Our new 700 square foot apartment has been professionally designed and decorated to meet the highest expectation's of comfort and taste. Italian furniture, hardwood floors, original art work, heated bathroom tile floors, Large bedroom with queen size bed adorned with high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and silk or down duvet, comfortable fireside chair to curl up in. Designer bathroom with glass shower and granite topped vanity; with spa robes for lounging in .Front loading LG washer and dryer. Outside is a covered patio opening to a fully landscaped yard to relax in. Additional Information: A two sided fireplace, wall mounted 42 & 32 inch HDTVs with DVD/Blu-ray, audiophile stereo, highspeed wireless internet with subscriptions to Netflix & Prime.

This place was beautifully furnished and well supplied. I was greeted with a display of coffee, tea, fruit and baking on the counter - so delicious! The suite was excellent with nice linens and towels and robes. The property is in a great neighborhood with so many walkable destinations close by. The check in information was one of the best I have seen in my many VRBO stays. Thank you Diane!

Diane and Wayne were really amazing hosts, as many have already said. Making the reservation and communication ahead of the stay were flawless and responsive. We were going to arrive late, and we were worried about finding the apartment (which has been a issue in the past for us). This time, all the lights were on (inside and out) so there was no mistaking where we were supposed to be. They laid out fruit and snacks for our arrival, which was also very appreciated as we had just rushed out from the airport and it was too late to grab something easily. Especially enjoyed the use of laundry machines and being well supplied our entire stay. We had a nice chat with the homeowners during our stay which just added to the homey feeling. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying in Diane and Waynes apartment. It was modern, really well equipped, light and airy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The added bonus of a beautiful garden to relax in only added to what was a fantastic experience. Diane and Wayne were very welcoming and helpful giving advice and tips but equally we had the privacy to feel separate. We totally recommend this lovely property; it is a little gem.

Diane and Wayne are fabulous hosts and they’ve designed the perfect guest suite! This home is in a wonderful neighborhood with gardens, shopping, restaurants, and more within walking distance! You can catch an Uber. Downtown - only a couple of miles away. We walked everywhere and felt so safe in this neighborhood!
The accommodations are perfect. The bed is comfortable and bedroom light and airy with a view of flowers and plants. The bathroom is well laid out with plenty of counter space and a large shower. Great kitchen, too.
Diane and Wayne have provided a lovely patio for enjoying their lush gardens. They gave us tons of great recommendations for food and site seeing. They are warm, kind, and responsive.
We VRBO/ABnB a lot. This is one of the best places we’ve found! Thank you, Diane and Wayne!

We absolutely loved staying here! Diane was the most considerate and kind host. When we inquired of check in times, she did her very best to help accommodate us. She checked in on us to see if we were in need of anything and gave us very helpful detailed trip advice when we asked. We were greeted with homemade cookies and oranges in a well stocked kitchen. Our favourite thing was the fireplace! After my surgery it felt so nice to sit next to it. I found the bed to be very comfy. We also loved the private entrance and the convenience of being so close to main-street. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would adore staying here again!

All the reviews of this property are accurate. We were in Vancouver to visit our son for Christmas. A foot of snow covered the city but the path was kept clear of snow and ice. The fireplace kept us warm and cozy. The hosts made every effort to make our stay enjoyable in spite of the weather. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was amazing. Great furnishings, fantastically clean and all the kitchen equipment you could ever need. The neighborhood was quiet and yet close to restaurants and public transportation. Our host was so welcoming and friendly. We look forward to visiting again on our next trip.

I totally loved this place and am trying to book more time here for my work trips. The cover photos don't do it justice...I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and the basement suites tend to feel like after thoughts, or 'get by with basic furniture'. I find them 3's dressed up as a 9. This space however, is a solid 10! I arrived after a long trip and didn't have the energy to go back out and buy some groceries for brekkies...lo and behold there was a yummy, nutritious snack plate with dried fruits, a healthy muffin, and health cookies with blueberries!. Perfect!!

The property is exactly as pictured and as described. It was perfect for me while I visited my newly relocated daughter. Places to buy groceries are close by, as are restaurants and shops. The hosts are gracious and friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was quiet, spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. It is close to transit and takes approximately 30 minutes to travel to downtown Vancouver. We hope to return!

This place was even better than the listing photos and from the minute we walked in we felt at home. Every need has been thought of and arriving to homemade crumbles was so heartwarming. Location is perfect in the city and the neighborhood is beautiful. Thank you both for the hospitality, we loved our week here.

One of our best VRBO experiences. Suite was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Hosts were very friendly, and accommodating. Location is walking distance to Main Street and central to all that Vancouver has to offer.

Wayne and Diane are the most gracious hosts. Our stay was perfect! The suite was very clean, comfortable, cozy and had every conceivable item you would need. The location was a “10”! Walking distance to a great variety of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, groceries and wonderful little retail shops. We were easily able to see a number of areas that beautiful Vancouver has to offer, due to the location’s close proximity to transportation services. We will definitely be back and will stay at Wayne and Diane’s accommodation!

The suite is first class and the location is great..very convenient to shops on Main and a quick bus ride to downtown.. Diane and Wayne were both friendly and attentive hosts. Hope to be back one day.

Location location location. The suite itself is beautiful, clean and quite roomy. The backyard is private and a true oasis. The location though is the best. You can walk to about 45 restaurants, stores, etc and most activities are less than 20 mins away. Will be coming back!
