About this cabin rental
Situated in Lake Erie, this attractive cabin for $914 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our Lodge is located on over 34 acres of breathtaking real estate located in beautiful Leroy Ohio. The cabin is 6,200 sq ft in size (between main house and party room) and although there are too many amenities to list here, some include the signature 14ft waterfall, custom chefs kitchen, handmade furniture, pool and hot tub, two giant ponds (one is a swimming pond), a pavilion with two story fireplace, another pavilion located off the bonus room, an outdoor firepit, arcade games, ping pong, hiking trails, catch and release fishing, etc. WiFi is an additional $40-$60 charge 2 night minimum oct-April 3 night minimum in May and Sept (7 Nights 6/1-8/31 beginning 2022) All holiday/holiday weekends at least 4 nights If this property is unavailable, please check out Golden Bear Lodge OH (property ID 3676375)

This was our third stay at Kodiak Falls and we love everything about it. Everyone from the kids to the grandparents had a great time. You have your own private beach, pool and hot tub. Kids loved the games in the pool house and it's a great place for a family reunion. Owners and maintenance staff were all so friendly and accommodating. It's our favorite place to stay!

Our extended family (ages 6-months to 82 years old) just completed a fun-filled vacation at Kodiak Falls Lodge and found the property offered something for everyone!
First, the check-in process and overall communication with Julie was seamless and easy. She was very accommodating and responsive prior to, and during our stay, and quickly answered any questions we had.
The home is large and roomy and gave everyone their private space. The pool and pool house were a big hit as the kids swam, we played the commercial shuffleboard game for hours while catching the baseball game on the mounted TV.
Our your Granddaughters loved to play in the sand at the lake with the beach and that became one of the kids favorite spots during our stay.
Overall, this is a beautiful property, with plenty of space and things to do! Thank You Julie for helping make our vacation thoroughly enjoyable!

Really enjoyed our stay here! We had six dads and sixteen kids ranging from 6-17 years old that gathered here for a week for our annual “Papa Trip”! Even though the weather was not that great, there’s a lot to do and we all had a blast! The house was spacious and the grounds are well kept and extensive! We would definitely come again!

So much to do on the property. From the beautiful spacious house, the pool and pool/rec room to the swimming and fishing ponds. We enjoyed fishing and playing the games out in the rec room while grilling burgers and watching the Buckeyes game. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly evenings! Will hopefully be back during the summer to stay again. Owners and the property manager were very friendly and helpful!

This property is great for large groups. We had 18 of us and loved the outdoor space and the pool house. The kids had fun jumping into the pond and exploring the land. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and relaxing by the pool. Julie was very quick to answer any questions we had and Gino the maintenance man was great too. We all had a great time on this beautiful property.

The place was beautiful. With everything there, you could have a good time without leaving the property. We had 17 people and had an awesome time. The owner was very nice to work with and the maintenance man (Gino)(10* review) was super nice and helpful with any questions and requests we had. Our overall experience was great and would recommend this property. We will most definitely return for another visit.

Family Get Away
Had 11 adults and 2 children spend a week in a nice quiet and peaceful setting. Many amenities to entertain young and old. The pool and pool house were a focus for a majority of the time. Gaming and relaxation were top notch. Great experience with Julie for the booking and Gino on site periodically.

Amazing Ohio wine country rental
The pictures did not do this property justice. The accommodations had everything we needed and more. The property was extremely spacious with two stocked fishing ponds, fire pits, grills, and a game room to hang out it. Highly recommend and look forward to going back next year.

This was our 5th annual Labor Day “chosen family” trip and it surpassed all of our expectations!!! We’ve previously booked lake houses in Michigan, Ohio and PA and this was by far the best. Our group was 5 families- 10
adults and 9 kiddos (ranging in 2 months- 11 years) and never ending fun was had by all! Between the pool, ponds, pool house games, and gorgeous setting, there was always something exciting to do. Communication was excellent and the accommodations were very clean and well cared for. We will certainly be back! Thank you for sharing this beautiful retreat with us!

Great Family Vacation Location
The property was great! Pool, Hot Tub, Swimming and Fishing Pond were all great for the family fun and activities. The house was very clean and accommodated our large group very well. It gave us places to get all together and spaces to each do what we enjoyed. Julie was very helpful with timely communication throughout our stay! We will rent this property again! Area is not a resort area, but more of a friendly home town feel. Plenty of things to do - golf, zoo, arcades, shopping, etc., all within 30 - 40 min. drive, but the property offers so many options we spent most of our times there.
