Great location. common areas/pools are lovely, housekeeping and rooms need improvement.

Breakfast is good, coffee and tea all day is great! happy hours was nice as well. Pools and grounds were quite clean and lovely. Location is great!

Room was tiny couldn't even shower without bumping against the walls. The shower curtain had a stain, and we found both a blood stain and a Q tip in the sheets the morning after our 1st night. There are no Q tips provided and neither of us brought any- so must be from the last guest......gross gross gross. a few days later when we needed the room to be cleaned again, it took 2 days (hung the sign and asked at the desk twice). Holes in the shower and on the walls where stuff was removed - no mirror except the tiny one in the bathroom...holes where they had one before. bath cabinet peeling....overall a bit shabby

Es war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht besonders gut.

Die Lage war wirklich gut - 5 Gehminuten von der Duval Street entfernt und vom Southernmost Point.

Die Zimmer waren extrem klein für den Preis (2 Personen mit 2 großen Gepäckstücken beinahe unmöglich). Frühstück war gut und 65$ für Parken (2 Nächte) ist auch sehr viel.

Stay if you enjoy 10x10 rooms and water leaks.

The staff works hard to provide best of a bad situation.

Last minute trip been to key west several times and understand when you go to Key West, older buildings are expected, but the room we got was no bigger than 10x10. Showed up, and the amount of cracks and plaster repairs was extreme. Through the stay In the bathroom ceiling leaking from above the toliet The toliet seat is covered every morning with plaster and water. So imagine we set up a towel above the toliet each time you sat on toliet. Also, when I arrived open, the refrigerator had a horrible smell ice cream melted and other things left in. It was very clear that the refrigerator didn’t work. 2 days later, they were replaced with a new one that also didn't work. Finally, day 4 of 5 finally got one to work. We talked to the front desk several times, but there was not much they could do they would have to wait to talk to the owner. As I was told several times, owners are from Holland and very cheap. Instead of fixing things, they just keep closing areas (gym area). Felt bad for workers they thank me so much for being understanding. So after finally hearing that, only would remove the resort fee is unacceptable. That another thing what is the 40 resort fee for? Just don't stay here.

Quaint and nice amenities.

Cute with great amenities! Loved the whirlpool. Greeted us with a glass of wine.

Room and bathroom were very small! Almost no water pressure. Parking was extra expense and not expected. Construction on the street (not the property’s fault, but maybe should have had a warning).

Völlig ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt wirklich sehr zentral, ist mit den Pools und dem Jacuzzi sehr gut ausgestattet. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück sehr gut ausgestattet.

Einzig die schon oft beschriebene laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer stört etwas.

Beautiful place!

I will definitely be staying here again. I love the atmosphere. All of the staff is very friendly. The place was impeccably clean. They give each person a bottle of water every day & the happy hour from 5-7 is included!! I love the colors.. it's so Key West!

Nice place with a pair of lovely pools close to all the great stuff in Key West.

This is a nice place with two lovely swimming pools. We had a balcony. which was lovely. The property is in the heart of Key West and conveniently located to all the excitement. I walked almost everywhere. They have a happy hour with some wine and packaged snacks that you can sneak back to your room. Overall, this place has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, is well maintained, and is well appointed.

The cold breakfast is OK but not great. The coffee machine is slow, and there was often a line during the breakfast.

Nice location and property!

The staff was great and the location was exactly where I needed to be. The room was a bit small, but the other amenities (pool, outdoor deck, dining room, lobby) were great. Really enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour! Appreciated the no kids experience.

Bathroom could use more space for toiletries and personal items.

Appears owner expanded original building by building a bunch of a makeshift add on rooms and stuck beds / old ugly furniture in them calling them hotel rooms. High cost to stay a this hotel was rediculious and unwarranted. Air conditioner immediately beside the bed was loud and not working properly. no parking available on the property.

Their advertisement did not specify that their accommodations were not handicapped accessible. It would have been three flights of stairs to access my room. I cannot negotiate stairs. The staff said they would refund my room advance payment as there was no way for me to use the accommodations.

I’ve stayed there before and I’ll stay there again.

The staff was really helpful, the manager and Chela went above and beyond I really appreciated them.

The pool chemicals in the small pool or a little off. Dried my skin out pretty quick.

Stayed two days, paid a fortune for the room Ans didn’t receive housekeeping services because we weren’t there three nights. Poor customer service. Staff was tolerant at best.

Husband is handicapped. Booking.com didn't put us in as handicap. Asked for a handicap room. Due to he wasn't able to use the bathroom in our room. No handicap bars. We was told the room was booked. But it was booked to non handicap people. They didn't even offer to move us to handicap and switch them to a regular room. We was there for 6 nights.
