This is a great home with several amenities. Clear instructions for check in and using things throughout the home. Close to grocery store. If you haven't stayed in Palm Springs using a VRBO before beware. There is a no noise ordinance for rental properties that clients needs to sign. While this isn't mandated by the homeowner, it did make us feel like we couldn't utilize the outdoor space to its full potential. If you are looking to spend a lot of time in the pool or enjoying the outdoor fire this is something to take into consideration. You cannot have any music etc playing at all no exceptions outside. Other than this city ordinance it is a great rental property.

Perfect home for our first visit to Palm Springs for a special family wedding. The beautiful, extensive outdoor living space was our favorite feature of this beautiful home. The view of the surrounding mountains was stunning. Location ideal for all activities in downtown Palm Springs. We would love to visit PS again and would love to stay here again! :)

We were in Palm Springs for a family wedding. The venue was downtown and this home was 11 min away (driving). The house offers everything you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped including an amazingly full spice rack. For someone who cooks...that's a real plus. The three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were lovely. The living areas were spacious and comfortable. The backyard pool and spa were amazing. The garage houses a ping pong table and pool floats, along with the washer and dryer. The decor is fully up to date and modern. All in all, a wonderful place to stay. We would highly recommend staying here while visiting Palm Springs.

Our group of high school friends try to get together every year or so. Palm Springs is always a favorite and this property did not disappoint us. There was plenty of room, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The property was in a convenient location. We had a wonderful time.

The property was better than expected and the hosts were communicative and helpful. What a great way to spend a weekend with my adult daughter and her partner! I was also very happy with the ease of use of the home and facilities as a mobility-impaired person. Deja view is a wonderful place to get away I hope we can stay longer next time :)

Beautiful home!! Very clean. Updated appliances including washer and dryer. The kitchen island has a gas stove which we loved using. The furniture is clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms are well appointed with every basic needs provided.
The home has air conditioning including the garage which was turned into a playroom. The playroom has a full size ping pong table, Space Invaders video game, dart board, large HD TV, comfortable couch. Corn Hole game and board games for the family.
The backyard is well done with a heated pool and spa. There are pool loungers and pool noodles located in the playroom. There is a separate sitting area with a gas fire pit. Dining table in the covered patio. The lighting at night makes the backyard very inviting to gather the family and enjoy all the amenities mentioned.
The water pressure in the house was impressive! This provided great hot showers.
The owners made sure all of your needs are provided including towels for the pool, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, detergent pods for the dishwasher and washer.
The home is nearby downtown and other activities including the Palm Springs Tram. The home also has a beautiful view of the Mountain where the Tram is located.
Jessica the property manager was readily available for any questions or issues.
For the record, we had no issues and are looking forward to staying here again.

The property was very well prepared. Everything worked well. Ron was able to get the rest required for his recent surgery. We found the location to be convenient to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and the planes flew by infrequently.

We had a great stay! The property is located in a great area, the house was beautiful and the pool area was fabulous! We also loved the game room. Every night we played ping pong and space invaders. The owners were great and Jessica answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

We cannot recommend this home enough! As first time palm spring visitors we loved the cozy feel of the home and the array of options of things to do. The fun garage was a hit for our whole group. This house felt so safe and is super accessible to nearby shopping centers and the downtown area. Would love to return!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The house is perfectly clean, quiet, and has a lot of fun extras. The pool and hot tub are wonderful with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. The garage has been converted into a well equiped game room but can also be used for your vehicle. The interior of the house is modern and clean, with plenty of room for a group to enjoy. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the bedding in the rooms. The bedding was clean and in good condition, but softer, higher quality bedding would make this place absolutley perfect. In any event, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

The backyard was definitely the star for us! Hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed that everyday, sometimes more than once per day! The sun hits the backyard during the day so it felt much warmer than the actual temp. The temps were in the 60’s during our visit. Being able to use the heated pool was a pleasant surprise!! It was heated to a perfect temperature where we could easily get in/out even though it wasn’t super hot outside. It also felt good to “cool down” in the pool after getting out of the hot tub. I’ve rented other places and paid for pool heating and the pool was still far to cool to swim.
Location was ideal as we walked the neighborhood one morning, hiked in Indian Canyon and visited the aerial tram which were both a close drive as well as many restaurants and shopping! Joshua Tree was about 45-60 minute drive.
We cooked in the kitchen and they had everything we needed! Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor gas fires during the cooler mornings and evenings!
Would rent again. Clean and great communication!

They say don't judge a property by the pictures or the rating. The photos must have been taken many, many years ago. The poor flamingos in the front yard are now faded and rusty. The sofa is very low and worn, the carpet in all the bedrooms are wavy and stained in the master bedroom. The sheets in the master bedroom was riddled with holes. (I did call Jessica, she was very apologetic and offered to send someone over or there was extra sheets in the closet which we could change ourselves). The small kitchen was well stocked. I was somewhat prepared for the planes but not at 6:00am. Not sure why the owners had pictures of themselves around the house, that's a first for me. The backyard was just as pictured (beautiful) but not much else.

What a perfect holiday getaway. Kelley was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through our stay. The property managers Jessica and Jesus made themselves available to us from check-in to check-out. The house was exactly as described. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (even when the outside temp was 40 degrees!). I can only hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

We had such a great time in Palm Springs and really enjoyed this property. I traveled with my three children age 21, 19, and 17 and the space was perfect. The game room and hot tub were a bonus, and we really enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace in the evenings.. Our stay was the week before Christmas and the weather was amazing for hiking…60s and 70s. We ventured each day to a different location including Tahquitz, Indian Canyons, Joshua Tree, and Ladder and Painted Canyon. Loved them all! This location was ideal for our hiking plans and 5-10 minutes to downtown Palm Springs for brunch and dinners. Communication was great. Kelly answered my questions and gave me tips, and Jessica the property manager was also very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this VRBO!

I was planning to work some outside and I couldn’t hold any conversations during meetings. The grill is difficult to use as the cover flips over so far I needed to walk around the grill each time to open and close it.
