Poleciłabym znajomym ten apartament.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do tramwaju i sklepów np. Spar. Plus za parking. W pobliżu restauracja chińska, świetny Kebab Kurze Pauze oraz lody. Mieszanie ciche, przestronne, ciepłe i jasne.

Spotless clean, with everything you need for a couple of days

It was spotless clean. I very much appreciate coffee and tea for guests. Possibility to rent a parking space in the building was great.

The bed mattress wasn’t the most comfortable

Cazare peste asteptari. Gazda extraordinara. Recomand.

Statie de tramvai in fata locatiei. Statie de metrou la 400 m. Supermarket Billa la 250 m de locatie. Gazda super-comunicativa, disponibila pentru a ajuta in orice. Apartamentul este spatios, foarte curat, iar amplasarea este foarte buna. cu tramvaiul sau metroul se poate ajunge la toate obiectivele turistice ale Vienei. Restaurant turcesc, restaurant asiatic foarte aproape, patiserie peste drum.

Nu este cazul.

A place worth recommending

Large, very well-equipped, nice apartment, in a small block, on the 5th floor with an elevator. Very nice lady managing the apartment, always helpful. Possibility to use the underground garage. The place is well connected to other parts of Vienna, and the necessary shops are nearby, on the same street.

The only small inconvenience - the windows face the street and the noise from it.

Κοντινή πρόσβαση σε σούπερ μάρκετ και 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την αφετηρία του τραμ που οδηγεί με ευκολία στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο και φιλοξενεί άνετα μέχρι 4 άτομα. Είναι πολύ καθαρό, καλά εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει ζεστό νερό με καλή πίεση.

Τα στρώματα είναι ταλαιπωρημένα και θα πρέπει να αλλαχτούν. Κι ένας δεύτερος ανεμιστήρας για τον δεύτερο χώρο θα ήταν χρήσιμος ώστε να καλύπτει ικανοποιητικά όλο το διαμέρισμα.

Appartement fonctionnel, excentré

Appartement fonctionnel. Le lave-linge est au rez-de-chaussée et non pas dans l’appartement. Cela semblait un inconvénient, mais j’ai apporté notre linge et… on nous l’a apporté lavé et séché quelques heures plus tard : royal !

appartement en périphérie de Vienne : peu commode pour des touristes, mais nous l'avions choisi pour d'autres raisons.

Would like to stay there once more

I was late due to traffic issues, but the host met me personally (lives at the same building), we communicated and everything went smoothly. When booking I choose this because of 2 factors: elevator in the building and 2nd tram going by. I have stayed in different flats in Vienna and this is my absolute favourite. Now knowing the infrastructure of vicinity (traffic, shops, etc.) I will definitely look for this flat when I come next time.

Even cannot find anything to write about.

Excellent location, fabulous hostess/host!!!

The hostess (Adelina) met us at the entrance of the apartment, walked us, showed us where everything is and gave a us a quick orientation of the the apartment. She was very welcoming and ready to help whenever possible. Though she is a busy lady and was working on a project when I stayed there, Adelina went above and beyond to help, more than what I expected, over and over again! The great location of the apartment also meant that we could reach so many places very quickly!!!

The apartment clearly did not state A/C as one of the facilities. That was the only thing I can say I wished was in the apartment because the apartment is naturally warm - that didn't gel very well with the hot Viennese summer. Again, it is NOT the hostess' fault, because A/C was not part of the deal and I was aware of that before going to the apartment. Despite that, we loved the apartment and felt at home there.

Generally, the apartment was good. Pros: position, cleanliness. Cons: no air-conditioning

The position was good, we had everything we needed: metro, tram, supermarkets…

I would have liked to have air conditioning in the apartment because Vienna’s whether was really hot.

Good value for the price

The hosts were very nice and helpful. The apartment was close to the tram stations, stores, and some restaurants. It had a garage in the same building, with easy access, for the price of 6€ per day.

We have a very good experience

The nice location of the property, prompt response and excellent service from the host whenever I needed something.

I visited this place during one of the warmest period of the year, so I needed to keep the windows open all the time. But I also needed to be alert always because I had a kid of 3 years and the window did not have any grills.

Short stay in Vienna

Location was good with public transport downstairs and Supermarkets at a stone's throw distance. Manescu is a good host and helpful. She was very quick to respond to all our requests.

- well communicated with city center by tram and metro - parking spot in a garage - clean

We found ourselves in Vienna during the extreme heatwave and the temperature was reaching up to 36 C degrees during the day. The flat is located on the 5th (out of 6floors) with windows facing west. That means that the flat gets the most sunlight during the hottest hours of the day. In effect the temperature inside the apartment was over +30, with no aircon. The hosts provided fans but that was not enough. If you opened the windows - there was terrible noise, mainly from trams on the street down below, so you could barely hear the other person speaking. The trams stopped running between 1 and 5 am so that was the only time you could get some sleep/rest (if one can sleep with earplugs in a flat with a temperature over 30). Also the description mentions washing machine available - no such thing in the flat.

In general, the apartment was clean and hosts were great.

Hosts were great. They gave us valuable information about Vienna.

Wi-Fi signal was weak. There was no air-conditioning (like in most of Vienna) and the street was loud (tram).

Excellent Host, great location, with lots of access to public transport

The S7 train from Vienna Airport brings you straight to Millenium City, which is just a few minutes walk from the property. There are shops for groceries and restaurants within easy walking distance also, the is also train, tram and bus access within a few minutes walk, it is a very well connected area.Alania was an excellent host, she lives in the same building and is available for any issues

Not the host fault, I was there during the heatwave in Vienna, and the apartment does not have air-conditioning,but there is a very good fan.

The hosts were what made this an excellent stay

All the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and always smiling. Apartment building was easy to get to and no problem getting in apartment with stroller. Everything was clean and they even washed and dried our clothes in laundry room because in apartment inside isn't a washing machine. Everything was working, had everything we needed in kitchen. Outside was 27 °C, but inside was comfortable temperature. Our apartment was quiet, with view on yard. You need to bring your own shower gel or shampoo if you are using those, but there were a lot of hand soap.

The apartment was great. Adelina was very kind and helpful. Garaged parking is really nice too.

Maybe the location. It's next to the tram rail, so it's noisy but with closed windows you're fine.

great choice, would love to come back :)

Our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. We called the hostess, she immediately escorted us to the apartment. This is a very comfortable apartment with everything you need inside. Clean, enough space to be with the family and be alone if desired. The kitchen has cutlery, crockery, a kettle, a micro gal, a stove and even two refrigerators. Wonderful location, close to tram, bus, and 9 minutes walk to metro and train station. For those with children, there are several playgrounds, few supermarkets, couple excellent cafes, also mini market across the road that working in late hours. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, which gives wonderful air and silence. The hostess is very hospitable and always ready to help, thank you very much!
