Convenient and comfy for a short stay in Phoenix

Convenient to Chase Field, the concert venue I attended an event at. The property is contemporary, spacious and very clean. Has everything you need for a great stay.

In-room dining menu could be more expansive (and run later). Also for the prices, a bit surprising it is served in to-go boxes rather than plated.

I won’t ever stay there again.

It was clean.

The air conditioning unit in room 1535 makes an unbearable noise and kept me up all night. Receptionist embarrassed me in front of my date, said my card declined… then find out it was a computer issue and my card actually went through fine. It’s uncomfortable explaining there’s nothing wrong with my card to my date, and the receptionist could have kept her mouth shut until she figured out what the problem was.

Wonderful staff, high quality hotel experience.

The staff is exceptional all around, helpful, polite, professional; from the lobby, valet, bar/restaurant, housekeeping. People who answer phones are great too. All staff is wonderful.

Was inconvenienced that there is no snack bar or vending. And if the restaurant is closed, it would be nice to have.

Marked as a favorite for hotels in Phoenix for us.

The location was great, especially since it was within walking distance of various eateries, a market, and Chase Field; the reason we visited. They have valet, which you are able to leave your vehicle at even after you check out. It was so very clean, well maintained, the staff were kind and helpful. All in all, such a great place to stay for the weekend.

Very nice. Security needs to better with homeless folks on the property

It was very nice and comfortable until we had an encounter with a homeless gentleman in the lobby and outside at valet.

what a lovely time we had here. We really didn’t need to leave the resort if we didn’t want to.

everybody was so nice and accommodating. The food was good. The drinks were good. The patio on the lower level as well as the rooftop. Pool were fantastic. I love that you had relatively cold water available while lounging by the pool.

Magnificent experience.

Customer service was top tier from my arrival until my departure. The food in the restaurant was tasty and cooked to perfection. I got an unexpected room upgrade and food & drink credit! If you’re in phoenix you must stay here!

Great value a must if you're in Phoenix!!

Location location location we were on the 17th floor corner suite The view was absolutely magnificent sunlight and at night time the room was clean very nice large room the whole experience was great!

If I had to pick something I didn't like it would be the size of the swimming pool but other than that everything was awesome!

The room is very confortable, big and clean. The hotel is well located next to the convention center.

We had a very late checkin (3:30 am) because the flight was terribly delayed and we had to wait more than 25min to get the room because the manager couldn’t been reached while it is supposed to be a 24 hours reception.

Nice, but the value is questionable.

The staff could not have been nicer. From check in to check out every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful.

Hotels really need to stop with the resort fee/urban fee. If you want to charge for amenities like the pool or fitness center then just add it into your price for the room. It’s honestly ridiculous at this point. My room was dark. There needs to better lighting. I enjoyed the roominess of my room, but some of the furniture looked a bit worn. My room hadn’t been used in a awhile because dust settled on things like toiletry bottles and other surfaces. Rain shower heads look cute, but don’t work for a segment of the population who don’t or can’t wash their hair everyday. The handheld shower head wasn’t sturdy to use as a primary shower because it’s not meant to be a main shower head. I had no extra blanket, which why would I need an extra blanket in Phoenix, it was winter and nights were going down in the 50s. Lastly, the walls are thin. I live in a city and I understand that a certain amount of noise is expected. So, at 3am when I was woken up by a loud party in a suite next to my room, I calmly called the front desk. They sent security (I could hear them knock) and the music died down, but I could still hear the conversations and the music that was playing. The property did its due diligence and the people next door complied. So, my observation is on how thin the walls are and it’s nothing they can do at this point, the building is built, so just hope you have quiet neighbors. Overall, this place is nice, but I don’t think it’s $300 per night nice.
