Great hotel with spacious rooms in excellent location

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent and easy to find. Room was large and spacious, and we faced the back/side of the building so not too much traffic noise. We got a good amount of daylight. It was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Room was a little dated/had some marks and older furniture. It didn't bother us though.

Excellent séjour.

Très bon accueil. Personnel toujours disponible. Hôtel confortable, il y a une machine à expresso dans le hall, accès gratuit. Chambres confortables, très bonne literie.. Bon petit-déjeuner. Possibilité de cuisiner. Hôtel situé à 500m de la grande gare de Kyoto, accessible aussi par métro dont une station est à 50m de l'hôtel.Kiomizudera est à 1,5km à pied. Excellent séjour. Merci à tous.

清潔さが欲しい。

駅からすぐ近くにあり、ホテルへスムーズにたどり着けた。ロケーションが良かった。

ところどころにホコリが溜まっていた。毎日何時間か窓を開けて換気をしないといけなかった。

Clean and comfortable base to explore from!

The location of this hotel, 1.5 minutes from the local train station, is absolute perfection. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and we were very comfortable for our stay. The staff were most helpful.

It's a slightly older property so a little rundown in places.

感受很差不會再入住

1.房間大有簡易廚可以用。 2.前檯可清楚溝通的服務人員要看運氣。

1.連續住了3天反應隔音問題才換到離馬路內側的房間.第1晚未續住的房間隔音真的非常的差……完全沒辦法睡。 2.已於訂房時事先溝通希望可以安排到高層安靜的客房，到現場都說沒辦法不知道是不是東方臉孔的旅客受到歧視？電梯中遇見非亞洲籍外國旅客面全住9.10樓！ 3.入住時給了兩張房卡外出時只攜帶帶一張房卡，另一張房卡插在感應器上，房務打掃完以後居然就把我的房卡收走？晚上回飯店與前檯反應要在多要一張房卡，陳述上開情況，聽不懂就是聽不懂！我相信京都可以住宿旅遊的飯店選擇會更多，不會再入住。

Excellent, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and staff. Room was super clean and had everything we needed. Great shower! Very handy to 7 Eleven, supermarket, chemist and Gojo train station. 😄

If I’m being really picky the couch wasn’t the best.

Fantastic central location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Great central location, 100 yards from a subway stop. Very helpful and friendly staff. Large, comfortable room with a well-equipped kitchenette. A great choice for a 3-night stay.

Will come again but book a room that faces a street.

Convenient location. Close to subway station and walkable to many attractions.

Room had no view , looked on to a solid concrete wall. Would have appreciated knowing this and the option to book a different room for a 5 day stay.

交通方便烏丸五條站出來即可抵達飯店，且飯店接待人員親切，會用英文慢慢地說明，尤其還特別離開櫃台到等候區向每位入住的人說明磁卡的使用方式，倍感貼心與用心。附近有24小時超市、7-11與定食，晚上不用擔心肚子餓或沒東西吃，加上房間內有廚房設備可以烹飪很推薦。另外還有藥妝店跟百元超市，是個採購很便利的選擇，也有麥當勞、coco咖哩跟蕎麥麵可以選擇。房間內部有對外窗跟完善的廚房設備令人印象深刻，並且房間內部空間很大，可以開啟2個28吋的行李箱。最喜歡蓮蓬頭固定角度的巧思，避免忘記轉換出水口被淋濕的情況，此設計有讓我訝異到。

雖然地鐵站出口就是飯店，不過是階梯出口，如果要有電梯需要到出口6，步行到飯店時間約5分鐘。飯店只有供應咖啡包沒有茶包，對於不喝咖啡的家人選擇較少。衣櫥開關的拉門有點緊，不是很好關上。另外雙人床的部分如果可以再多墊一層床單會更好，減少躺在接縫處的不適感。

Citadines is our favorite hotel

It was near a lot of shops, and close to the subway station. The ammenities were excellent, and so was the service. The room looked clean and provided a lot of good function.

Nous sommes enchantés!

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans un appartement tout confort idéalement situé pour visiter Kyoto et les environs. Le personnel est vraiment dévoué et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Nous avons adoré Les Citadines!

La salle de lavage au sous-sol est souvent occupée, mais ceci reste un détail.

Good location to explore Kyoto.

Clean and reasonably located from Kyoto Station (900m) and Gion area. Close by there are a few places to eat. The studio is spacious enough for a couple of days stay. Mini kitchen is a plus ..

A bit “old”, not much changes from the time we were there quite a few years back. Bathroom appears small with the washbasin outside.

Convenient location and comfortable room.

The room was large, clean and comfortable but without view. Good facilities, especially for cooking. Great location which was convenient for transportation and having meals. 24 hours supermarket nearby. Nice staff.

nichts für uns, leider!

Das Hotel könnte gut sein, hätte es eine andere Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Premium-Zimmer (alle zur Straßenseite!) war mit rund 27qm für japanische Verhältnisse riesig. Das Bett war relativ hart aber groß. Es gab eine kleine Küchenzeile. Das Bad war klein, die Dusche jedoch sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt nahe an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Gojo, man kann aber auch vom Bahnhof aus und rund 15 Minuten zum Hotel laufen.

Das Waschbecken war ungewohnt aber aufgrund der Badezimmergröße zwischen Küche und Schlaf-/Wohnbereich mitten im Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, die Küchenzeile und die Oberseite des Spiegelschranks am Waschbecken müsste intensiver gereinigt werden. Nicht zufrieden waren wir mit der Schalldämmung. Das Hotel liegt an einer 8 bis 10 spurigen Hauptstraße. Das wäre nicht so schlimm, wären die Fenster dicht. Das sind sie nicht. Es zieht an den Fensterrändern herein und auch der Straßenlärm kommt durch. So ist an Schlafen eigentlich nur zwischen Mitternacht und dem frühen Morgen zu denken, auch mit Ohrstöpsel. Wir wollten uns beschweren. Als wir auf dem Weg zur Rezeption waren, kamen wir an offenen Zimmern vorbei. Es bestand überall das identische Problem, auch bei Zimmern auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes. Wenn sie folglich wie wir einen eher leichten Schlaf haben und Ruhe gewohnt sind, ist dieses Hotel leider keine Empfehlung.

Perfect for a short stay in Kyoto.

It was close to all the major attractions we wanted to see and easy to get around the city from there. The room was relatively large and the washing facilities were good. Although on a major road the room was quiet.

Spacious studio apartment with a kitchen. Great location. Right next to the train station. Multiple convenient stores and a grocery store nearby. Easy to get to all the main attractions from here.

The train station doesn't have elevators or escalators.

Superb

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were surprised with what were provided in the room. All the conveniences needed were provided. We love the luxuries of having a kitchen.

It took a bit of time to get used to having the wash basin outside the bathroom.

pleasant, friendly and a great all round hotel in a very good location

location very ideal for being near the centre of Kyoto only 1 stop on the subway which the station is less than 10 steps from the hotels front door. Nice size room with balcony and an area bigger than other hotel rooms and with enough cooking facilities to be self sufficient when wanting a night in or even to prepare breakfast.

pillow were very uncomfortable as where they didn’t have and filling and only one given, although it was granted when I asked for another. it was great to have a balcony but with that the noise was very loud from the main road just outside. no usb ports in room which I feel needs addressing as many hotels supply these now and would help when charging many items with overseas adaptors.
