SHORT CUT 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH New added, hanging double bed on the sleeping porch with looks out onto the park, with privacy curtains. Enjoy a perfect beach getaway in this wonderfully restored and renovated Janne Coslick Design cottage. Great location in the historical North end near the Lighthouse and next to million dollar houses on Officer's Row. This is a duplex. Each side has private entrance and screen porch with privacy patio curtains. It is completely private from side A. Both sides great for larger groups or family. You will be transported back in time to a carefree feeling with the vintage furnishings and happy colors. Everything is topicality and comfortably though out. The master bedroom with a queen bed opens onto the sleeping porch. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. All rooms are cozy with large windows. There is full size bath with a claw foot tub and shower which opens out to the outdoor shower and there is a ½ bath off the main area. Outdoor shower is perfect for a shower anytime and wonderful to wash off the sand from a day at the beach. Walk, run or bike around the paved path in the park right behind the cottage. The kids will love the playground at the far end. 2 Flat screen Smart TV's with cable and wifi connected for Netflix, Amazon, etc. Washer and dryer are provided so you can pack light with no worries. STRICK NO PET RULE.

It was good, however the shower is a little sketchy high step getting in and out. Slippery footing, no grab bar. We were there during a cold snap and there are no blankets

We absolutely loved the cottage. It was very clean and so so cute. We stayed in the unit with the bed swing on the back porch and we really enjoyed that. We would recommend this rental very much and we plan on coming back and staying again.

We had such a nice stay and left wishing we could have stayed longer! The cottage was exactly as listed and a nice respite. While it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, after talking with some locals we were able to find a section of the beach where the waves weren't so rough for our 3 year old. I would book this location again in a heartbeat!

I cannot rave enough about this cottage. The best VRBO listing we have ever been to. Read on the porch swing, short walk to the beach, and enjoyed the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! Every detail of the cottage was well thought out. The master bed mattress was a little firm for me, but no problem:) I slept on one of the twin beds the last couple of nights. Evelyn was very responsive, and helpful! Stay here.. you won’t regret it!

This was a super cute cottage on Tybee Island. Just like the pictures. It’s a 2 unit home. It’s in a neighborhood close to the beach and a bike ride away from a beach concession with live music, drinks, and food. It’s close to other houses, if you’re looking for privacy this isn’t the place. But it’s clean, adorable, and has a great outdoor shower. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

I love this cottage. My daughter and I stayed at the Cottage on the Green B in 2021 & knew that we would come back again. There is not one negative thing to say about this charming, unique, & vintage place. As I opened the front door, I felt as though I was home again. The swinging bed is my absolute favorite place in the house to read & relax. Not even Hurricane Idalia could ruin the time we spent on Tybee Island. I can’t wait to be back again. Thank you Evelyn.

We stayed 3 nights in Savannah to tour SCAD & the city with our rising senior, then added a few extra beach days to our trip. This was small for a family of four, but it was PERFECT for a couple of days. Excellent location. Easy walk to beach, lighthouse, marine center, and North Beach Bar & Grill. Beautiful home with fun vibe. Loved the sunrise on the beach. Truly spectacular! Thank you for a lovely couple of days by the beach.

This was the perfect house for our Tybee vacation. The house was exactly as described. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was very convenient, close to the beach, the lighthouse and the park in the backyard was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my first stay at cottage B (I stayed in cottage A a couple times). It was a perfect retreat! Like cottage A, cottage B was well equipped, clean and charming! Nothing beats Tybee's North Beach for a quiet relaxing beach trip and Cottage on The Green is a perfect place to stay! I can't wait to return!

Location is convenient and in a beautiful area on the north side of beach. Cottage had everything needed for a great stay. This cottage house is actually divided into two apartments A and B so be aware of that when booking. Not whole house. But, cottage very cute and we had a great time.

Property and all the furniture, linens and kitchen items were great. Beautiful and very in character for a cheery, vintage beach cottage. A full-sized coffee maker would have been ideal but we made 2 small pots in the morning which was fine. The refrigerator door was a little tricky - you need to make sure it’s completely closed and could probably stand to get a quick peek from the owner. Screened in porches are amazing and the location can’t be beat. The cottage and a quick walk to Sea Wolf made the trip perfect for us. Thank you!

Adorable, quiet and comfortable beach cottage steps from the beach. Lovely decor and all the amenities you’d want. Loved the outdoor shower, 2 screen porches with ceiling fans and even an outdoor hanging bed! We had a bit of a issue with the AC and the owner was very responsive and got it fixed right away.

This house is charming and perfectly appointed to meet your every need. It’s tastefully decorated and so comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we loved walking 5 min to the North Beach Grill.

This adorable cottage, so thoughtfully furnished & close to the beach, was so wonderful that we felt sad to leave. A particular favorite of mine was the swinging bed. The location right next to a sweet park was also a bonus.
