Habitación muy amplia. Limpio. Personal muy amable. Ubicación muy buena. Nos dejaron un termómetro por una urgencia y nos hicieron un gran favor.

El desayuno muy escaso, no había yogurt, fruta muy escasa en variedad, solo había huevos cocidos. Tenían problemas con la cafetera ningún día funcionaba demasiado bien. Pedimos un Paracetamol a la noche por urgencia y no tenían. Recomiendo tener un botiquín básico.

Идеальный отель для каникул! Спасибо, очень скрасили нам впечатления от путешествия!

Прекрасное расположение, ооочень близко к основным достопримечательностям, и в и тоже время такой переулок, что не шумно вечером\ночью. 3 минуты к трамваю, 5 к голубой мечети !!! 2 продуктовых магазина прямо за углом, что очень важно в центре Стамбула. Огромные красивые номера с высоким потолком, стильно оформлены, очень удобные кровати, много дополнительной мебели : кресла, письменный стол, длинная стойка для принадлежностей, большой телевизор, просторная ванная комната. Автоматический климатконтроль номера. Електрочайник и капсульная кофемашина (+ в пакетиках кофе, чай, сахар ). Абсолютно ненавязчивый , но дружелюбный персонал. Завтрак обслуживают 2 чудесные девушки, главная по кафе хорошо говорит на английском -поможет с выбором, делают хороший кофе из кофемашины, завтраки достаточно аппетитные, все свежее, качественное и даже наш привереда сын 10 лет не оставался голодным)))

Не хватало только небольшого холодильника, барный шкаф присутствовал, но совсем не охлаждал.

Excellent emplacement central

L'hôtel est cool, propre et l'accueil attentionné👌. Bien situé, agréable, la chambre est grande, joliment décorée et le lit confortable. On y dors bien, sauf quand l'imam nous réveille au lever du soleil 😊.

Pas de chaînes TV en français ou en anglais.

موقع الفندق جدا ممتاز قريب من السلطان احمد و تعامل الموظفين جدا ممتاز و لطيفين ، و الغرف تعتبر حديثة مو زي باقي الفنادق و في حال احتجنا شيء الموظفين مايقصرون

Really good hotel but some minor issues with the stuff

The hotel was great: clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, amazing location. Breakfast was very simple but was ok for us.

The was some confusion with the stuff. We had early check out and were told that will be served early breakfast but when we came the restaurant was closed. We also booked a taxi from the airport with the hotel and back. The driver which picked us up from the airport was really bad but the driver which took us to airport was good.

Tres bon hotel, bien placé

Emplacement : Tres bien placé, proche des monuments et des transports. Tout est a proximité. Hotel : agréable, chambre spacieuse et propre, sdb parfaite, belle vue. Il y a l'ascenseur, Petit déjeuner inclus (beaucoup de salé, mais ya du choix) et on peut manger sur la terrasse Le personnel est gentil, ils parlent un peu anglais L'hotel parfait pour une première a istanbul !

Un seul point négatif : j'avais réservé le transfert a l'avance, je l'ai payé a mon arrivee a l'hotel. Tout s'est bien passé sauf que pour le retour (vers l'aéroport), le chauffeur m'a demandé de payer 100 liras supplémentaires pour arriver plus vite (prendre le tunnel vers l'aéroport sabiha) sinon yen avais pour 1h30 de bouchons sur le pont. J'ai trouvé ca malhonnête car il a profite du fait que le timing était juste pour l'avion (sachant que cest eux qui programment les horaires des transferts..)

Good value, super convenient location.

For the price we paid this was hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was large the bathroom was spacious and it was as clean as hotels get if you’re not wiping all of the surfaces with wipes to check. We didn’t see dust or sticky surfaces. There’s a safe in the room. Normal sockets and a couple of USB sockets too in the room. Breakfast was Turkish style, simple but enough to fill you up. I don’t know the names of the dishes but there was a tomato based one, an egg plant based one, bread, cheese, jam, cheese, beef sausage, potato wedges, boiled eggs, tea & coffee. The reason I rated 4 for service is because one day our room wasn’t cleaned, perhaps we left the room too late. Also my pyjamas were left thrown on the bedside table. Not a big deal at all but I thought it was odd and just missing a touch of service. We asked for more teabags and they gave us some for the night but didn’t have enough for the morning. Again, really not a big deal at all and it wouldn’t stop me from rebooking. Other thing is we asked them to book us a taxi to the airport and the price they offered was vastly overpriced. Much more than the price we paid to arrive in heavy traffic. We found a better price elsewhere. Location: great for the old town. You can get to Blue Mosque & Hagia Sofia in 5 minutes. You can also close to the Grand Bazaar & Topkapi Palace. You can take the T1 tram to popular locations and across the water to Karaköy where the Galata Tower, Taksim Square & Dolmabahçe Palace. From the palace if you walk down the road you can return via the T1 conveniently. If you are unsteady on your feet be careful, in general the streets are cobbled and a bit uneven.

one time we were in the room and the cleaners came randomly :// also before our stay we had someone message us pretending to be the hotel guy .. was creepy ! breakfast wasn’t great.. I wish it was like a Turkish breakfast !

Top place to stay to enjoy all the top attractions of Istanbul!

The staff were extremely kind, friendly, informative & helpful! The breakfast was also very good. The location is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB.

There were damp in some areas of the toilet.

Superb

Spacious and comfortable room. It was clean daily and the towels and bed were changing everyday. The breakfast was nice and tasty. The room interior was exactly like in the booking.com picture. Not far from the blue mosque, about 6 minutes walking distance. The taxi was easy to get and it's very convenient if you use UBER taxi.

Nothing, only the lift is a bit small. But it doesn't matter.

arrogant receptionists. breakfast area was. extremely small. No privacy at all. breakfast was not good, I end up in hospital by eating one breakfast at this hotel.
