot fault the room. All hallways and floors with new carpet. The contact for the room is a text away, made sure everything was perfect, thank you so so much. He is more than helpful

My family and I visited the capital city during our vacation this year. I like the design of this hotel, its both traditional and modern . Vietnamese people are very kind and friendly also. They guided very carefully and introduced specialty restaurants around our hotel

This is a great hotel. The facilities and furniture are all new. The location of the hotel is near the lake so it is very convenient to travel. affordable price, I think can be cheap. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic when assisting us to check in.

It was a great stay, it was my second time here and I feel great in this hotel!

Looks exactly like the photos, it has everything you need in the room, it’s close to restaurants and attractions, bed is pretty comfy.

I wish AC would be working better, it was a little too weak and i felt hot in the room.

- pretty hotel in alley among Hanoi Old quater with so much local foods, paradise for me and my friend - pretty room, I love this indochina design - the reason I chose - I love to walk to Big church through to the old turtle lake - staff friendly and helpful 👍🏻

1-star, shady, run down, dirty and unfriendly

Location was okay, but don’t trust the 5 star reviews, it’s all fake!

The room does not nearly look like the pictures online. Truth is it’s a run down hotel in Hanoi, the room, elevator and floor were dirty, even the bed sheets were not clean. When I asked for new sheets, the receptionist didn’t show much effort in improving anything. Again, don’t come here! You can get MUCH better hotels in Hanoi for the price.
