Good for a short stay to hit the shopping district

Location. It was across a main road from Myeongdong shopping district and a five minute walk away from Airport Shuttle Bus Stop.

Room was cramped, with little space for suitcases.

Great central location, nice rooms

The location of the hotel was good. It was also well priced, not too expensive, however provided comfortable and spacious rooms. Facilities were also good.

The heating and cooling system was very complicated and didn't work so well.

Lage war Super, sonst zu wenig für so viel Geld

Lage, Lage, Lage Das Zimmer war für Koreanische Verhältnisse recht groß. Im 21. Stock mit verhältnismäßig guter Aussicht. Badausstattung war gut. Wasserkocher war vorhanden. Conviniencestore im Haus. Externes Restaurant im Haus. Es gab Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant. Die Eierspeisen konnte man sich, vorausgesetzt man beherrscht koreanisch frisch zubereiten lassen. Wer es mochte hatte eine super Auswahl an Asiatischen Frühstücksspeisen. Bulgogi, Tepoki, Brühe, Phõ. Reis. Aber immer das Selbe.

Frühstückszeit zu knapp. Bis 10. und man wird unfreundlich pünktlich um 10 hinausgebeten. Hatte 2 Betten gebucht. Habe ein Queensize bekommen. Nur eine große Bettdecke. Man habe nur diese großen, wovon wir dann 2 hatten. Im Haus konnte man Kein Fenster öfnnen, das Zimmerfenster nur Teilweise einen winzigen Spalt. Man hatte kaum frische Luft. Es war stets zu warm, die Klimaanlage konnte uwar bedient werden, aber hatte keinen Effekt. Das kontinental beworbene Frühstück war täglich identisch. Marmelade schmeckte alt und war wie die, Butter abgepackt. Keine Brötchen, kein Brot. Es gab Massenfraß Toast. Es war extrem staubig im Zimmer. Und es gab keine Gläser oder Tassen, nur Pappbecher, für den Preis ist das unschön.

Great stay

Close to Metro, walking distance from Myeondong central. Good size room and clean bathroom/toilet

Keep an eye on the minor wear & tear and maintenance but nothing major

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. Nice spacious room and clean facility.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. Excellent location, good spacious room and supportive staff members. I would specially like to appreciate the Front desk Mgr Ms Evolyene ; who were very prompt in resolving my credit card issue.

Parking fee should not be charged, if one is staying at the hotel. Parking facility should be free.

Convenient location, wonderful hotel

I stayed at the hotel from January 4 to January 12, everything was wonderful, the view from the room was simply magnificent. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked properly, and so did the TV. The hotel is located in the very center of Seoul, a very convenient location. The room itself was quiet, the staff was very polite, there was a 7/11 store on the ground floor. I want to visit Seoul again later, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Definitely recommended!

Friendly staff, especially af the front desk where they helped us book an airport taxi. Our room had a nice view of the city. We were able to use the coin laundry machines which was suitable for our needs.

Good and quiet location with basic room and services

The location is a good walk ( about 15 minutes) away from the noise and crowds of Myeongdong. The hotel facilities other than than the actual rooms look like a good four star hotel in other countries.

The room itself is very basic and appears cheap. The staff appears to be helpful but serves in a deliberate way. They clearly are not in the right jobs and have zero passion and do not have the temperament to be in the hospitality industry.

Great stay, close to subway. Recommend staying here again.

The location was great, close to the markets and 2 minute walk to the subway station. Loved the statue at the front too as the point of reference. Service was great and staff were very friendly and responsive.

Not a huge biggie, but rooms were a tad small especially if you have more than 2 in a room (with multiple luggages).

A comfortable spot in Seoul

Excellent location, clean, good-sized room, modern furnishing, and great bathroom.. Peaceful and comfortable stay here. We would book Lotte City Hotel again.

The small escalator between lobby and 1F is not convenient for luggage, but it is ok if you have only small luggage. The room lighting could be brighter.

Amazing place to stay in Seoul.

The hotel was strategically located - near the train station, near the tourist spots and it is very near Myeongdong. I love my stay here and will stay here again when I happen to be in Korea. The hotel was clean, and facilities were awesome.

Excellent place to stay in Myeongdong

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent and concierge was topnotch. If going back to Korea would definitely stay there again, highly recommend.

Good location, good breakfast spread, and nearby train station just behind hotel

Clean and nice standard hotel. Breakfast was great with good view on the 27floor, delicious breakfast spread Location is convenient, Its like 10 mins walk from hotel to myeondong shopping area and night market Train station is just 3mins walk just behind the hotel. Bus coach from Airport to Lotte hotel is so convenient

Unfortunately, the corner room given to us is too small for 2 of us. When we request to change to another room, without hesitation , receptionist said "we need to pay more" Receptionist can be more courteous and helpful with some standard of "customer service"

Great location, comfortable facilities

Great location, close to transit, night market, downtown shops and restaurants. Very walkable, but easy to get transit as well. I would go back as location was great for us.

The front desk & concierge could have been a bit better with helping us with maps, suggestions, etc to navigate around the city.

they should put free toothbrush & don't be selfish in bathroom things

Will definitely go back!

the staff were very nice and we got a room upgrade which was a bonus. Our room was very well sized and planned with no waste of space. The wallpapers felt a bit old, but clean none the less. Also, the hotel is located in an excellent spot to get you around the city.

Perfect location with many subway and bus lines nearby. Very close to city center, food market, convenience stores, sightseeings and parks.
