This first floor condo has large double-hung windows that let in an abundance of light in all of the rooms. Additionally, the original refinished hardwoods, bathroom tile, graceful arched doorways and two-panel doors provide the charm so often absent in new construction. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a flatscreen television. The twin beds can be pushed together to create one king sized bed. The bathroom is spotless and and features plush towels. Included in our amenity package are Nest bath products for your comfort.. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, tables, and chairs. This is the perfect spot to have a cookout with your party while enjoying the beautiful surrounding scenery. Other Things to Note: There are eight residences in the building. All offer the privacy and seclusion of one of Charlotte's premier streets. To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we require all guests to complete an ID verification and background screening upon booking.  Link will be sent after booking and only takes about 3-5 minutes to complete. Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other reasons. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at most of our residences for a fee, maximum of two dogs. A workstation with monitor, keyboard and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day.
