I do not recommend staying here, until they replace furniture and fix several major issues.

Property was very close to Pigeon Forge. It was clean.

When we arrived on Saturday, and did a walk through of the property, we immediately noticed the railing to the steps leading up to the cabin. It was very loose on the right side and the top of the post was rotted and needed replaced. One of the 3 bathrooms had a toilet we could not use. I called the property guest services and let them know about the toilet that didn’t work on the first floor along with several other items I noticed during the walk through of the cabin. I texted pictures of the front post, several pieces of broken & damaged furniture, a hole in wall, torn and stained couch pillows, chipped dishes, and of the missing or broken mounding. No one came to fix the toilet. I was texting quite often asking about repair status and that we didn’t even have enough silverware to eat a meal together. On Monday we still could not use the one toilet and then the second of three toilets wouldn’t flush. Once we went a day with 9 people using 1 toilet, we went and purchased a plunger to fix both toilets. During that time, we realized the microwave did not work and the dryer took 2 hours to dry (lint trap was emptied several times). After checking the breaker for the microwave and it was not the problem, maintenance arrived on Monday evening to do a walk through with me. The microwave was not repairable. He notated all of the other items I had already made guest services aware of and he took pictures as well and said the vent pipe for dryer most likely needed to be cleaned out. We also showed him the broken electrical outlets on the first floor, smoke detectors that were haphazardly mounted to the ceilings (no idea if they actual work), light bulbs that needed replaced, and the main floor bathroom vent falling off the ceiling. We also showed him the soot and burnt rocks on the front of the fireplace. Maintenance tried to start the fireplace, but it was not operable . On Tuesday a microwave was dropped off around lunch time.

Great cabin, broken furniture.

Great location close to the attractions.

Over priced for the time allowed for check in at the property. The money spent did not accommodate the hours we had access to property.

Location was good

It was pretty dirty. They advertise hot tub and grill both were unusable. But I’m sure they are short handed like everyone else But for what we paid it should have been better

Close to town and big enough for everyone! Bedroom on every floor!

Bathtub had water standing in it when I notified them they were sending someone out but no one ever came! Hot tub would not get hot! they charge too much for cleaning fee when it wasn’t really clean!

Good Layout, OVERPRICED!

I liked the layout..

BUGS/Cockroaches EVERYWHERE!!! There was foam all over the place like it hadnt been swept or vacuumed, most of the Clocks and TVs didn’t work properly… there was plywood in the couch downstairs, you could really tell they were pinching Pennie’s when fixing anything, everything was bare minimum. not enough silverware. in the upstairs room you can hear every single word being said from the neighbors outside. Parking is horrible.. I reached out and they said they would send someone to spray, never saw anyone and once I asked for the cleaning fee refunded they quit responding to me. I paid over $600 a night to not feel comfortable.

the perfect cozy cabin for a short weekend trip

the location were perfect! the rooms were spacious, water pressure was great and the water stayed warm which is a huge plus & rare find!

parking is very limited. recommend taking two large trucks or three small cars!

It was a little short on coffee mugs and only had small skillets. It was a challenge to cook for 10.

Balconies offered a lot of privacy. Cabin was very clean. Plenty of space for our 3 families and everyone had their own master bed/bath. Kitchen had way more cooking supplies than expected. Big TV in the living room and a big selection of DVDs for the theater.

Bring paper towels and bath towels. We had to do a lot of laundry because there weren’t enough towels for everyone. Bring your own grill supplies, they have some things there, but nothing to clean the grill with. Mattress in the basement is really old and uncomfortable. Couch in the basement was broken and uncomfortable. Gas fireplace was a little difficult to figure out. Overall, nothing that made the stay less enjoyable, all dislikes were easily remedied or nothing that couldn’t be dealt with.

decent cabin, no view what so ever

property was very close to all attractions in pigeon forge (the island, titanic, wonderworks) cabin was clean and had everything we needed. hot tub was a nice temp when we arrived. game room was in the basement, had a pool table, and theatre which was nice. 3 separate bedrooms with full bathrooms and jacuzzi tubs in all bedrooms. plenty of room for our group of 5! door lock wasn’t working when we arrived, the company’s guest service number answered quickly and solved the issue within minutes

there is absolutely no view and you have neighbors on all sides of the cabin. everyone in our group mentioned something about the beds being hard. needs bigger shower heads or a more updated one in all bathrooms! basement bedroom sink did not drain well.

Great cabin, great location

We loved how spacious it was for our group of 11. It’s close to all the action in Pigeon Forge. We are pretty picky and particular about cleanliness, and this property met our expectations. Everything was stocked in the kitchen (as far as utensils and cooking items). Just bring the food and you’re good to go. There were extra sheets for the pull out couches.

The cabin did have a funny smell to it. I’ve never stayed in a cabin, so maybe that’s just how they smell. Also one of the guests who slept in the upstairs bedroom said she could hear mice scurrying around up there when she was trying to sleep.
