Good location, clean rooms, some things more expensive than anticipated.

I liked the location. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the staff was nice.

Breakfast is $30 per person and the same price for children, which I find outrageous. The hot water didn’t work in the evening, so we couldn’t shower before bed (it was fixed by morning). Then the next day, the WiFi didn’t work. It’s just very basic things that ended up not working properly and the staff was nice, but didn’t offer any type of compensation voluntarily. (When I directly asked for compensation, I received some reward points). I’m supposed to get a refund (as I overpaid for the room due to a change of dates), which they gave me and then took back a day later. Still waiting for that to get resolved. We asked the bartender if he could make an Aperol spritz and he was very confident about this, but then just mixed aperol and club soda without adding the Prosecco. My husband couldn’t bring himself to tell him he’s wrong and just bought an extra glass of Prosecco (so that’s our fault for not addressing it right away). It wouldn’t be a big deal, since it’s more of a European drink, but the price of everything at the hotel makes me expect more than what we got.

Not worth the price. Didnt meet Marriott standards

The location was perfect

The room was filthy. The towels had been used, the bathroom had toothpaste in the sink and the counter was dirty. All surfaces needed to be wiped down. Hair and stains in the beds.

Rooms were clean, staff was accommodating.

We love that it connects to the convention center which was where our cheerleading competition was held.

Very convenient location to The Philadelphia Flower Show where I was judging.

Very comfortable bed and they gave me an upgrade.

I was very pleased with the comfort and convenience. I will be going back next year!

It was the perfect location for attending the Flower Show! It will be my choice next year as well! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking is pricey, but I don't live in an area where you have to pay for parking very often.

We would go back due to location.

The location was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. I think it could be cleaned up a little more in the rooms. Ours was not the cleanest, but it was not the worst lots of dirt behind the beds. We went to use the pool and it was so cold we could not swim, that was a bummer as we have two younger kids and it was New Year’s so that was our plan after our dinner. The room could be warmer where the pool is and the water .

Great location unacceptable room and elevator service

Location was excellent

The elevators were slow, it took at least 15 minutes and i was on the 15th floor. My Uber left me. My room was in an awkward spot where i got no signal. Missed phone calls and had absolutely no data unless i went to the lobby. The mirror in my room was broken propped up against the wall

Was good!

I tough I make the reservation with breakfast but after the checkin they said the breakfast was not included.

The alarm start to make a noise at 1:30am and was really annoying, all building was in alert, I know is for our security but I take my mom there and was kind of annoying because take a long time and the hour. Just that was the only bad or uncomfortable situation.

I strongly suggest that you check the room throughly before unpacking your things.

The bed was great.

We were first given a room that had a drain-flies infestation. Took a video of the issue. The Manager said she will have this fixed. Then, we came back to our room only to find that the infestation was worse and there was a foul smell. We were moved to another room that was larger. The new room had a pair of socks and food crumbles in a corner of the room. :-(

Impersonal but clean and centrally located

Central. Spacious twin room. Great breakfast.

Lots of homeless and drug addicts spend the day directly outside the hotel, so expect a bit of hassle. Very busy, large and impersonal hotel, though the breakfast staff were very friendly.

Great location! Wonderful staff! Would stay here again.

Great location. Staff was so helpful and allowed for an early checkin so that my parents could get situated: It is easily accessible to all the major attractions.

The only complaint I have is that when I pulled back the curtain of my room to sit in chit and have snack, I saw other people’s hair on the sill, which had depth of 6-8”. It hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed. I know cleaning hotels is a huge job, and I can appreciate that, but that was gross.

Very disappointing.

The room was very dirty. Found hair in the shower which I took a photo of....that's unacceptable.

It is a great location, but I was very surprised to find out one has to pay for internet in the room. I ended up not paying because of my membership, but these days, I have never been to a hotel that doesn't offer internet with 4 Star under their belt!

Great location, Marriott needs to do better to meet expectations

Close to all nice and clean friendly staff

A/C didn’t work properly in either room I was given. Check was only one in employee working at 4PM. Coffee in the cafe tasted like Luke warm water.

Was not the cheapest, but was good quality for the money.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the ease of check in. My friends and I appreciated that the check in age was 18+, we are 20 and could not find a decent place to stay.

I did not like the valet parking, which adds a huge fee on top of paying for the room; but that just what its like in the city. The water pressure was not ideal but was bearable.
