Sadly, the hotel stay did not match its price in terms of quality and satisfaction.

I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the hotel's perfect location. Additionally, the comfortable bed was a standout feature that I truly appreciated.

Bathtub Silicon: The bathtub's silicone lining was blackened and covered in mold, raising serious cleanliness concerns during my stay Toilet and Bathroom Configuration: The layout of the room's toilet and bathroom raised some concerns. The absence of a sink in the toilet area is rather inconvenient. In cases where one needs to wash their hands after using the toilet, this necessitates a journey across the room to access the bathroom sink. This disjointed arrangement is both impractical and unhygienic. The room's lack of bathroom doors: was a significant problem. It made me uncomfortable, especially when having visitors, as it compromised the basic need for personal space and privacy. The extremely strict check-out policy was a downside. When I requested a 30-minute extension for check-out, the staff's response was almost hostile, which was disappointing.

Fantastic stay!!!

It was a great pleasure to stay at the Sir Victor. Location was perfect. Design of the hotel and the room fantastic. Great and big beds, nice balcony with table and chairs. People from the stuff was very friendly and helpful. Tarace on the roof was great and sunny with fantastic bar and many sun beds. The tarace pool wasn't big but it was enough to have fun. Kisses for Marta from the Tarace Bar stuff. It would be fantastic to come back again.

Breakfast quite modest. A small selection of products. But everything was tasty and fresh.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Fantastic facilities, great location, friendly staff.

The facilities were amazing, especially the roof top bar, the day spa, the size and styling of the rooms.

If I had to pick one thing it would be the pillows they were quiet thin and soft! Apart from that, everything was amazing!

NOT a 5-star hotel

We went for a week, we were 2 adults and a child (7years). When arriving at the hotel everything was fine, we arrived at 12.30pm but check-in was at 3pm but the staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure we could check-in before. Room with balcony: The room was on the 4th floor. The room was fine but the lighting in the room was "dark" even with the lights on. The room had a balcony with plants but all the plants were mostly dead and brown. The view from the balcony was over their garden but almost everything was also dead in the garden. They could use more time on the plants on the balcony and also in the garden. Other than that the room was fine. We had a safe deposit in our room. After a few days it wouldn't open. We had 3 people come and look at it so we could use it again. In the safe we had watches, gold and different currencies of money. After the people had been there I counted the money but €500 was missing (the money was divided in €500 bundles). We talked to the front desk about it and they said the manager would look at the video footage. When we got to talk to the manager she just dismissed what we said and she said that the staff would never do that. We didn't even get to see the footage they had, they just dismissed everything we said. We didn't directly say that the staff had taken the money but that it was weird that the money had gone missing after 3 different people had been there to fix a safe, but they still wouldn't let us see the footage. Food: The food was not good at all! First of all it was overpriced and didn't taste that good. The first day I tried to order a smoothie for our child but that wasn't possible since they don't serve it. Even though they had all the stuff and fruits needed they still wouldn't make it. I even offered to pay extra for it but the answer was still no.

Feels like home !

Excellent facilities and the staff were amazing!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Sir Victor has always been the hotel i stay at whenever i am in Barcelona!! And now i got to introduce the place to my husband who enjoys it just as much as i do!!

Nice but not worth the money

The location of the hotel was great and so was the quality of the furnishings and bed linen etc.

Waiting for lifts - it’s a popular party destination and there was a rooftop bar that we couldn’t always get into. We had breakfast one morning and was charged for having 4 cooked breakfasts although only one of us ordered it. We also had a message from Reception saying see you tomorrow on the day of check in just as we were starting to fly which really panicked my anxious teenager. They had obviously got the booking date wrong and we asked for reassurance and heard nothing. The sliding door in our bedroom between toilet and bedroom didn’t close properly and the corridor carpet had clearly seen better days!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sir Victor and loved Barcelona.

The location was terrific for walking to almost everything we wanted to get to and was very safe. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. The room needed better lighting but was roomy (we had a suite) and comfortable. Breakfast in the dining room was very convenient for our busy schedule.

The concierge service was friendly but very poor follow through and most of the plans with them fell through and we had to make other arrangements. The rooms needed better lighting.

Perfect stay for couples. Great gym and very accessible with such a great rooftop!

The clean, modern design, the vibe of the place and people as well as the privacy from entering the property to being in our room. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the facilities in the hotel were great. If you’re looking for hip boutique hotel in a luxurious neighborhood this place is perfect.

Very central location, friendly staff, very clean rooms.

Small room, with awkward toilet separated from the sinks and shower. The mirror is placed in a very small place. Room service and menu is unbelievably bad: No choices, and the ones available were old. The rooftop bar is nice, but the pool is insanely small, it should not be considered as a pool

The location is perfect and the restaurant bar us amazing!

The rooms did not feel that cosy and the balcony in our room was not a great shape. It felt a little basic and lacked character.

Horrible hotel - not a 5 star hotel at all.

It’s location. That’s it.

The property is not worth 5 stars at all. It’s a very basic hotel and the room is made with really cheap materials. The floor makes squeaky sounds and the hallways are like a prison it’s painted in orange without any decorations. The elevators are tight and slow even though we were on the third floor. The bathroom is right infront of the bed and it shares the same floor as the bedroom with the bathroom behind the closet - without a door. In general this hotel shouldn’t be a 5 star hotel, the max it should receive is 3 stars. This hotel really downgrades the meaning of 5 star hotel.

Had an amazing visit, the staff is welcoming and outstanding. I will visit there again for sure !
