Everything about the space was set up for us to relax and that was very relieving & enjoyable

No fault to the owners; we didn’t realize for an infant the location wasn’t as ideal with all the night life/noise. Made it hard for infamy to fall asleep and wish that was something I would have been more mindful about. If traveling alone/other adult only I wouldn’t returning :)

Great Studio in heart of the city

The studio was fantastic, beautifully done up and nicely maintained. I really love the thoughtfulness especially with food items such as chips and chocolates provided. This was a seamless check-in before I reached and the host was very responsive to my queries. As a single traveller, I felt a little uneasy at first, safety wise, as it didn’t feel a safe locality, with notorious skid row in close proximity. But taking cab to door step and finding my way around the city, turned out just fine. I loved the studio and will visit again!

Awesome place

Everything was just right the room was beautiful, the people was very polite and helpful the accommodation was great, it was well worth the money. Clean, smelled nice the availability of the appliances, there were even groceries there to be used. Overall awesome place. Thanks greatly fly by night. Blessings to you all.

Stay was OK.

- Host are very responsive - Easy and smooth check in - The rental smelled clean and nice - Had a small washer and dryer so you can do laundry - Location was in the middle of everything where we wanted to go - Had a full equipped kitchen

- Hot tub on the roof top was closed. That was a total bummer because that's one of the reasons why we booked this rental. I kind of felt like that was false advertisement :( They should probably take that down. - Hallway smells like weed. So FYI if your bother with that smell. - Outside is very loud. We can basically hear everything outside. It seemed like the windows were open when it wasn't. It sucks at night because we could hear other people yelling or cars and firetrucks passing by. It made it very hard to fall asleep. - Paid for parking each night as well. We stayed for a total of 3 nights so we basically spent additional $90 just for parking for our stay. - Bed and couch was not so comfortable All in all, this rental was ok. Host were nice and place was clean. But just all these other factors I wished we knew ahead of time. As Los Angeles is expensive, so getting the best deal and worth out of our money does matter. We should of read some of the reviews first and researched a little bit more. It was an ok stay experience but not so sure if we'll be returning back. This maybe more suitable for couples who just want to get a experience and explore.

Overall it was a very comfortable stay, I would say this is ideal for a couple though. I stayed with my friend and it wa

very nice apartment in the heart of downtown Los Angeles

The only criticism I would add is that the building and the hallway smelled like people were smoking weed. I stayed there 9 days and by the third day I got used to it. I don’t smoke it, actually the smell bothers me but It was ok after a couple of days. Then again, mostly around the area it smelled.

Excellent location!

The location is perfect. It was right in the middle of everything I wanted to do. Lots to see within walking distance or public transportation. The host was very responsive. It was a home away from home. I will definitely come back.

A great home base to explore the city from.

It was pretty easy to get around to other neighborhoods in Los Angeles since downtown is where all of the Metro lines converge. I also was really grateful to be able to do a load of laundry. Well equipped and very spacious for two people.

It was honestly really disappointing that the hot tub was out of commission. It didn't look like a temporary thing and it might make more sense not to include that as an amenity in the listing since that is a huge selling point and isn't actually usable.

Would stay again

I love the views from rooftop 😍

The bed was hard " I'll have to bring a pillow top next time lol..." and light over bed didn't work, other then that everything else was amazing. The view, host and guards at front desk all were very nice and helpful.

Everything was fine but....

Its big good view apartment

One bed was broken and it was kinda dirty when arrived. And its been over two weeks but i havnt got my deposit back and ignoring calls... i dont know what they are doing but not very happy about it

Excellent stay for me and a friend!

First time in California and it was a wonderful experience!! You can literally walk everywhere. The host was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Beautiful views on the rooftop and loft!! I will go back at least twice a year.
