A bit of luxury at the end of an 18 day trip across eastern Canada

Beautiful property with lake views from our 25th floor room. Great to have a pool on the roof too.

Food in casa rosa wasn’t brilliant and it was a 25 min walk into town. Having said that you can walk along the lake shore which is lovely and there were plenty of Ubers (approx 16 CD to downtown)

Absolutely fantastic and best holiday ever, such a lovely hotel.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were excellent. A special mention to the concierge Steven, he was so professional and helpful. So good at his job and just the person everyone needs to meet on their holiday especially when travelling abroad. Cannot forget Conor from Ireland, a lovely lad.

There was nothing we did not like, all services were so efficient. Lovely food and facilities and always something to do at the hotel. Nothing too much for the customer, even an in-house Tesla car which was such an experience.

Can I move to Toronto? Solid 4.5 stay. Would return.

Food exceptional. Location superb. 5 star, maybe not. But I would go back.

Some staff not friendly. Facility a little dated.

Great value for our money

The location was perfect! We attended a concert at the Budweiser stage and this hotel was so convenient. We walked to and from the show.

The underground parking was a little tricky to navigate and quite expensive. However, not unusual for Toronto.

Everything about the hotel. The employees were very helpful. I had seen everything the hotel had to offer. But I wasn't sure how to find it. One of the employees showed us and gave us a tour. It's definitely worth it.

It was this one guy who worked on the rooftop restaurant. He said they were close nomore food. It was a couple next to us that wanted to order food. He told them the kitchen was closed. Right in front of us, a couple that had ordered food wanted another order of what he made them. So we all watch him remake the food for them but wouldn't serve the couple that wanted to order food.

property was very clean. staff was amazing and they set up the room perfectly for my husband’s birthday! Amazing Amazing staff!

The In-dining breakfast from Hotel X wasn’t great. the bread was very stale and generally the food wasn’t great at all.

A magnificent stay with sweeping views

Hotel X a beautifully designed space, from the lobby right up to the room. And the staff members you encounter are all exceedingly polite, friendly and professional. Every aspect of our time at X ran smoothly, including adding days to our reservation. The room service and cuisine at Roses is also top notch.

There’s not a lot of city life right outside the hotel, but I choose the location for the views and ease of driving around to farther afield attractions, so it wasn’t a bother for my family.

Stunning hotel. Comfy beds. Nice staff.

Wasn't near much. We stayed here for a girls/birthday trip a friend planned. While the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We had to Uber everywhere. This place is perfect if you're planning a stay for a specific event near by or just staying at the hotel ($$$). Otherwise, if you're looking to party, try out restaurants, etc. You may want to consider other options for the price.

Convenient location but grossly overpriced

The location was ideal for us while we were showing at the exhibition centre. The hotel has been updated.

The value for the price paid really isn’t there. For $600+ a night the rooms are very basic, menu for food is quite small.

Disappointing

Night manager Jacob is not qualified or trained properly... especially for the money and sacrifice to be away from the downtown core.....he is a big big disappointment n regret to the hotel n experience after spending alot of money to be treated with such disrespectful behavior at a establishment that is trusting a person with such a big important responsibility as a night manager of a building with guests paying alot of money ....he is not even suitable for a motel 6 ....what a joke and a scam
