Great value for an excellent location.

I like the location and value of this property, it is right by a nice sized park (Pioneer Park) and there are well developed walking paths along the Deschutes River. Overall the units are comfortable with great views from the balcony.

The beds could be updated and both times I have visited, the spa has been broken the entire time which makes me think it is just plain broken.

Adequate with a few surprises

The location was amazing

There were homeless people sleeping in cars underneath the covered parking allocated for guests. There was no security. During a evening stroll a home less drugged out man snuck up behind us and tried to start a fight with my husband. The unit had a funny smell and the carpet was very old. The building as a whole needed upkeep as well we payed too price for this unit even with a discount it was almost $300 a night I expected a lot more for the price avoiding the usual hotels that were a lot cheaper and newer. The noise level from the unit above was annoying at night very thin walls. I was disappointed with what we stayed in and what we payed for it.

Older than the pictures look.

The location was good. The unit itself was good size. It was nice to have AC. Having a kitchen was good. The view from our patio was nice, though we spent no time out there.

The bed was very uncomfortable, way too soft, and wobbly. Not being able to see the TV from the bed was a pain. I could tell by the pictures this might happen but I had hoped they had it on a bracket that would swivel more. The floor made my bare feet black on the bottom. The bathroom was old and in need of being redone. Driving past multiple old housing buildings that all share the same parking space was a little off putting.

Relaxing stay by the river

Being on the river was wonderful - loved watching and listening!

Toilet needs maintenance or replacing. Had to hold down the handle for about 10 seconds each time you flush - no matter what is or isn't in there.

Even with some of the dislikes, we would consider staying again as the pluses outweighed the minuses

Location, location. The views of the river were wonderful, we enjoyed sitting out on the patio with our coffee and enjoying the sights and sounds of the river and nature. We like the proximity to downtown and to our friends home who live in Bend. We did feel more at home than being in a hotel room. We had plenty of room and all the amenities that made it feel like home. Parking was great if you are driving.

These are based on our "personal preferences" and should not take away from the overall experience of this location: The room needed updating, the lack of an elevator did make it somewhat difficult to navigate with our luggage, we were not fans of the foam bed mattress which made it hard to get a really good night sleep. That's it!!

On the Deschutes River, clean, comfy, near downtown.

We booked the King Sweet and it was the only one that had a door opening on the river side. It was a few bucks more, but we got to sit out there in the mornings. Nice big room, comfy king size bed, right on the river, within a bike ride from downtown. We would rent it again.

Accidentally booked it for a week too early, and they did change the date for us, but it was a little more money, which they charged us right away without warning.

Comfortable, great view of the river, quiet complex.

Comfortable room, great balcony with a view of the river. The bed is very comfortable. I had one problem, the battery for the smoke detector started to go bad and began chirping loudly. Someone came to fix it right away. The complex is very quiet.

Enjoyed my visit, enjoyed proximity to river and trails

Wonderful location , walking distance to restaurants, shopping , hiking , parks. Wonderful river front Room was comfortable, clean. Kitchen stocked with equipment for simple meal prep.

Hot tub was closed during my stay. Bed needs a mattress pad for greater comfort . Would be nice to have an extra blanket available

Staff was great. Hanna helped me out when I needed it and easy to talk with.

Could have used a few more spoons but that is all I noticed and I had to think about it

i had an amazing quite staycation in the change of altitude condo i loved how clean the condo was and the location was just perfect everything was right there (food,drinks,shopping) can’t forget about the amazing view of the river off the balcony with amazing sunrises and sunsets and how easily it was to get down to the river/park. they had all the kitchenware i would need and the layout of the condo was just amazing so much room and space for all activities, even the fireplace worked!! also they have an amazing pool and hot tub that are in an inclosed space so we could go in the hot tub even when it was only like 28 degrees outside and not be freezing when we got out, this property was an 100/10 best staycation i’ve ever had!!!! also the staff were so nice when helping me with all my questions.

there wasn’t anything too big that i didn’t like only two small things i was cooking every meal and there isn’t any Tupperware at all in the unit i was in but i made do with plastic bags and the only other thing is the picture that was above the bed fell down because the screws were so small we couldn’t find one after it fell out, other than that nothing to major!

A most enjoyable family stay.

view over the river, well stocked and fairly complete though small kitchen, auto fire place, quiet, tastefully appointed, proximity to downtown.

the long and cool walk to the hot tub.

Would stay there again with hopes that everything is clean and in good working order

The location, view and room amenities were great for the price, loved ALL that.

Hair coming up in clogged bathroom sink, crumbs in kitchen drawer with utensils and a broken recliner in the main area.
