Great location and friendly staff.

Breakfast was great, and the young lady working at breakfast spent time filling up everything and cleaning tables and was non stop and extremely courtesy. The room was clean and nice. Front desk staff were great, attentive and friendly.

room air conditioner was very noisy. $53 per day resort fee is too much, and bike charge increased to $20 first day and 12 additional days, and is expensive.

Cost, small dining area, had to either stand, or take breakfast back to our room.

Great! No complaints.

Breakfast was delicious and nice benefit. Pool area clean. Room spacious and clean. We asked to change our room and they were able to accommodate us without any issue. We needed one hour later checkout - request granted! Would recommend. It’s costly but so are most hotels in key west.

Nice property 10 min walk to Duval St

Professional and knowledgeable staff, very courteous Pool area was excellent as were the fresh made omelettes

A little more variety of breakfast choices with more than just bananas for fruit!

It was comfortable and lots of chairs available- pool temp was very comfortable.

The property was clean and well maintained.

Towels needed to be accessed at the reception desk and not easily accessible by pool as other properties I have stayed are located.

descent stay, but too pricy for the value

location, people, free bus to the historic part of the city

the bathroom was not as clean as I would like, the bathroom sink was clogged in one of our two rooms, the bathroom fan was very noisy

A good experience for my first visit to the city.

We liked everything. For breakfast maybe non fat/non dairy milk as option. Omelettes were really good. Staff great. Near by the main places of interest.

Illumination in the room, I would have liked some blackout curtains. My personal liking.

Definitely Book!!!

The pool and the omelette station was our favorite! The bed was comfortable. Our view of the pool was beautiful. Parking garage was extremely convenient for both our rental car and our golf cart rental! Highly recommend staying here. The staff went above and beyond and they were always smiling. Some of the staff didn't speak English but they tried to understand us and that made us feel comfortable. Thank you for making our Anniversary special.

Great hotel - ideal location, clean & quiet, great amenities.

Nice staff! Everyone smiled and said hello when you walked past. The pool was really nice - great temperature and comfy lounge chairs. Although I was excited about the omelet bar, it wasn't fantastic. It was nice, but nothing super special. The other parts of the breakfast were your normal bananas, toasts, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc. The rooms were delightful - bright and cheery. Ours overlooked the pool and had a little lanai. The bed was comfy; they had a microwave & mini-fridge as well as a safe. Everything you needed. The hotel also had a parking lot which is nice since it's crazy to park in Key West.

A bit more variety for breakfast.

Beautiful, very comfy, clean property I would recommend staying here.

What I liked about my stay was that the property was so clean, very clean beautiful room. Our bed was so comfortable, got a good nites sleep. Breakfast was a plus, omelette bar by the pool nice too. The front desk and grounds staff were very friendly. I would recommend staying here while in the Keys. Also very close to Duvall Street with lots of shopping and a variety of restaurants. Also the pool area is very nice and clean.

I couldn’t find a thing I didn’t like.

Perfect close to walking the restaurants and shops.

Relaxing place. Close enough to Duval to walk everywhere.

This is our third time staying here. The staff are ALWAYS the best! Always a pleasant experience dealing with them. Fun and friendly group! The pool is also why we continue to return. It’s a quiet relaxing environment. Everyone is just hanging out and relaxing. It’s not a super crowded environment where you’re continually trying to get a lounge chair. Breakfast every morning until 10. Great omelette station.

Good location but poor internet and Tv connectivity

good location.

Wi-Fi and Tv didn’t work correctly. The internet was in and out and the Tv would freeze up. The Power for the room was confusing. You had to leave a small light on the entire time to use the bathroom light. If didn’t leave that on the bathroom light would not work.😂
