Beautiful hotel but service wasn’t great.

Overall very beautiful hotel and great location.

Service was subpar we had asked for an early check in 2 PM which they agreed too but didn’t allow us to check in until 5:30 PM.

Gorgeous view, very comfortable room.

I was attending a conference and the location of the hotel was excellent, next to the Vancouver Convention Centre. The harbour and mountain view room is simply spectacular, very spacious and amazing view. Loved the Le Labo toiletries as well. The Giovane cafe within the hotel premises is also a very convenient and comfortable spot for a quick breakfast.

I wish there was an option to request for a change of bedsheets (usually some hotels provide a card) as I felt that the bedsheets were not changed for the 5 nights I was there.

Brillaint!

Great location. View of the mountains was fantastic. Room was very quiet and comfortable.

Newish hotel that had it's usual wear and tear but all was fixed immediately by the repair team.

Great staff, lovely facilities and perfect location. The lounge bar was a happening place and we were happy with our rooms

A bit slow on servicing the rooms meaning that we could not check in on time… but the manager gave us a small discount and was very apologetic

Exceptional

The valet person in the hotel door "Patric" was a very nice and supportive man. He is always smiling and offers an umbrella and water every time we go out. The location is super, and they gave us a van to drop our luggage to the Cruise Sea port, which is 3 minutes driving. The concierge was helpful and recommended & booked nice restaurants for us. The view in the room was good and normal and they clean & prepare the room twice a day. The restaurant on the 2nd floor was super.

The location was amazing.

Service at this hotel could be better, particularly the cleaning. I wasn't satisfied with their cleaning.

the tvs in the bathroom didn’t work and last time we stayed the floor was heated in the bathroom

location afforded us the ability to access walks and stores, restaurants.

Staff were excellent. First room was not so good, looking at the car park of an office building. However staff relocated me to a better room with a better view.

Great!

This Fairmont runs like a well-oiled machine. We were very impressed by the in-dining room service, the concierge and the gratis hotel car service, which dropped us at various nearby locations every morning. The view of the harbour from our room was very pleasant. We had also emailed ahead for some firm pillows as the Fairmonts we had stayed at on our route had dreadfully soft pillows, and they produced 2 nice firm pillows for us. The room temperature was also easy to adjust and it was air conditioned (unlike at Lake Louise). The food was good and varied as well, and all staff helpful and pleasant.

Everything about are stay was incredible!

Fairmont Pacific Rim ranked up there with one of the best hotels we ever stayed. it was awesome. the staff was so well trained and the service was perfect. They could not do enough.

there was nothing negative about our experience. it exceeded every expectation. Perfect.

I came over on the harbour air seaplane and it couldn’t have been any closer and convenient. It was such an incredible stay, with everything exceeding expectations. Will be absolutely be staying again!

luxury hotel - luxury suites

we were in a Corner suite Fairmont gold, absolutely gorgeous room, dramatic views of the bay, downtown and the pool , a lot of room in this luxury suite for a family of 4. the complementary breakfast at the 20th floor + all day food and drinks icluded in the rate is really worth it ! we’ll be back for sure if we would have to heads again in Vancouver !!

nothing, or maybe the wait to get the room at check in. we had to wait like 45 min before to get the key fob….. but we finally had a $100 to spend in food and drinks as an apology from the front desk… so we had a blast overall !
